The hotel met my basic need of having a place to stay for one night, and the location was convenient. However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. I noticed some stains on the bed sheets, and the bathroom could have been in better condition. I am particularly sensitive to cleanliness and organization, so these details stood out to me. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I would encourage the property to invest more attention in housekeeping and upkeep, as it would greatly improve the guest experience.

DO NOT DO IT! I usually help my 20 year old son pick hotels and he wanted to pick one on his own. It was run down, there were “sketchy people” everywhere, you could hear yelling and moaning through the walls. He and his pregnant fiancé opted the 4 hour home rather than stay in a place they didn’t feel safe.

Nothing about the property was good
They advertised airport transfer in the description. They do not accommodate that ! I had to pay for taxi to and from airport . Price for hotel was outrageous for what I got .
Very very unkept , dirty hotel. The room I was assigned wasn't even clean, dirty towels scattered on the floor. Bed sheets on the floor .Bathroom wasn't clean. It was terrible. There are no healthy snacks at front desk area . No elevators , so I had to struggle getting my heavy suitcase up the stairs.
The positive was the male staff member at the desk. He was so kind to me and empathetic when I was in tears at the desk when I seen the condition of the room. I had the worst day with flight cancellations and delays . The condition of that hotel topped it off to a more aweful day !

The building was old but rooms had been updated at some point. Rooms were clean and cannot say how nice and accommodating the staff was. Felt safe and overall a decent place to stay. Reasonably priced for Toronto and only 5 miles from airport (you’ll need to Uber/Lyft). Recommend if you need a room for the night. Good places to eat within walking distance.

The staff for check in and out were both friendly and it was a quick process. The room itself was dated and dirty. Especially the bathroom which still had hair in the tub. Thankfully the linens were clean and it was a 10 minute drive for a super early morning at the airport.

We were checked in to one room and the receptionist put different number in the system. At 1:30 am at night the next receptionist entered to our room since they wanted to give our room to some other couple thinking the room is empty. We were with the kid so you can only imagine how unpleasant situation it was. The room wasn’t clean: in my bed and in the bathtub there were some long hair. Also, the toilet was dirty in and out. The vent was very dirty too.

Worst experience ever! I cannot believe this motel is listed on Expedia. We booked three rooms for our family trip and we checked out first thing in the morning. There was moist in every room, bath tubs and bed sheets were disgustingly dirt and smelly. Worst part: first floor facing the parking lot was litteraly a brodel, even police came in during the night. Common areas were extremely dirt and price was boosted. 1500$ for 2 nights, 3 rooms, for a hell of a place. I am expecting a rembursement since we checked out earlier to find another hotel (we had 2 seniors with us).

Terribly maintained room. Not at all the room pictured on the website. They should not be using that room or at least charge $50 per night not $260. I left a small item in the room. When I phoned them they said it was not there (it definitely WAS) and in any case they would not send it to me even if I paid. Staff ok, bed comfy, but I won’t be fooled again

I stayed at Super Inn 5 on May 23, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I arrived from the airport about one hour before check-in. Even though it appeared that rooms were available, I was still charged an additional $38 for early check-in.

When I reached the hotel, it was raining heavily with strong wind. I was struggling with my luggage outside, but the staff at reception did not offer any help. One staff member also did not properly guide me to the reception entrance and instead directed me to the wrong side of the property. Because of this, my luggage got wet in the rain.

When I asked the receptionist for help, his response was rude and unprofessional. After a long trip, guests expect basic courtesy and support, but I did not feel welcomed or respected.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. It was a stressful and unpleasant stay, and I would suggest other travellers think carefully before booking here.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay from May 10–11, 2025. Considering the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation.

The hotel felt outdated, the room door was difficult to close properly, making us uncomfortable leaving personal belongings inside, and the receptionist on duty was not helpful when we raised the issue. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned, as we found hair on the floor from previous guests.

We hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the guest experience.

Pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms . Showers were not shown in the booking which should've been the start of a red flag. Built up black mold in the crevasses were found in the corners of the shower, a small one tube of a 2in1 shampoo nd conditioner for a 2 double room. Sheets were dirty and not cleaned even upon a known arrival. This inn is not worth booking as there is also lamps with stains as well as walls. Don’t spend your money here, scam of an experience.

The hotel was okay overall, but the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. In the bathroom, there was what appeared to be a used bandage or medical tape left attached near the shower handle, probably from a previous guest, and it was clearly never cleaned properly. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will never stay here again.

Second time staying here, they requested a review so here goes. The first room i was booked in was not clean, and in general they need to include wall cleaning and checkijg between mattresses etc. Thats as far as i will go.

They moved me ASAP to a 2nd floor room. I would ask for a 2bd floor room if ibstayed here, i dont like rooms with direct access and they seem newer and much better. They have an old achool tub with the tub stopper!!!! Ilove this, they aren't being stingy about it i have some medical conditions and having a proper tub was amazing! And the rooms are definitely worth the price, just need some extra cleaning protocols but its a great value for the pr8ce and the staff has always done everything they can to make sure i was good with my stay.

There was no mention of $100-$200 deposit on the room which was frustrating. The front desk staff were polite. This hotel is used by low income housing recipients on vouchers and there were personal effects outside of realms such as an abandoned roller bag Near my room. The floors have not been swept or wiped as there was a lot of dust under foot. There were thick cobweb and dust bunnies on the lamp fixtures and a lightbulb needed to be replaced in one of the lights. Some dust was on the outer bed cover. Despite that I had a good nights sleep as it was quiet The water was hot and it was sanitary in the bathroom. It was a convenience day from downtown Toronto at a decent price, but I would’ve liked it to be less money for how dirty it was.

I’m a 44 yo single female who had to grab a room after midnight, sort of last minute. I was trying to find a cheap room, clean and safe, and that’s definitely true for Super 5 Inn. When I arrived, the exterior door to the “lobby” was locked and I panicked for a few mins (as I had already paid in the app) but after a few mins, the owner or employee pulled up and let me in. Maybe he had just popped out to get something, I’m not sure. So I checked in and went back out to my car to get my suitcase. Parking was exceptionally close and easy - I was able to pull right up to the door - but there’s no elevator in case you require one. I had to haul my suitcase up the set of stairs which was fine but the guy at the front desk should’ve offered to get my bag up the stairs, if I’m being honest. He was middle aged and able bodied so that is a service he could have provided. It was after midnight and there was no one else there. So other than the initial locked door and no elevator, it was perfect. Clean, quiet, safe, very basic room but it was great value and I got an awesome sleep. They also let me do a later check out (noon instead of 11am) since I checked in late, had to leave early in the morning for a game, and then returned and had a little nap since they allowed a later check out. Overall, fantastic value for $117. I hope this helps if you’re wondering what this place is like.
