It's a bit out of the way. But very well appointed. The breakfast area was undergoing reno's during our stay. It opewd for the last two days. Decent selection with some healthy options like presiakwd chia seeds with fruits and nuts. I would stay again!

Wonderful hotel for families! We stayed in a spacious, clean suite that was perfect for our family of five. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Loved that it was less than a half and hour drive to Toronto.

Room was pretty clean. I noticed someone's toothbrush got left behind the TV console in the bedroom. I like the suite style with a small kitchen and separate temperature controls in the two rooms. It was amazing to have a full-sized fridge rather than the usual small-barely-cold fridge normally found in hotels. I wish I had known about the free airport shuttle when I booked, but we did use it to get back to the airport, which was great. Breakfast was pretty good, though a bit repetitive. My son has gotten used to the availability of waffles or pancakes at hotels that offer breakfast. This one did not offer either so he was a bit disappointed. I would have also appreciated the availability of Tabasco or some other hot sauce to dress up the eggs. But I would stay here again.

This hotel was very clean but the thing that stood out the most was the staff. They are so pleasant. They will stop and ask you how your day is going. They are always keeping busy. You see someone going by cleaning and the next thing you know they are back to drive the shuttle to the airport. A special shout out to Sana, who drove us to the airport. We called her a Jill of all trades, such a pleasant lady.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The staff were very friendly, the airport shuttle was quick, the hotel itself was clean and beautiful, and the suite we stayed in was perfect for our family vacation! The variety of breakfast options so was also a great plus before we headed out on our city adventures. The pool was clean and great way for our 3 year old to spend an evening. We will most definitely be staying here again the next time that we are in Toronto!

I enjoy my stay, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. However, the breakfast needs improvements. We had the same thing every day, mostly days old pastries and processed liquid egg. If you do not eat processed eggs, you are out of your morning protein. Other continental breakfast offerings boiled eggs which should be simple to do.

We loved our stay at Homewood suites!!
The staff was 5 star! The rooms were great, large and perfect temperature! Location was good, just outside of Toronto.
The pool was always clean and put together! Definitely would recommend, we will 100% be back!!

Room is outdated a bit but clean. Bedroom and mini living room are separated. Refrigerator. Small flat stove and dishes. Excellent staff and always helpful. Laundry on premises. Hampton next door. Hotel gives rides to and from hotel. Free hot breakfast. Chucks restaurants and Tim Horton is close by. Javier was helpful and provided tips on traveling. Cleaning is every other day.

The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is okay. However, my allergies flared up. I have been sneezing all the time especially at night. I have the impression that the carpet and bed linens are not that clean? The exhaust fan in the washroom is not working as well.

We have stayed in many airport hotels in Toronto, and this has been by far the best! The rooms were much more spacious than we are used to, even having a full kitchen, and the prices were competitive and at the lower end of the range.
Continental breakfast was fantastic. On top of the basics of cereal and muffins and coffee and tea. There was a hot station with eggs and hashbrowns and sausages. Very impressed and will definitely go straight there next time we are booking a hotel in Toronto.

I did not enjoy my stay here. My room, the bathroom ceiling above shower, had mold and mildew on it. I brought this to concierge attention and they couldn't even put me in another room. They said they would let maintenance know about it, but no one came to inspect it.

The breakfast lounge was closed due to \"renevations\". All guests staying at homewood hotel had to walk over to Hampton Inn hotel for breakfast which was a huge inconvenience.

To management, when you see this review and you are in your feelings about what I said, then make sure you take care of the mold and try to have a grab in go breakfast in your own hotel lounge, maybe front desk for guests in the future.

Staff were very helpful on the phone and in person upon check-in. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable - with more amenities than we expected and needed for our brief stay overnight. Location was handy with many external food options nearby. The bed was super comfortable and enabled us a great night's rest!! Although the common area where breakfast would be served was under construction at this time, the alternative option of going to an adjacent hotel for complimentary breakfast options was a nice addition. Staff were also very pleasant upon check-out. I will stay here again!!

Comfortable large room. We forgot our swim stuff so no pool review from us. The body wash ran out mid shower... Not cool. Should be refilled automatically for each new guest check in not upon inconveniencing the guest. The breakfast area was under renovation so we had to share with the other hotel so it was a zoo. I'm sure that because of this, the food was not cooked properly. My son and I had bad \"bowel issues\" for the day. We skipped breakfast the next day because of this....

When we arrived after a very long flight we were exhausted, there was no electricity in the bedroom, I went to the front desk and told them. This was corrected, unfortunately we did not notice that there was no power in the bathroom. We did not notice this until we were in bed, I got up to use the washroom and no power. After the Fire Department left this morning I mentioned it to the girl in charge, she said I should have come back and told her.
I have used your hotel several times and left very pleased with everything, but was up with her comments.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations so the location of the morning breakfast needed to be relocated. The room is dated and linens could be updated. The breakfast is mediocre in comparison to other hotels in the area. The hotel is located much further from the airport than we expected. We waited at the airport for the shuttle. After awhile, we contacted the hotel and were told the shuttle comes only upon request. We were not aware of this which was annoying especially after a nine hour flight, dealing with time change luggage pick up and border security…there are much better options closer to the airport.

The room and the stay were great. However, everything should be stated upfront. We got there to checkin only to realize they only accept credit card as a payment. Where we opted to pay there so we could pay by debit.

We were also not advised that there is a large deposit. Which to me is misleading. Also, the price we paid was more then the quote price we got at booking. There was quite a difference in the price and the staff was not helpful.

If your not going to offer debit this should be told to customers prior to getting there.

The room itself was pretty nice however we did find other guests items in our room while unpacking which made us worry about just how clean the rooms get after other guests leave, the tvs remote was a bit on the glitchy side as it was hard for it to reguster buttons, and one of our curtians was missing its pull rod when we arrived and despite informing the staff of that fact i think they still charged me for the replacment as my holding charge for any damages hasnt been returned yet. Most of the building was under renovations or general construction so it wasnt to apealing to walk past all the time. The pool was nice but the janitorial staff kept watching my friends and i while we were in there so it felt pretty uncofrotable after a while. Overall it wasnt terrible if your lookinh for a place just to stay at for a weekend but i dont think ill be going back with my friends anytime.

They are renovating the dining area and due to poor construction management the hotels had to evacuate 2 days early in the morning because of fire alarms. This is very inconvenient especially with small children as the elevator is not functioning during an alarm. As a construction worker myself I believe this could have been avoided

Staff are accommodating from the drivers of shuttle to front desk, staff that serves breakfast and the staff doing housekeeping. Kudos to all staff. Their building may be under renovation but we still have a great time as it feels like home. We have kitchen that we can use if we want to cook, dishwasher, microwave and more. We stayed in a 2 bedroom each with en-suite bathrooms. We were on the top floor. It was perfect for our needs, Mom traveling with adult son. We each had our privacy. The beds were so comfortable we had trouble getting out of them. I highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel is looking rather tired. The room itself was nicely appointed with a small kitchen but the couch was old and in need of replacement, the mattress was too soft and the sheets and bed coverings were old. Breakfast lounge was undergoing a major renovation but they made provision for us at their attached sister property. The breakfast was actually quite good! I don't remember being advised that the hotel was undergoing some renovations when I booked. Had I known, we may have booked elsewhere.

The hotel is currently being renovated while renting out rooms. There’s a lot of construction noise and dust. It makes it impossible for their staff who are doing a very good job. The room we stayed in was spacious, but really not very nice. The furniture looked like it have been pulled from very different hotels and was old. Again, I have to say the staff was very nice, but it was not a nice hotel to stay in even for one night.

This is the second time I have stayed here for 2 weeks. Everyone here is extremely friendly and take care of their guests well.
What stood out to me is the Manager in charge is always there to help out guests and his staff and always has a smile on his face.
The hotel is undergoing renovation and I am looking forward to staying here again once that is done. Highly recommend.

I had a great one-night stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre. The location is very convenient for the airport and corporate area. The room, a Studio Suite with a 1 King Bed, was fantastic! It was clean, well-appointed, and very spacious. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent, professional service. This is a dependable and excellent choice when staying in Toronto, this is the truth 😊🙏
