Everything was great, I stayed with my family there. Super clean, friendly guest service employees, affordable price and near to airport. Good breakfast options.

Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff. The room was great - very spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed including WiFi. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator, which is fairly slow. Not quite enough for a hotel this size.
The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. There were only paper plates, cups, and bowls and the cutlery was plastic. Other than that, it was similar to breakfast offered in most hotels in the area. It's all self-serve. They don't prepare anything upon request.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an extremely friendly, polite, and accommodating fellow.
The suite was wonderful and had everything that we needed.
I highly recommend the Executive Residency by Best Western in Toronto-Mississauga.

Room was not as clean as I had expected. There was blue toothpaste stuck to the bathroom on arrival, mentioned it to the clerk, but was still there for the duration of our stay. Sheets were stained on check in but were eventually changed after we advised front desk.

Very spacious rooms. Good location. Great value.

I booked a room for six people, but I found only two beds, each suitable for two people, and there was just one couch in the living area. I didn't say anything at the time, but I wasn't happy with the experience, and I won't be staying there again
kingsley
I really don't have much to say about it, it just an okay hotel nothing much to talk about the place.

Close to airport and very reliable
Oleksandr
Excellent hotel for extended stay.
Debra
We did not have actual bath towels, seemed more like pool towels. Our Coffee wasn't refilled so we were left with decaf for the morning. Little things that should be addressed.
DANIEL
no towels and room was dirty
Rodney
Great

The pool was not very big & there’s no hot tub. Everything else was great!

We had a nice stay only a couple things. Room smelled of strong cleaner, but no dirt! No hand towels or faceclothes.
Sharifa

Nice hotel, room was clean with leaving room and kitchen. Full breakfast, the staff was nice!
Tony
Breakfast- not the greatest, eggs were weird and the sausage patties are very strange.
24/7 coffee is not a thing.
Could use some gluten free breakfast options.
Rooms were good, towels were hard to come by. We got pool towels quite a bit of the week we were there.
All around pretty good spot with a family of 5.

The hotel was great, friendly staff and housekeeping was professional and kind. Breakfast was decent, we very much liked that they showed what was going to be for breakfast each day for the whole week on a sign so we knew what it was before we went.
Kiran
The stay in the Hotel was excellent!!! The staff was very helpful. The hotel premises are nice with ample parking. The layout of the suite room is nice and spacious.
Darren
The property is close to car rental spaces and to the YYZ Toronto Pearson Airport
Michelle
The staff were so welcoming and cheerful. They made transportation recommendations to help cut down taxi fares for our group and even took a group photo of us! They genuinely cares about our trip and asked us how we enjoyed our activity of the day :) This is rare to find nowadays!!
Iliana
Rooms were large and well set up. Staff very pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t the best food and the overall ambiance even with the Renovations was still a very dated and old hotel. TVs still ran on coaxial cable and the hotel was very dark.
Airha Mae
The place is clean and the staffs are very helpful. The free breakfast could be improved as the eggs were a little dry but other than that we had a good time staying here
William
It was amazing experience. Clean room.
fadia
Vary nice room with kitchen
Neely
The room was very well laid out but there was a lot of scents used in cleaning and not the normal bleach and lemony scents So I was having trouble breathing (allergies) But the staff was very helpful and location was great! Workout facilities were top notch as well!

Our business travel had us visit twice in one month, so we had two opportunities to experience the hotel. The suite rooms are quite large, and having a living area/kitchen separate from the bedroom is great, so A+ for general space/utility. Unfortunately, having kitchens means people are cooking, and often cooking food that is quite odorous, which can permeate the corridors with strong smells. Our second stay found us above the pool room, so we had a noticeable musty/chlorine odour to contend with, but not bad enough to ask for a different room. The 'business centre' computer wasn't connected to its printer, so we had to ask the front desk to print some files for us—which they were happy to assist with. Both rooms we stayed in were clean enough, but more attention to vacuuming the carpet would remove much more hair from past guests. Our second room's kitchen had a near-finished bottle of vodka in the cupboard above the fridge and several of the cupboard doors were missing their handles. For some reason, cleaning staff would take towels and not replace them. Pool was not very inviting: very cloudy. The complementary breakfast was sufficient, though the eggs were too moist and hash-browns weren't cooked enough. Elevator is painfully slow. General common area cleanliness could be improved. Still, for short stays when you're not spending much time in the room, this location is convenient and satisfactory. Would stay again if no better options were available in same price range.
ayman
good price , close to the airport, nice clean spacious rooms , good wifi, breakfast selection and options are poor though

Nice

Ther was construction going on right when we got out of the elevator. Not sure if we were supposed to step on the peel and stick laminate upon arrival of our floor. This hotel was a very budget friendly hotel.
Ritchi
No issues during our stay. Excellent service and clean room.
Kristen
Breakfast was ok for a free breakfast. A few options like scrambled eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. Parking was easy, but not sexure in any way which should be more of a priority with the state or rhe GTA these days in terms of crime. The room was old and of low quality. Gross stains on the carpet. Lumpy foam pillows, extremely uncomfortable couch.
Fawzia
Rooms were spacious and clean

It was my first time visiting Canada from Jamaica and the team help to make it a comfortable one..
I had issues connecting to Uber and they assisted me to upload Hobb App which is a less expensive service.
I was appalled with the clothes basket, make up remover compared to all the other hotels that I have been to in the past this one exceeds them all.
My only suggestion is a better breakfast menu.
I will definitely visit again in the future..
It is located in the center of everywhere.
Good job team members...👍

Clean rooms, good breakfast and barbecues out back. There was an issue with the patio door card reader when we stayed
Jessica
When you walk into the front lobby your hit in the face with the smell of a port-a-potty. The staff is very quick to dismiss its guests as fast as possible. Breakfast included powdered eggs and dirty waffle makers where you get to eat your food in the same port-a-potty smell. The room was decorated very nice however we could have done without the spots on the mirrors and sinks giving you the feeling it wasnt cleaned prior to you getting into the room, there was also trash from a pervious guest still needed to be emptied. There was a stain on the carpet which isn't that big of a deal but with the vibe of everything fit in very well. When turning on the lights to the room no light had the same light colour some were crisp white while others were yellow glow. The pool was very small compared to other hotels we have stayed in which was a little disappointing. The pictures displayed in advertisment painted a different atmosphere that this hotel did not live up to. Overall it is safe to say we will not be choosing this hotel again as our first impression was below standards for cost.
Karen E
Very convenient location. Liked having a kitchen snd separate bedroom
Yuriy
Good value for the money. Comfortable beds, close to airport, ample parking, full kitchen and very spacious rooms. Free breakfast. Pool and gym at thr hotel. Friendly staff.
Could be a bit ckeaner.
Will stay again.

Great place. We stay here every time we come to Toronto. Wish the breakfast had more meat then just sausage and eggs but you can’t have everything in life
Michelle
The management and staff were helpful towards addressing any concerns raised

Overall good experience.

Our room smelled like weed.
Breakfast was put on early which was very nice so we could catch a flight. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The rooms were clean.

Awesome stay

The suite was for 4 people, but only dishware for two. Only one new bath towel and no new coffee pods brought each day, had to keep asking for more. Poor quality breakfast and coffee in the breakfast room that was very weak (light brown color) and undrinkable.
Shawna
We were in town for a Toronto FC game and took the GO Train to Exhibition Station—always a great idea to stay outside the core and train in.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was just okay, with typical options like waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and pre-made eggs.
One concern: a staff member came twice with single towels to our room and did not call for them. The first time, we didn’t hear the light knock and she entered the room, which felt uncomfortable.
Also, Hurontario Rd is still a nightmare with all the construction.
Overall, a decent stay, but that situation did make us a bit wary.

Staff was friendly, I had to change my room due to an oder. My other room the last night I saw 2 roaches. Overall stay was good.
Colleen
Rooms were nice, clean and roomy.... kitchen utilities minimal, the staff was friendly and accomodating....breakfast was great and lots of space to sit and eat... pool was very small water was quite cloudy my son couldnt see with his goggles on lol....elevator was broken down good thing was only 4 level hotel... not directly the fault of the hotel but there were a few kids sporting teams staying there and they were running up and down the halls yelling and banging the walls/out of control 2 of the 3 nights ...
Amanda
Breakfast was meh, but everything else was great! Check in was great and front desk staff was amazing!
A
They have an atmosphere of tolerance for loud unsupervised kids running all over and making LOT of noise, for hours into the night. It took two calls to reception and me talking directly to the family before they quieted down just before midnight .The room itsself was fine.
Chantelle
Breakfast isnt terrible. The eggs are not.so great.
Maybe made.from.powdered eggs? Selection isnt big. Still have basics so not bad

Worst parking ever. They tell you to park at the back of the building and there is no cameras around the back for customers safety. I checked in last Friday and my car was stolen from their parking lot between midnight and 10am Saturday morning when I came out looking for my car. Then the receptionist tells you that they will check their security guard who walks around at night and they will give an update. One week has passed and still no update from them. Not once has the manager even tried to contact me to show some sort of compassion or offer some sort of apology. This must be a regular occurrence for them.
Got there Friday night from the USA, car stolen a couple hours later, checked out Sunday. Sounds like a setup to me.
P.S. Don’t stay there !!!

Clean room. Very friendly. Feels like home away from home

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. There was no extra toilet paper, no extra blankets for the sofa bed but we got it at the front desk. Would stay at this location again.
Stephanie
Clean room and Excellent staff
kathleen
The staff serving breakfast are really nice!
Rene
The room was not properly cleaned. After walking around in the room my socks had picked up so much hair. And we found a used condom wrapper on the floor beside the bed. There were not any face cloths in the room and only 1 bath towel. When we asked for more a guy came up with 2 small dingy old towels that couldnt even wrap around an adults body. When we said where are the face cloths he said they didnt have any and it would take 1 hour because they were all in the wash. Never going back here
Andy
Clean room, good attentive staff and great included breakfast
Tiffany
We booked this hotel for a short trip and really enjoyed our stay. The room booked looked just like the photos. There was a small buffet breakfast. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and restaurants. We would recommend this hotel to friends and we would stay here again.
Alycia
I think small containers of jam, peanut butter is more sanitary than squeeze bottle containers. The coffee wasn’t hot, more luke warm.
chantelle
Initial room smelled bad so i had to get air condition. The cable was awful, programs were freezing and repeating over and over. Dirt was it was a 7/10. The place was very spacious and staff were kind towards us.
ZaZa
Clean rooms for family, the pool is small ideally for younger kids, but overall great experience
Maria
Clean room , nice kitchen, helpful staff, convenient laundry room, great breakfast menu, great location for all our need
Maria Loreto
Staff are helpful and nice, clean room , Laundry room is a great feature for our longer stay, nice location for all our need, nice cozy kitchen for a day or two that we want to have a home cooked food. We simply had a home away from home in this hotel.
Annette
This is not a luxury hotel. It was clean, comfy, and staff was pleasant and helpful. It was conveniently located to my conference venue and close to airport. Would stay again and similar situation.
Robin
The room had been cleaned but it smelled like old cigarettes and men’s cologne. The carpet in the bedroom is old and gross, and there were stains on the fabric bed frames. The couch is a vinyl old thing that looks like it is from the 70’s. It is need of a new interior! We would not stay again.
Kristen
Parking is sketchy. You have to park behind the building and then walk through an ally to get to the front doors.
Gym is decent.
Just basic cable TV - no Netflix or steaming apps, no smart TV.
Breakfast was ok - but included, better than nothing.
Decent room and comfy bed.
Was only there for one night of a work event the following day and it did the trick for the night. Worth the price in my opinion. Would likely stay again.

Clean and very good room for the price . Only complaint would be the breakfast that was very limited and not very good
Lamy
Great staff, nice and cozy rooms and easy access
Ayoola
The room though looks clean, though the living room floor and rugs at the bedroom were a bit dusty and unconducive for our young baby. We enjoyed everybit of the breakfast except the Suausage roll which tasted a little bit weird.
These exceptions are the reasons why i didnt rate it excellent but fairly good.
