Property appeared dated. Doors are dated, bathroom vanity old and chipped. You can hear noisy neighbours through the wall. Had to call front desk after 1am to ask them to ask them to keep it down. Took some time before noise subsided. Towels are not high quality. I’ve stayed at other Sandman hotel and this one did not meet the quality I expected.

We really liked the room. The location is about a 15 minute shuttle to the airport. They will pick up at the F3 post at arrivals for terminal 1. Call the hotel when you are ready for a pick up. The location of the hotel is near a Montanas (I'm not sure if it's walkable as its a bit of an industrial area and i didnt see sidewalks, but I'm guessing it might be a 10 minute walk if attempted). The hotel has a bar and a Dennys attached, which is very convenient. We had a 6 am domestic flight and reserved the shuttle for 4:20 am and had no problems getting the shuttle and arriving in time.

The staff helped me when I had questions and printed a document off for me. My only suggestion would be that other hotel brands of hotels usually offer the coffee station all day.

I wasn’t told at check-in that I needed to leave a tag out to ask room attendant to make up room the tag was not by door in my room. I eventually found it on day 4 of my stay tucked on a shelf near bed in back corner of the room.

By that point I already asked front desk for a room refresher and that’s how I knew there was a tag somewhere in my room. I found the do not disturb tag by my door no problem at all.

The hotel room itself was clean and everything was in good working order including the AC. The Denny’s in the hotel was handy onsite for 24hr a day food but there’s a few other restaurants nearby within walk in distance. We stayed 6 nights. I didn’t use the pool or hot tub. My husband did once.

We had stayed in this hotel for the night, and it’s a great hotel. Upon checking in, you’re asked if you wish to book an airport shuttle for the morning, which is great for flight travellers, but we didn’t use it. The room was very clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities (microwave, minibar, good water pressure) that you needed for a reasonable price. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was also very fast, which comes in handy for extra work while travelling. It is also a great location, where you have access to public transit within a few minutes walk, saving you energy.

We requested a crib prior to our arrival and assured we would have a crib for our two adjoining rooms. We didn’t get a crib until more than 24 hours after check in and we had to ask multiple
Times. Our baby had to sleep in a bed first day for his nap which is very unsafe. After two different ppl asked 6 times we finally got a crib. We were also supposed to receive food and beverage vouchers on check in but we never did. I had to go ask for it personally. And he gave us the wrong amount Initially

We had a great stay overall. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The lobby looked like it might have been having some minor repairs done, but nothing inconvenient. The pool looked like it needed a little maintenance. The service was excellent and we used the airport shuttle which was great. This is not much to look at on the outside. But looks can be deceiving!

Our suite was beautiful on the second floor. Bed was ridiculously comfortable. 5 star all the way.

This place is perfect if you need extra space beyond the standard room. Location is a bit far from downtown, but with the price which includes parking, it is worth it. Room was clean enough, tho it can get cleaner if you are detailed person, you can notice things. We did not use the amenities, but comfortable being in the room for a week. Service was decent, It was during FIFA world cup and Canada day, it was busy and short on staff on one of those days so it's understandable. The only downside is the drive to go places, it takes at least 20 -30 mnts with no traffic.

I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the area for the World Cup with 3 friends and had 0 complaints for the entirely of the trip!

I originally booked a King suite with a pullout couch, but after the first night we realized it would be a bit uncomfortable for the next few nights, so I asked the front desk if there were any 2-queen bed suites available for the rest of our trip, and they upgraded us to one for no charge. All the staff were very friendly, from the receptionists to the cleaning crew to the bartenders.

The hotel was driving distance from downtown Toronto; my group frequently Ubered straight there and back for ~$25 CAD each way. There are also tons of restaurants a few blocks down the street, but the 24/7 Dennys on the bottom floor was very convenient!

I would highly recommend staying here, and I will likely come back to this hotel next time I’m in the GTA!

The room was a bit overpriced for the amenities that and room quality. Mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable and we had a sore neck and back every morning. Shower head was very difficult to operate.
The hot tub was annoying because it was only on for 10min and you'd have to keep stepping out and pressing a button to turn it on again, weak jets in the tub and temperature of water wasn't warm enough for a hot tub. We had a dirty dish that was not picked up by cleaning staff and no cups were left for our family.
