This is a completely refurbished hotel. It's not one of those \"paint the doors and call it refurbished\" hotels. Everything is clean and new.

Friendly staff, great room, and great price. A perfect stay.
Way better choice than the Crown Plaza at a lower price.
This is where I will stay when coming to Toronto.

Stay overall was good!

The bathroom was a little tight and the A/C unit was loud whenever it turned on (thankfully it was dead quiet when it turned off). Aside from that, I'm very happy with my stay at this hotel: My room was clean and spacious, the staff I dealt with were courteous and efficient, the included buffet breakfast was generous and tasty, and there were several useful amenities (restaurants and gas stations) nearby. This was my first stay at a Spark - I would stay at one again.
Claudia
Breakfast needs improvement. The staff and front desk service were courteous and professional. Thanks
Michael
Clean rooms, great staff and very affordable. Great location!

Très peu de choix pour le déjeuner. Sinon, pour le reste c’était acceptable.

The Spark was our base during 4 nights to explore Toronto and the greay lakes. The room and the amenities were clean and confortable. This was perfect for a familly. Free breakfasts are always welcome! All this for a fair price.

There was no safe for keeping valuables.and the housekeeping was done very late in the day despite it happening every other day. Rest of the stay was fine. Breakfast area was quite crowded after 9pm

The air conditioning was on full blast in our room, with no instructions on how to adjust it. Trust me, we tried, hall way was dirty. Papers all over the floor. Yuk

The booking, check-in, stay and check-out were all very smooth. Breakfast as very simple but nutritious (eggs, nuts, fruits etc). Members Lakshmi and Angel were super helpful in answering all my in and after stay questions and was very accommodating

The every other day cleaning was sometimes hit and miss. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

I liked the friendliness of the staff from the front desk to the room service and the cafe for breakfast.
Breakfast needs more healthy choices and waffle machines for sure.

the air conditioning unit was hard to control. Noises came from the unit even when not blowing air. No true drawers were available for clothes. Told that someone would service the room, every second day, towels were dropped off, but no one made rhe bed. All in all, not a very good stay under the hilton umbrella
Osafo
The hospitality was great and the breakfast was super good
Karon
The hotel was clean. Breakfast had a lot of different foods to pick from. Good value for the price.
Trevor
Friendly staff. Will stay again.
Steven
Everything was great, except the breakfast wasn't overwhelming, although it was better the second day. Everything was clean and quiet with helpful staff.
Alexandra
Really nice stop over. Our room was very clean and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Sandra at breakfast was particularly helpful. It was very busy with a large group of children but she found us a table and was just so very nice. Would definitely stay again when using the airport. Some great in Indian Restaurants near by.
Margaret
Very nice place to stay

The stay was okay. The room could have been cleaner. There was alot of hair around the room that made me question if it was cleaned properly. Staff was really helpful and the breakfast was good for the options.

The property was very clean. Our room was perfect. We had a king bed. It was clean and bright. The bed was a bit soft for me, but my husband liked it. Breakfast was good. Eggs sausage and a variety of bagels and spreads. Choice of juices tea coffee or hot chocolate. We will be back.

Staff were polite and friendly! Housekeeping was timely and the hotel itself was very clean. Breakfast was pretty basic but we enjoyed our stay!
Shahid
Due to weather connecting flight was missed, so we missed a day. Hotel manager did not consider to waive for one day. Plus we spend five hours playing with thermostat and was hot inside AC never cooled it. Finally, we called help desk and tech came and manually turned on AC and said yes that thermostat do not work. If it was not working why there was no sign for indication.
Marta
I like it overall. Room was cozy, clean, bed was comfortable. One thing I didn’t like at all that they changed my king room to queen and it was a connecting room. Also, table lamp didn’t work.
Breakfast was nice.

These accommodations were perfectly adequate on a very basic scale. No frills. Clean. Spacious. Basic. A bit of a commute to central Toronto. Very adequate.

I didn't realize when I booked the room that there was no patio door to go outside. Everything else was amazing. The smell in the hallway and lobby was awesome. Not sure what they use, but it was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Super hôtel, environnement un peu bruyant et on entends un peu les voisins de chambre mais ce fût un super séjour. Le personnel est super et l'hôtel très propre. Le petit déjeuner parfait!

We experienced an issue with the toilet during our stay. It was draining slowly and incompletely, and when we tried to call the front desk, there was no response. Therefore, we went down to the front desk, where only one staff member was available. When we reported the issue, he informed us that there was no on-site housekeeping service to assist with the problem. Instead, he handed us a plunger and asked us to fix the toilet ourselves. Luckily, one of our friends was also staying at the hotel, so we had to use their restroom for the entire stay. I have stayed in other Hilton hotels, and this is the first time I have had such an experience. This situation is unacceptable, and we are requesting a refund.

We were only there for a few hours over night, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and common spaces were clean and they start breakfast really early which was nice as we had an early flight.

Laundry room is available and it is definitely a plus if you stay long since there are no many good laundromats in the area. Breakfast is good and they constantly refill. Their shampoo and lotion brand Zero % is great cause I have allergy issues and have been looking for products which has no chemicals with a nice scent. I loved it so, I purchased from Amazon for myself. Plenty of parking space at the back too.
After you passed the dining area, there is a carpet leading to your rooms has smell. It is not too strong but noticeable. One good thing is that there is no carpet in your room, so no carpet smell in your room. Overall the room is clean. Just need to clean/wipe the dinning area tables faster because although there were spaces to sit down to eat but there were crumbs and leftover food on the tables from other customers who already left. These are not big issues so, overall experience was great
