No air conditioning working, no tv connection.... had to change rooms thrice. Terrible staff especially the front desk operator in the evening is extremely rude... no professioalism at all.. worst experience ever
Mark
Room was great. Amazing view of the airport runway! Staff were excellent.
Jacuzzi tub in room is only big enough for one Hobbit at a time but luckily, I'm pretty small.

Close to the airport so shuttle bus was very handy. Having Moxies on site was excellent!

Nothing I liked! The place was unclean! There was trash on the balcony! I confirmed at the front desk that breakfast was included, but it wasn't included the next day! The hotel parking was all paid parking! Not worth recommending!
penny
Location and shuttle service is why I booked. I will go back because of room and friendliness of the staff.

We stayed in Room 305 on July 13-14 and the air conditioning in the room was not working properly as the unit was so loud that we couldn't sleep. We were debating going down to the front desk to try and switch rooms but our flight didn't land until 2am so at that point we were exhausted and just wanted to get as much sleep as we could...which turns out that it wasn't much because of the air conditioning unit.

I had a great one-night stay at Sandman Hotel. Everything was exactly what I needed after a long trip. The check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I had a very good night’s sleep. The hotel was well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I also appreciated the convenient location and the excellent service throughout my stay.
Thank you to the entire team for making my short stay so pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Notre chambre n'a pas été faite durant notre séjour. Aucune carte à mettre sur la poignée pour avoir ce service n'était présente dans la chambre. Donc, décevant pour ce point.

Only stayed one night but the room was spacious and clean, and having Moxie's on site is a great dining option.

This was hands down one of the greatest places I’ve stayed at. From the hotel to the restaurant, the staff is incredibly kind! The food was great and room service was quick. Highly recommend.

Liked the kitchenette with 3/4 size fridge/freezer. Room was spacious. A/C worked in hot day. Decent location. No complaints.
Racquel
When we entered our room a not so nice smell greeted us and there was hair follicles in the shower, but besides that the amenities and the stuff 10/10 the location if you need to do stuff only in the airport area it is ideal but not so ideal if you plan to be in the downtown area there is quite a distance.
Leslie
The hotel was close to the airport but a long way from the city centre. The hotel offers a bus transfer to and from airport. I would suggest you take advantage of it and then take the UPE train from airport to centre. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast isn't bad either. Not much around the area but would recommend Boston Pizza, about 7 minutes walk from hotel. They do an excellent choice, not just pizzas.
Tina
friendly staff, great front desk service

Felt as though the rooms could be cleaner. Grimy light switches and door knobs, dirt in the corners kinda thing. Hot tub and pool had a large number of floaties and just top dirt that resulted in us not using them. Easy to figure out transit from the property one bus transfer onto one train and you’re right downtown. Also nice having a Moxies right on site. Service and food was fantastic. Probably the most friendliest, helpful and attentive front desk staff I have ever encountered at my plenty of hotel stays. They went over and beyond and were attentive to any concerns brought to their attention. I believe the one gentleman’s name was Noah and he was phenomenal. We had an early morning flight out and the shuttle driver was fantastic for 3 AM. I would rate the cleanliness a 3 and the staff a 5.
William
Easy check in and out, close to the airport, many restaurants in walking distance. Moxy’s restaurant in Hotel, food was excellent
Stuart
Access to Moxies as on-site restaurant is great. My only improvement item would be allowing access to Netflix, Prime on TV systems

Staff was helpful in helping us navigate public transit during World Cup and cicert events.

Great stay! Love the area abs the service
Janna
Big should out to Noah at front desk. Best customer service I have ever experienced across many industries and hotel visits. Hopefully you can keep him around...time to promote :)
Olivia
Staff were amazing, room was clean and cozy.
Racquel
Besides my room not having a pleasant smell and finding hair in the shower when we arrived I would rate the hotel 7/10. But all the other amenities, hot tub, pool, Moxies restaurant, and front desk customer service was phenomenal.

It was very good and clean 👍

I was just in a sleep-and-go situation. The breakfast credit and coffee shop was a great idea and allowed me quickly grab a coffee and snacks and head out quickly.
Alice
Room was clean and staff were very nice. We stayed in the \"penthouse\" just get a regular room it's the same. Don't buy the extra food option they will not honor it.

I recently stayed at the Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel during my trip to Toronto for the FIFA World Cup, where I watched Germany play against Ivory Coast. My experience at the hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
The hotel itself was spotless and modern, with comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax after an exciting day at the stadium. The amenities were excellent, and I really appreciated the convenient location near the airport, which made traveling stress-free. The highlight of my stay was the incredible service—every staff interaction made me feel like a valued guest.
Overall, the Sandman Signature Toronto Airport Hotel made my World Cup trip even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto, especially for events like the FIFA World Cup!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Traveled with my 6 year old son. Shuttle was efficient, and drivers very polite and professional. Front desk team and managers were great and made my son's day. Having Moxies on site served well for quality of food. AC unit was delightful and got room very cool, which many hotels can't achieve. Bed was soft and comfortable. No complaints at all.
Riley
Gian at the front desk welcomed me with a smile, helped me upgrading my room and gave me all the information I needed for my stay. I made my booking not knowing that FIFA would be going on so a few of the things that I wanted to do, I couldn't. Staying at this hotel with the added amenities made that a non-issue. My upgraded room had something that I personally have never seen in a \"hotel\", a stove and a washer and dryer. I didnt cook anything but being able to wash and not pack dirty clothes was great! Know thats its about 30 minutes from downtown Toronto BUT less than 10 minutes from the airport. Moxies (the bar) has double Happy Hour which was awesome...you have to try the blackened shrimp tacos and the potstickers. I would absolutely use this hotel again. Oh, my room could've been cleaned a little better since there was a plate of food with a dirty napkin left in the stove...hate to put that out there but dont want whoever reads to have the same experience based on all the positives that I've expressed.
Cody
This hotel was awesome. Beautiful view, clean room, very kind front desk workers. Great to have the free shuttle to get to the airport. A couple of the moxies employees were a bit rude but other than that great stay. Would recommend

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff were tremendously kind, our room was perfect. With my Silver status I even got a 15$ credit at Moxies. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Would absolutely return!
Colleen
having the Hotel shuttle was such a great conveince
Kylie
Great airport hotel. Clean rooms and common spaces, decent fitness facility and pool/hot tub, parking only $15 and Moxies right in hotel. Airport shuttle is free and leaves every half hour and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a late flight on the day of checkout so I was able to extend my check out to 4pm for a fee of $100. It was great to have a restful day before my flight and enjoy the facilities on site. Would stay again for sure!
Carla
Always a great day this time I was travelling with my animals and they were welcomed.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Shuttle to airport runs 24/7. Stay there every year and keep going back.

Only downside was that the property closed handicap parking and made no other arrangements for those that need it due to paving that didn’t happen in the 4 nights I stayed there.
marietta
The staff and hotel was awesome and every interaction from early check-in to leaving early in the morning was so friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel!
