We stared here for only one night before moving to a hotel in downtown Toronto. I wish we had stayed here for the entire trip!
The room was spacious -perfect for three friends traveling with an infant! Two full bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a kitchen. The location was close to the airport and within walking distance of a few restaurants.
A car would be required for a longer stay as not much rise is nearby (even the closest convenience store is quite a distance).
The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn Marriott. Breakfast was pretty decent for someone who’s plant-based. The room was very clean. The property needs a little TLC, but the comfort and pleasantries made up for it.
Erica
The suites are spacious, allowing for time away if needed. It was a bonus to have the kitchenette. I didnt think we would end up using it but ended up making use of the dishes and utensils. It was nice to be able to clean up after by putting the dirty dishes in the dish washer. The fridge was great from restaurant leftovers and to keep our drinks cold. Overall, it was clean and quite comfortable.

Staff was really friendly

Close to the airport, breakfast very adequate, place was clean, except they only did rooms every two nights which I did not know. Staff was competent, friendly, and helpful.
However, when I signed up on Expedia, the cost of one night stay was $217 Canadian, including all taxes. When I got the bill by email and by asking the clerk at the hotel, the bill was $799. I was very surprised by this and quite unhappy. Although I was happy with my stay, I will not use Expedia again because they did not tell the truth on their website.

The cleaning staff and front staff were incredible! Only sad by the lack of hashbrown potatoes for breakfast. The waffles were not bad though.
Madisyn
Amazing hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms, and very helpful amenities. I would go back and also recommenced to others. Check in and check out went very smoothly. 10/10
Enas
Make sure you are aware that they charge a parking fee per night
Vince
Overall, my favorite hotel to book when traveling, especially this location in Etobicoke. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, and the overall experience was great. Granted the weather wasn't the best when I stayed, but that won't stop you from enjoying what this establishment has to offer.
Margaret
Just a forewarning for anyone who books a room with a kitchenette, if you do decide to cook your own food, know that the ventilation is not the best even with the fan being on, so the room does fog up with the smoke from the cooking. But other than that, everything was nice and staff are great as well as understanding.
Cassandra
Our room was wonderful, comfortable, very large and fully-functional kitchen complete with dishware and cutlery! We were also extremely impressed with the breakfast, which was the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen in terms of variety, quality, and many food options for people with different dietary needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again, and I'd recommend it to others.
Angie
Room was clean, breakfast was good! Staff very friendly.
Zachary
Clean room, comfortable, staff really kind and happy to help. :)
Roland
Other than the over inflated price per stay, the property is clean and the rooms are nice.

I Was there after my knee surgery and the Hotel staff treated me very well. From offering me the surgical soap as I arrived to having the medical aids already set up in the room. I was very impressed. They brought me a few bags of ice for the ice machine. Therefore, I was very happy with the Hotel. I would stay again.

We stayed there post surgery at a nearby private clinic. The hotel isn’t fancy but we really appreciated having the extra space a suite provides. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.
John
Front desk attendant was very helpful coordinating our early morning pick up by Uber which was covered by the hotel.

Very welcoming staff
Susan
The staff went over and above to ensure that an item I left in the room in check out got safely to me. Romeo even phoned after the fact to make sure I got my item back. Exceptional customer service and very friendly staff.

LE PERSONNEL ÉTAIT TRÈS RESPECTUEUX.
PROPRETÉ DES LIEUX IMPECCABLES. LA CUISINE AVAIT UN PEU DE MATÉRIEL POUR CUISINER. LE PERSONNEL NETTOYAIT BIEN LA SUITE. MAIS LE PREMIER WEEK-END, IL Y AVAIT BEAUCOUP DE BRUIT DES ENFANTS DANS LE COULOIR QUI COURAIENT AU LIEU DE MARCHER CE QUI A ÉTÉ TRÈS DIFFICILE POUR MOI PARCE QUE LA CHAMBRE N'ÉTAIT PAS INSONORISÉE. MAIS DANS L'ENSEMBLE TOUT ÉTAIT IMPECCABLE.

There were a lot of children staying at hotel ( hockey tournament). They were very noisy running up & down the hallway
Daniel
Excellent hotel, friendly staff and facilities well maintained.
Leona
It was spacious and well made for two couples.
Maureen
Close to the airport. They reimburse Uber or taxi from the airport and back. Clean. Large rooms. Staff friendly. Morning breakfast good also.
Ruth
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was delicious, the room was always clean, the bed was super comfortable and the gym was decently sized! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.
Patrali
Breakfast was very basic. Room was clean but there was a weird smell in the room. Bed was comfortable. Nice sofa. Kitchen was very nice. Big microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher, glasstop oven and crockery. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The lights were kinda dim especially in the bathroom. Overall good place to stay.

Clean rooms and quiet.

Didn't get to stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities but what we did experience we truly appreciated and enjoyed. We would be doing this accommodation for the next convention we go to.

The breakfast included was not the best as everything ran out and it took too long to refill.
Coffee was empty for over 10min.
The food we did have was pretty good.

Love the rooms, nice kitchen and clean space. Breakfast time was always full and food could not be filled fast enough, but I also prepared for this.

2 Bedroom Suite is fantastic
We stayed as a family of 5 while picking up visitors from the airport. The 2 bedroom suite is amazing - 2 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a living room and kitchen in between. Pool was great, location not so much. Hotel does not offer a shuttle - will reimburse a taxi up to $25
Kristy
Breakfast was alway almost empty, not enough food being prepared and everyone had large families including my family.
Shipi
We really enjoyed our stay at the two bed suite which also enabled us to prepare our own meals with a well equipped kitchen. The breakfast choices were varied with lots of healthy options and also inclusive, offering halal dishes.
Would recommend this hotel to other guests.

Nice size Sofa bed
My grandson, husband & I stayed for 3 nights. Nice size suite. Tight squeeze between bed and tv though. Wall plugs near bed was very convenient for our CPAP machines. Awesome sized fridge! Thinking of getting a sofa bed like the one in the room. Forgot to report that the tub spout needs replacing. It would move away from the wall when shower is engaged.

Great time

Just what we needed! The tv was not working in the living room but other than that it was great!

This place is amazing! We booked 6 mos prior
Highly recommended. The room we rented looks like an apartment, dishes are available in suite,stove,fridge.2 rooms arw separated for privacy with washroom in each.Parking space is convinient.Customer service is very friendly. A Jacuzzi would be nice near the pool, but we will definitely be back.

Parking at the property was expensive and plates were not readily available for breakfast but otherwise it was a very clean and conveniently located hotel.

Very nice and spacious room. Has all the necessities (oven, microwave) and everything is clean. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Sofa bed is comfortable. We took a suite which included 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Included 3 big TVs. Only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9am on weekdays and 9:30am on weekends, which is pretty early. Should push it back until 10am.

Watch out for the extra parking fee
Smallish suite was perfect for our stay and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything . Unfortunately I was shocked when asked to pay an extra 20% on top of the room price to park my car.
Jeff
Friendly staff and decent room. Good access to airport. Dining is a weak spot as are amenities.
John
Very nice

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Only complaint in the pool wasn’t very big or deep/ not very enjoyable. Maybe if they had a hot tub as well it would be better

This is my second year booking with Residence Inn for Anime North and it is by far my most favourite hotel to stay at. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We always look forward to the wonderful breakfast in the mornings. Thank you to all staff (front desk, housekeeping/laundry, breakfast bar staff, etc) for all the hard work you do for ensuring everyone has a lovely stay.
Carol
Roches were found in our room.

My one pillow case had lipstick stains, bed was a queen and was meant to be a king. Said they had 24/hr service but couldn’t make the pullout bed because there was no house keepers, they didn’t bring pillows for us either I had to call as front desk was gone/unsupportive.

Decent
It was alright. Had the potential to be good, but a lot of annoying little things hindered the trip
The wifi was terrible. Wouldn't work, Wouldn't connect, when it did, would end up kicking you off
Breakfast was lacking options. Inquired about it and they saud their delivery truck was late so they didn’t have anything
The room could have been cleaner. Coffee stains on the wall from the previous guest. Dishwasher wasnt empty so it was hard to know which dishes were clean or not. Stray hairs in the bathroom
I also hate that parking is $28/night. This is way too much considering it's not on airport grounds. Other hotels of a similar distance charge less for this

Convenient location to the airport and Toronto Congress Centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A big plus for me was not having to pay additional fees for parking.

Breakfast was amazing, so many healthy choices. Quiet room with good amenities. Check in could have been better if the receptionist had accepted an all female couple without question.

Although close to airport; this facility is dated and room wasn’t very clean. Founds bugs in bathroom.

There are the best well run and maintained Marriot Suites we have ever stayed at.

Everything was great. My only issue was the pool room was cold. The water was warm enough but the room itself wqa a littke chilly. They were painting that room so maybe the heat and humidity had to be turned off for the paint?!, i dunno im not a painter; just a random hotel reviewer

The rooms are huge and were more than suffice t to separate my 3 kids to minimize fighting

Our stay was very enjoyable, despite the blizzard! The fellow at the front desk, Farksi, was very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were at the hotel for only 24 hours. It was a quick business trip but our hotel experience provided us with a clean and quiet room to rest after a busy work day
