Super clean rooms, smelled a bit strange though. Parking is expensive… $30 for a night so buy it through Expedia when you checkout! The pool was actually warm and I got to swim on Valentine’s Day which was important for us! Lots of great food inside the hotel, casino is nearby, would come back if the prices were better!

Room size was great. Amenities are awesome, loved the gym and spa. If you download the app you can text the front desk if you need anything. I was able to get a microwave and a robe which was much appreciated since I was there for the week. Front desk staff and housekeeping provided excellent customer service. The variety of restaurants were all great. My only small complaint (which is of no fault of the hotel) is that you can hear the planes flying overhead from the airport. Other than that my stay was perfect and I would go back again for sure.

The bathroom was in dire need of repair. The wallpaper was peeling. The tub was peeling its coat in 3 area. You could not take a bath. The ceiling had bubbles so you can assume correctly there was water damage and mold. The fan did not work. The floor tiles had pieces broken out of it. The curtain didn’t go all the way around so water was everywhere when showering. There are pictures to share

The hotel itself is great! Room service was very easy. Great place to stay when you get stuck in Toronto in the winter time :). The reason for a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that there was a used Qtip in my room (they didn't check the corners of the room). I would stay here again. Mistakes happen. The room was spotless otherwise! Rooms are very spacious.

Room was less than average. Property is very nice. Front desk guy didn't seem like he even cared. Very blah right from the start, like he was reading off a script.
Parking was easy a simple which was nice. The front door employees extremely friendly and nice. Were smiling all the time. (Front desk employee should learn from them) Room was tiny as can be. Bathroom had no soap. The ones in the shower were empty. Had to ask for some just to wash hands.

Ok for an airport overnight stay. Unfortunately we were unaware it was directly under the flight path of all landing planes so sleep was a little challenging. Restaurant was really good though and shuttle service was decent. If you are arriving in terminal 3 the shuttle picks up around #39 outside

Let’s start from the front desk, she was not friendly and not even welcoming no smiles. I realised I shouldn't have booked with Delta Marriott hotel now I regret . In the room, the floor was not vacuumed properly still dusty and a lot of stains on the floor. We have a baby and we were so worried to leave him on the floor. Next, coffee maker(brewer), the slot where we pour water to make coffee that is full of dirt and dust. In the washroom no toiletries and the tub’s material was peeled off! And no kettle or hot water at the hotel available. I didn’t expect this from a big motel group like Marriott.

Felt like the rooms were underwhelming compared to pictures and vibe the hotel gives off online. A lot of really out of date decor (yellow electrical covers and switches from the 70s/80s, wallpaper). The windows were nowhere near sound proof and we had to call to be changed rooms because the air traffic sounded like we were on the runway. Have stayed at many airport hotels in our time but the noise was unreasonable. Bathroom doors were all chipped as were the floors and the tub surround (also out of date) in both rooms. Our first room smelled like really old carpets (likely from the really old carpets). Our room once we asked to change was significantly better. Amenities of the hotel (lot 41 restaurant, Starbucks, pool etc.) were nice to have. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would probably try somewhere else next time.

This property is in need of some refreshment.
Carpets, entry doors, washrooms, simple amenities. Washroom lacked hooks for towel hanging, no extendable makeup mirror, floor tiles were chipped and cracked, shelving in bathroom was dusty and not assembled,room furniture was old and dusty with no sense of real placement. Chair was pushed in front floor length mirror with a large lamp because there was no room for it elsewhere. Noise was overwhelming from planes going overhead.
Staff was pleasant and helpful at the desk and bar.
