I called the property multiple times from the airport to book the shuttle to the hotel. no one was answering so i had to get a cab there. upon arrival they told me there was no shuttle that night (I had to take the airport cab that costed $44). they did book a shuttle to the airport for next day for me though. but that was late too. the only good thing about my stay was the staff working in the restaurant both at dinner time and breakfast.

Expedia m’a suggéré de prendre une chambre à l’endroit désigné soit doubletree by hilton Toronto et que des démarches seraient en cours pour annulation au Doubletree airport. Finalement j’ai été facturé or les deux hôtels . 159 par doubletree airport et 291 par doubletree Hilton Toronto. Mauvais expérience par deux hôtels de mem branch ..pas mal chere pour une simple nuit à Toronto .

The shuttle drivers were excellent as well as Joseph at the reception desk, and Tanesha who cleaned our room. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. We missed having a bath tub. There was great public transit routes to our event.

On Expedia's website for this hotel, it said there were no additional or hidden costs. When I checked out they added on a large sum for parking and an even larger sum for the dog. That is false advertising and lacking in intergity. It ended up costing me a third more on a hotel that was already expensive. I will never stay a Hilton again.

I had a terrible experience and when I notified the manager on duty, he told me to request a refund through Expedia and he would approve it. I did just that and it gets denied by the hotel anyway, saying they decided to not honor the refund after all. I am planning to visit the area again with family next time, but I will be staying far, far away from this horrible hotel.

Staff took extra money from me charged me 478 when my amount was 423 on Expedia and said parking is 16$ for the whole stay and even if it wasn’t and it was 16$ a day it would equal 471 therefore the math still doesn’t add up when I asked about the other fee to the receptionist Samantha I believe said it was a deposit however the amount originally charged before the payment wast posted on my card was 523 so there’s no way the deposit was 43$. The room was not nice at all extremely dusty the shower head pressure was extremely weak and the bed was seriously uncomfortable to the point you wake up with serious back pain. Came here for a birthday and would never come back. Not clean and felt the whole place was just a money grab

I was a bit disappointed by the stay. The photos online are nicer than in-person. It’s a super old building that was renovated. The rooms were nice. Everything else was old. Elevators were loud and slow. Layout was weird.

There are a lot of restaurants nearby including a bar and grill onsite, Kelsey’s, and montanas, which was convenient. They also offer extended parking for 18$ a day.
