It will be great to add beans to the breakfast menu and to expand the dining room area.
Mirza
Quality of breakfast was much worse than expected. I was disappointed by the lack of food and service. Room service was very poor.
Sheets were not cleaned when we entered the room. Seems like the worker just straightens the room rather than cleaning for new customers. I usually stay at Hampton Inn and enjoy their services, not this time.

Excellent customer service and management attention and support to customers’ needs. The hotel has been my favourite for years!
Nicholas
Clean room and the check-in staff were great. Breakfast went until 10 and had a variety of staples. Stayed on an upper floor during a hot summer stretch and it was a little warmer/more humid on the upper floors versus lower ones. Parking was free, but was nearly full the weekend night I stayed. Overall, would come back!

Excellent stay! If you are on the fence between this hotel and the one right next to it, choose this one Hampton Inn-it's worth the extra price! Nice rooms and friendly customer service. (One tiny thing is there are not any fans in the washrooms, and some of the guests were really loud late in the night in the hallway). Thank you Hampton Inn for a really great experience! Next time I come to the GTA I will definitely come here!
Ievgen
Really good place!

They charge me twice 200$ and I did not like that. I stay 1 night and they charge me 400$ instead of 200$.

Although there was no smoothie bar as advertised on the website, we otherwise had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
Jen
Wonderful, helpful staff! The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, it was nice and close to the airport.
Roy
This hotel is great and made our stay enjoyable and stress free. From the rooms to the breakfast, everything was top notch. The only negative I would give it is that there is no hot tub in the pool area, which is by no means a deal breaker.
Yvon

Love the kind staff, free round trip shuttle service and free daily breakfast and comfy beds.
Carrie
A clean, reliable hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit hospital-like (steamed) but overall, a good, solid stay.
Robin
Clean and friendly. Conveniently located. Free parking.
David
All the employees were very helpful, courteous, and welcoming. They greeted us with warm smiles and made the experience very pleasant.
Madhav
I like location of the hotel as most of the places were approachable distance.
Instead of combined room - I mean there was door in-between but a separate room could have been better.
Thank you

The hotel shuttle was fast. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The gym was really good too. We did try to use the pool, but there were a lot of other people in there at the time, so we missed out. Overall, it was a great overnight stay.

On my first day of check-in I called front desk to ask house keeping to clean my room. The house keeping manager forcefully charged me $250 for deep cleaning the carpet , very horrible experience, they only focus on charging people extra, when I refused to pay the took my damage deposit without my consent from my credit card.

Great breakfast, nice room, but 40 minutes waiting for a shuttle and the kids bed was not made when we got to the airport. Great for families.

Clean and newly renovated spacious room. Great hot breakfast. Excellent front desk customer service. Highly recommended this hotel. It’s very cheap at quiet neighbourhood in Mississauga.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice and staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was small and simple but it suited our needs and for the price it was a great deal. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean and less than a 10 minute drive away from the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly on the whole. The room was in line with all Hampton Inn hotels.
The shuttle service leaves much to be desired and is the reason we will not return to this hotel.
Travelers arriving from the airport should know that the shuttle is a small, 6-person van. They cannot accommodate several groups of travelers. As a result, we waited over 30 minutes at the airport for a ride because the van had to make multiple trips to pick up all of the hotel customers. The van arrived a first time about 15 minutes after we initially called and took a group of six people - the driver told us a larger shuttle would come for us soon, which was untrue. Instead, the little van circled back to us fifteen minutes later to finally pick us. It was disheartening to see all of the other hotel shuttles make multiple rounds while we were still waiting on the curbside.
The shuttle drivers themselves were not very professional on the whole. When we were finally in the van, the front desk person called to ask if he'd picked us up. The driver said, "what, did they call again??", as if we were a nuisance. We'd called once to ask for the ride, and then a second time 20 minutes later to ask for an update on the ride.
There are so many hotels next to this airport with better service that there is no reason to return to this one.

Stayed the night before an early flight. Great Front Desk, comfortable room and most important comfortable cosy bed. Included breakfast at 6:am. Shuttle to YYZ. Perfect send off.

I was on business and the location to the airport was helpful. There was ample parking. The breakfast was better than other complimentary meals I’ve experienced.

Rooms were clean and had recently been renovated. Staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle service was provided when asked for it. Thanks Mila. Breakfast had a lot of variety. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location close to the highway. The room was clean and amenities overall were well maintained. Plenty of parking and the breakfast was better than expected. Would book again our next visit to Toronto.
Warren
Excellent breakfast. A bit of confusion about the airport shuttle as we went to the wrong Hampton Inn initially, but everyone was very nice about it. Comfortable bed.

Pool was great for the family. Breakfast was great. Very quiet even though right by the airport
Jackie
I loved that breakfast was included and that there was an airport shuttle. I did not like the lobby "cologne" that seemed to be pumping through the vents. As a person with breathing issues triggered by scents, it isn't helpful to have artificial smells in the air. I found the room to be quite small for the price. Breakfast was great and I liked that it started at 6am.

I found the room very comfortable. I liked that the shower gel, shampoo, bar soap, and lotion were all eco-friendly and had very light scents. The attendant at breakfast was very attentive. And the front desk staff were amazing making sure that we had everything we needed.

The room and hotel were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities are great, however the chlorine in the pool is extremely high (my eyes were burning just being inside the room) and the kids were in tears with how badly their eyes were burning. They later had what looked like mild chemical burn and headaches. Also, the eggs at breakfast (both scrambled and hard-boiled) were not good at all. Otherwise, breakfast was good. Also loved that they had coffee readily available in the lobby at all times.
Ma Victoria
The place and staff were amazing. Just found hair in the washroom that wasn’t cleaned.
Anna Gessica
Great hotel, and the front staff are excellent!
Benjamin
the room and facilities were clean and the staff was exceedingly helpful. Our television did not provide many choices and our window had a curtain missing which allowed light from parking lot lights to brighten our room all night. Breakfast was very crowed but the food was adequate.
Ivan
Nice fresh clean property. Far away from attractions though.
Mikhail
The breakfast was very hearty. Staff were helpful and the rooms were clean.
Gillian
Excellent hotel except for the fact that they only clean the rooms every other day. There is a teeny sign in the bathroom but it would be helpful if they stated this upon check in so that we would have known to call for clean towels.
Luis
Here’s a polished version of your hotel review:
All in all, the hotel was a good experience. However, breakfast was definitely the weakest feature. The apple juice tasted more like water than apple juice, and they ran out of regular sausage and replaced it with turkey sausage that tasted horrible. They also had no bagels available for breakfast, which was surprising.
Another issue was the hair dryers. The one in our room burned out, and the replacement stopped working after only a minute of use, so we had to request a third one. Customer service informed me that it was the last hair dryer they could find; otherwise, they would have had to ask another guest in an occupied room to lend theirs, which obviously was not possible.
Despite these issues, the overall stay was still good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The location was close to everything I needed and very convenient. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an amazing team and a great location!
