We had a bit of a glitch getting to the hotel with the airport shuttle. There was no indication that the shuttle didn’t drop off at multiple hotel locations. While we ended up at the wrong hotel, the person at reception helped us get on our way to the proper location.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked. My only recommendation would be to add hold bars in the shower as a safety precaution.
We would rate this stay one of our favourites!

Friendly staff and inviting amenities, but rooms need serious touch-ups (wallpaper falling off, broken tiles, rusted/moulded air filters on heaters) and for rooms with 2 beds, one towel rack simply won't do. We paid 4+ star prices for a 2+ start experience.

We stay at this hotel everytime we travel, and the hotel itself and restaurant are fantastic, however now you have to pay for overnight parking while away on your trip. Im okay with that but you even have to pay parking for the nights you stay in the hotel, and if you haven’t pre booked your overnight parking you may have to park elsewhere and find a way back to the hotel! Sorry, but we won’t be staying there any longer, time to find another hotel.

As a frequent guest who always chooses this hotel when transiting through Toronto Airport, I was deeply disappointed by the decline in service and comfort during my recent stay.

Service and Breakfast Issues:

Despite my loyalty to this property, the service has become increasingly rigid. Knowing that breakfast vouchers are typically provided, I requested them at the front desk, only to be refused by the staff.

To make matters worse, I received a satisfaction survey from Hotels.com shortly after, specifically asking about my \"breakfast experience\"—an ironic reminder of the service I was denied.

We have stayed @ this hotel a number of times which we have always been pleased it was easy to park, stay & fly, when we checked in we were informed that we could not leave our vehicle there which we were very surprised, we knew there was a charge for parking which was fine so we had to scramble to get parking , when travelling it has been our go to place to stay, we may consider looking elsewhere from now on

We arrives to find overnight, long-term parking was not available due to the weather. Per the hotel, we were requires to reserve long term parking at the point of booking. This wasn’t an option, nor we were informed of this even in “fine print”. We ended up needing to find off-site parking which defeated the purpose of staying at the hotel in advance.

It was ok, the front desk was kind, the room was dirty, we had 3 rooms in total and something was always wrong in at least one of them. Toilet didn't flush properly in one, the tub plug didn't hold in one, and then the heat couldn't be adjusted in another one. Overall it's good for what you paid for, TV's are really hard to work, and extremely outdated, sad that you can't stream on them. - got a voucher to stay, but couldn't use it, due to hours of our availability vs. when the areas were open. all good though, we probably wouldn't stay here again for the Toronto Gift show again.

We made the mistake of thinking the shuttle would come to the airport, since the other hotels loop repeatedly, and we were told it would come around by airport staff. We paid for a taxi, and upon checkin the staff was amazing and did what they could to improve our experience. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfy. We did not have a long stay, but we appreciated the time.

Staff was extremely friendly,, we called for the airport shuttle bus and they told us bus would be there soon. We received a few text messages asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Front desk were great to help with getting shuttle bus for the next morning and filling us in on restaurant and bar info. They welcomed us and thanked us for staying. Would stay here again

The guy that checked us in was amazing but the room was dusty and the heat didn’t work all night (we had a balcony in our room which made it worse). They coffee machines were not clean and one of the towels had make up on it (not ours)
