Complimentary breakfast is a nice perk, though seating is limited.
Allan
Rooms are clean, staff are great. The schuttle bus was the best and driver was kind and helpful. Good buffet breakfast but no toast, limited items. Wifi in rooms a little spotty great
Mona
Breakfast was almost mediocre. Not enough sitting. One set of not very good towels per person to last two days. Dreary hallway. Not up to Hilton standards. A two star hotel. Location good with a good restaurant next door. When I asked for more towels I did get them promptly No pool or spa. Elevator buttons are barely legible because faded out.
Paige
Clean room. Friendly staff
Breann
Nice and friendly
Sarah
Loved the communication through chatting online with the staff. They were so helpful regarding the shuttles from the airport and considerate of us. Great service. Breakfast was bagels and cereal...fine and functional but no frills. Very comfy bed!
Hilkka
Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good. Airport shuttle was so handy. Would recommend and will stay again.

Older hotel that has been renovated. It’s clean and nice. I didn’t notice the charge for parking when I booked though. Also the AC unit was very loud.

Ian
Room was spacious and clean, only gripe was the AC unit had no control and was quite noisy.
Appreciated the airport shuttle that was quick and efficient.
Breakfast was quite basic continental style and was rather busy at 7.45am. Not really enough seating for the number of rooms I guess.
But overall good value

Recently upgraded. Clean and convenient, helpful staff. A good quality sports bar/restaurant attached. We would definitely stay here again.

Anne
Great hotel breakfast included with shuttle to airport and Chucks Roadhouse restaurant. Perfect for our one night stay before flying out early the next morning. Will definitely stay there again.

Self park lot A across the street making it handy to drop car off and stay the night. Airport shuttle was on time

The rooms were clean, staff were professional and the breakfast was ok. Wish they cycled through more breakfast options though.

Nothing fancy. Okay for an overnight stay close to the airport.
Susan
Room very clean, comfortable bed. Paper drinking cups not great.
Airport shuttle not reliable. Waited 45 minutes for one. Breakfast very basic but ok.

Everything was great the only thing was the bathtub was very slippery could be dangerous.
David
Great experience, simple check-in, bottomless coffee is awesome, the cold breakfast was the only drawback I prefer the traditional but staff were friendly and helpful
Jack K
Staffs are generally very helpful. Appreciate whilst it's not a 5 star hotel, it's very new & clean inside the room. I agree that we may not need daily cleanup but would be good to throw away rubbish & change floor mat in bathroom everyday, especially when the room is occupied by a family of 3 or 4 persons.
Thank you & it was a pleasant stay at your hotel :)

The breakfast had very limited options with no option for hot breakfast. The staff in charge of refilling the breakfast was not only unfriendly but also rude. the cleaning staff and the staff at the front desk were great. The proximity to the airport is an advantage.
Michelle
Nice staff, hotel, and breakfast
Sam
Clean and very convenient

location is good. Shuttle was on time. room was clean. There was fresh coffee 24x7 with flavored creamer which isnt always provided. Will come back!
William
Nothing to complain about. Would of liked another easy chair. Transfers good.
Samyag
Good Location. Good Staff. Even after paying $$ for parking per night, sometimes hard to find parking on weekends. Breakfast could have been litte better with more options for vegetarian people.
Sherri
Clean and newly done. Decent continental breakfast.

The room was clean and had all the necessities for our stay! The check-in and checkout process was very easy! The airport shuttle was amazing (both to and from the airport), and the location was perfect! The breakfast was limited to a few items but was certainly adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful! The elevator was, at times, worrisome but it did its job while we were there (LOL)!
dean
Great place to stay and the price is very good
Matt
Good hotel for early morning travel
Majed
Breakfast was poor in quality. The guy who was serving breakfast was rude.No bread was served.
Christopher
Very clean, staff was friendly and restaurant that was connected to property was excellent. Continental breakfast was a little bit lacking, but other than that, it was a great stay
Celine
Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was courteous and the cleanliness was excellent. There was a Chuck’s restaurant accessible from the hotel lobby which was a bonus.
STEVEN
All in all a very decent hotel.
Mary
For the price we paid we expected a bit more than bagels and toast for breakfast. That was a big disappointment
Daniel
It was a good stay
Ekai
After a terrible night of traveling The hotel clerk was able to accommodate my short notice booking by checkin me in early. Also, the room was very clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable!
Laura
Easy late check in and great shuttle schedule and service. Arrived late and left early and bed was comfy.
Reception was super helpful.
Breakfast was great to have a quick yogurt or boiled egg before heading to the airport. They also had baked goods.

Nice clean room! I asked for a wake up call but that did not happen! I had a very early flight! It would have been nice to have some hot coffee! Shuttles to and from the Airport worked fine!
Neacail
Beautiful updated room very convenient to the airport with the shuttle. Would’ve loved to have had luggage racks and a bathtub. Great restaurant downstairs, but was very loud. Must’ve been the FIFA, but I assume it was always loud like that. The continental breakfast was OK but could use a little more selections. Only bagels for the options would have loved to have had toast but other than that great location excellent service, clean and quiet.
Sarah
The shuttle times were way off for pick ups, the elevator button for our floor was broken missing and the ac worked but was crazy noisy the said they fixed it but not really it persisted through our stay. Breakfast was available but super hectic and not enough tables . Bar attached was a great plus did not travel elsewhere for dinner which was nice
Keron
The room was clean, however the property maintenance could be improved.
Caley
So to start really good. Very clean and comfortable. Safe. Friendly. Very good.
One thing I would suggest to the property is to give the breakfast a little more variety..Some meat and fruits would be a good idea.
Great stay. Thanks

JEFFREY
Very clean! The rooms were newly renovated, the rest of the hotel will come along, soon. Staff very friendly.
Victor
Great property clean and in great location
Michael
All in all a decent place to stay. Wasn’t impressed that parking wasn’t included in the fee. Also the picture on Expedia is deceptive. The picture implies that the lobby is large enough to hold a motorcycle. That is not the case, the bike is in the restaurant attached to the hotel.
Kevin
Room was clean, my wife would stay here again and she is hard to accommodate lol. Breakfast was decent basic daily needs. Chucks restaurant was very good attached. Only downside was 1 staff member when I asked for extra blanket and pillow said he wasnt working anymore and then said hell tell the next person on. Didn't get extras until after midnight. Outside of that would stay here again.
Yelena
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved.
The housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned when we needed it, which was inconvenient during our stay.
The breakfast also needs significant improvement. It was very basic, with the same limited selection every day and almost no variety. Considering the price of the hotel, we expected a much better breakfast experience.
Other than these points, we had a good stay, but improving housekeeping and offering a more varied breakfast would make a big difference.
The housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned when we needed it, which was inconvenient during our stay.

Having a restaurant on site is great. There is no grab and go breakfast if you leave before breakfast time. There will a hold places on your card so that should be noted even if you paid in advance. The shuttle was on time but compared to other hotels in the area this one is dated.
Diana
It was quite nice. Very comfortable beds
Necmi

Kathleen
Great stop before our flight. Continental breakfast was helpful and shuttle was on time. Staff was helpful.

So if your on main floor parking lot side you cannot open your curtain for natural daylight without losing complete privacy. No coffeemaker in room. No glasses in room. No ice bucket in room. Ice machine was basically attached to my room so you hear that going all the time.
Darlene
This hotel was a bit run down. However, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The restaurant attached to it was amazing.
Damian
All good
Helma
Friendly staff, clean and breakfast is very healthy. Greatly recommended.
Sidney
Very nice stay close to the airport.
Scott
Great stay

The Spark hotel was convenient to the airport and the shuttle was on schedule. The property was a bit dated but clean. The rooms aren’t huge, but not small either. The receptionist was not very friendly, nor helpful, and I was not given any perks for being an Hhonors member. If a budget hotel close to the airport is what you desire, this would work. I think I’d look at other hotels before settling on this one.

Cllean, helpful staff , breakfast was adequate but could be better
Caroline
The gym has new equipment and was clean.
The bed was a bit too soft for my body, but I prefer a firmer mattress.
The breakfast lacked protein options, only bagels, cereal, yogurt & fruit with beverages.
Room was spacious & clean - having my name on the TV in the room was a nice touch.
Shampoo/cond./body wash/lotion are provided.
Suttle to/from the airport was frequent and convenient.

Raul
Close to the airport and friendly staff.

The breakfast is continuously filled with fresh bagels, muffins, fruit, juice, and coffee. It is wonderful to have Chuck's Roadhouse restaurant attached to the hotel, allowing for a good, inexpensive meal or drink.
Daniel
Very close to airport
Michael
This was the perfect place for a quick lay over between destinations. Our room and the bed were very comfortable, the continental breakfast basic but sufficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our bags for a few hours until our next flight!
Jocelyn
À proximité de l'aéroport, mais les avions vous passent au dessus de la tête au décollage, si vous voulez dormir, pas le bon spot, si vous voulez être à proximité avec Shuttle inclus, c'est bien.
Dominica
Clean room airport shuttle needs improvement as we waited 1 hour for pickup from airport.
Christopher
Great location. There’s a good restaurant attached. Comfortable bed. Some basic food and drinks item available for purchase. Breakfast is self serve and basic (bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit), but good.
James
Basic, acceptable hotel room. Comfortable bed but overly soft pillows. A/C effective but very noisy. Not much outside noise. Breakfast was a buffet of bagels, muffins, toast, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juices.
Bathroom small but usable. Shuttle bus kept to time and a short ride to YYZ.

The staff were so pleasant and helpful. The accommodations were quite clean and everything was available.

Excellent experience. Clean room with comfortable bed. Everything you need. Complimentary breakfast. Close to airport. Can leave vehicle there for the week for a small fee. Free transportation to the airport, drop off and pick up. 2nd time staying and will continue to do so.
Patrina
Shuttle service was slow and delayed. Long wait lines and not adequate space at front desk. Breakfast was not put out on time.
jill
Difficult to find out about shuttle because hotel is not listed on sign that includes all the other hotels
