As there is major construction around the hotel. It is difficult to get into the parking lot at this time.A heads up would have been nice. The construction made it difficult to find somewhere to eat and the staff were no help directing me where to go to get a meal , other than to suggest a food truck in the parking lot.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort Inn Mississauga on Topflight Drive. The staff, especially those at the front desk, were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience very welcoming. The room was generally clean and comfortable.

However, there is room for improvement in the housekeeping department. Upon arrival, I noticed used napkins, napkin waste, and some towels left behind by previous guests in a blue container under the washbasin. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who responded promptly and professionally.

The complimentary breakfast could also be improved, both in terms of variety and overall quality. A wider selection of fresh food options would enhance the guest experience.

Overall, I had a good stay, thanks largely to the excellent customer service provided by the staff, but improvements in housekeeping and breakfast offerings would make the experience even better.

Here’s a polished version of your hotel review that keeps your voice but reads smoothly and clearly:

---

Great breakfast selection with plenty of options — fruit, hard‑boiled eggs, yogurt, omelets, sausages, bread, bagels, and fresh waffles. Coffee, juice, and tea were also available.

There was lots of parking, which was helpful because the area didn’t feel very walkable. Having a car or using Uber seems necessary. The hotel also has a vending machine with water, pop, and snacks.

Staff were really kind, and the room was spacious and clean.

As an “accessible” room the amenities need adjusting. The hand held wand was removed from the shower. The towels were at an inaccessible height, as is the microwave. There is a table that blocked wheelchair access to the bedside. The coffee maker being pushed to the back and unplugged is not wheelchair accessible. Bathroom counter, dressing bench and shower bench were all fully accessible.

We arrived in the evening of Dec 5/ 25 for a 1 night stay after driving 6 hours with a child. We were all tired and went to bed. I went out for a vape at 1030 pm and went straight to bed.
In the mid morning while having breakfest my husband sent me a photo of something that was under our bed turned out that it happened to be a discarded condom with a wrapper and another condom that had been used. I went downstairs immediately and complained to the night clerk, stating that I was not paying for my room as that was disgusting. And that I had a 7-year-old staying in that room. That night long story short, the front desk manager decided to tell me that I was only going to get $30 as a return. And that the manager was in the hospital and could not come to see me after I had asked to speak with him after talking with him. 4 over a 1 an hour, I called Expedia explained everything to them. They called said, yes, I was getting my money back. But yet comfort in in mississaga still stated. They were not going to refund me any money.Except for thirty dollars, then it went to fifty dollars.I said, no I then stated that I was going to reach out to media for this.As it's disgusting and they should be completely ashamed to even offer that the female lady then smirked at me.So did the knight clerk stating they weren't going to give you back the money after almost forty minutes of talking with expedia. And with the comfort in, I did manage to get a return, but then was threatened and told not

Very bad

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. While I was lying on the bed, I found a cockroach under me on the bed itself! It was shocking and completely unacceptable.

When I called the manager, he said it was “not a big deal” and hung up on me without offering any help or compensation. This is not the kind of service or hygiene anyone expects from a hotel.

I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and customer service.

Great place to stay with family

The staff at the Comfort in Mississauga was excellent. Everything was clean and the beds were incredibly comfy. The only thing I can say that I did not like was the rolling desk chair in the room. Even though it was a family long weekend trip I needed to work every night for a bit and the chair was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was going to fall out of it the entire time. Maybe I just had a bad chair. Other than that incredibly minor thing I would totally stay here again.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn for 3 nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The washroom sink was clogged from the moment I checked in. I reported it, but instead of fixing it properly, staff only poured some chemical down and told me it was fixed – but it wasn’t. The sink remained clogged the entire stay, which was extremely inconvenient.

On top of that, the room itself was poorly maintained. The bedding and pillows were uncomfortable and felt very low quality. Even something as basic as the bedside lamp was missing a bulb, making the room feel neglected.

For the price I paid, I expected at least the basics to be in order, but this hotel failed on multiple levels. I would not recommend staying here until they improve both their room conditions and their customer service.

It was difficult to get to this property because of construction around it - NOT the property's problem because the city is laying some sort of a tram car track on the Hurantario Road. However, when we got to the hotel by taking a detour, there was a large junk container holding renovated scrap, from the remodelling going on inside the hotel.

Although both our rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable, the toilet in one of the rooms kept breaking down 3-4 days in a row. The staff would fix it but it will break down again. Breakfast was OK and like other hotels that we have been to in the US.
