This is the low budget hotel for when your plane arrives very late at night. It is not your vacation destination It is across from the airport and has a free shuttle service (although it was a little unclear how to get the shuttle). The room was surprisingly clean. It smelled of smoke though. It’s hard to clear that out. The front door didn’t close properly. It was lockable but it appears to have been kicked in at some point. Another surprise was that it had a fairly decent breakfast

We wanted to not spend $300 for a late arrival hotel so we got our value. Btw shuttle is picked up at the hotel shuttle post outside the baggage pick up center at the 15 and 45 of each hour

I had a short visit. Got to hotel at 2 am because my flight was delayed. The place is a bit old and it needs additional care. I was given a room on the first floor and I could hear every movement the person on the second floor made. At 6 am I could hear the garbage truck already outside... With only 4 hours of sleep after long traveling I forgot chocolates in a plastic container. I left at 11 and I realized I forgot my chocolates two hours later. I texted to see if I could go back to pick them up, but I am still waiting for an answer. Just for that reason, I would never go back. The Four Points by Sheraton is next door, closer to airport. Go there instead!

Free shuttle to and from Pearson Airport, we just missed the previous pick up from airport by 5 minutes, had to wait for 25 minutes for the next run, property is outdated and needed renovation, poor maintenance in bathroom, decent continental breakfast provided, might try again in the future because of the low price.

For a quick overnight stay after a long flight, it was fine. Pretty basic hotel, but clean and the staff were nice.
No elevator for those who can't climb stairs. All the first floor rooms booked, so we had to carry our bags upstairs. Not a problem for us, but other people need to be prewarned.

The room bed and bathroom were fine. I have a good client on it. The air conditioner was pretty noisy. We had to turn it off because we couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Parking was included, which is a bonus at the airport.

Breakfast was better than average. The eggs were particularly good. The reason I say this is that oftentimes scrambled eggs are mushy and fake eggs from powder at these hotel breakfasts, but here their scrambled eggs were actually very tasty with a nice texture. Well done.

Decent staff, more of the foreign \"just give me the money here is your room\" attitude but no anger or aggressiveness. Just an odd feeling of being a cash cow and zero eye contact or care during the experience. This is an older hotel, doesnt seem accessibility forward, but the room was clean and neat. Low water pressure, as a foreign owned property seems like the bandaid fixes are abundant. Cost reflects this though especially from somewhere so close. Great place to lay your head and shower, not a destination hotel to stay for extended periods.

For the money it's great value if you are there one night. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean however everything is outdated but we knew that. It worked for us as we had our dog with us.

Wish the pillows had pillow protectors on them. The blanket on the bed that is over the sheet is scratchy and not soft.

A handy pizza place and a bar is also in the inn.

It could use a face lift with regards to carpeting throughout. All hotels should have laminate flooring -my POV. It's just so much cleaner and easy to maintain.

Not very welcoming staff. Very old building. No elevator. Very noisy rooms. Rooms stinks like someone is smoking pod right at the door. Staff never accommodate any special requests. Booked rooms six months ago and requested side by side to have my children next to me. I was assured that it will be as per request but at the time of check in faced a very rude and very unwelcoming staff. Had to spent the night with half sleep due to smoking around the room, noisy atmosphere. Booked for 2 nights but had to cut short and stayed somewhere else better place for next night.
Will never go there again.

The room was humid and damp feeling, the shower very mouldy and a strong smell of it. The shower had extremely low water pressure because it was coming out of the shower head and tap at the same time, filling the bottom of the bath as I showered.

My bed had a bug in it, thankfully it wasn’t a bed bug, but for 170$/night I’d expect a bug free bed.

It was dingy and gross. The only good thing about it is the service their staff provide. The check in receptionist (I think her name is Roxanne) was exceptional and the pub bartender went above and beyond while serving us.

Start to finish this was a disappointment. Arrived at the front desk and the staff member was on their phone. It took a fly going by her face for her to look up and notice we were there. The room was terrible. Huge amounts of dust behind the bedside table and the whole room smelled like a barn. Each time the AC came on, the smell got worse. There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the bathroom counters hadn't been cleaned. The restaurant situation was confusing. A bar with \"pub grub\" and a \"restaurant\" with a fast-food style set up. The bar didn't serve much of a menu so if you wanted to sit to eat, you needed to go across to the other restaurant to order and could bring that food into the bar. We left and ate at a hotel restaurant down the road.

Was okay for a one night layover, the room was clean except for the carpets throughout the property which looked worn and not super clean. The ac was old and had no adjustment options and it wasn’t very cool. For the price of $261 cad for one night, I’d expect it to not feel so icky. Free shuttle was a great bonus and deciding factor in me booking, but even the shuttle was worn down, one window was broken, the sign was ripped and duck taped on the side of the van, but it got the job done and wasn’t dirty on the inside.
