It looks like it might have been a motel back in the 70's that underwent some upgrades to become a hotel. It's a little sketchy. The restaurant gives a whole new meaning to greasy spoon, set up like a cafeteria, order like at a fast food joint and everything is fried. We skipped the breakfast, I can't do that level of grease first thing in the morning. Breakfast is served 6:30-9:30 am so get up early. The walls were pretty thin, I listened to our neighbours animated conversations that went on most of the night and some children running laps above us, It sounded like they'd come through the roof at any point. The carpets and bedspreads have numerous stains and damage. They toilet wouldn't stop running at one point so I removed the lid to jiggle the stopper - the tank lid has only ever been cleaned on the front half that isn't hidden by the counter - that was a bit nasty. It was very close to the airport, staff was friendly and polite, a good price and good enough for 1 night.

The sound insulation is not the best. You can clearly hear the neighbors conversation and steps above you. Room is clean, the location is convenient. Airport shuttle was great.

NO ELEVATOR!!! The room was ok, but having to carry suitcases up to the second floor is unacceptable to me. I can not belive they run a hotel without an elevator. Its an accident in the making, people dragging suitcases up and down the stairs.

Nicely renovated spacious room, no French channels on TV. Not the best bed. Every time my wife moved, it almost felt like a waterbed, creating a wave effect that woke me more than once. Basic breakfast. Pleasant staff including the shuttle driver from and to the airport. Several eating options available within walking distance from hotel.

The room was clean and quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The price is right and it was located 5 minutes from the conference I was attending at the International Center. I also like staying here because the staff are always friendly.

This is an old hotel, but is close to Terminal 3 and is priced OK. For the information of fellow travelers: you catch the shuttle from T3 at post 13 (Door B) and it arrives at 45 and 15 to the hour. It departs the hotel at the top and bottom of the hour and takes about 7 minutes to reach T3. Having just missed the shuttle when I arrived at the terminal, I walked to the hotel from T3 and it took only 13 minutes on sidewalk the whole way. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I liked the coffee maker in the room as I left for my flight early before the breakfast was served (service starts at 6:30 a.m.) I advise the hotel to have breakfast opened at 6:00 a.m. as the hotel is used by many people catching early flights.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back again. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

The room was comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

The hotel’s location was perfect—close to the airport with shuttle service. What made my stay even more special was I was able to bring my fur baby along with me.

Airport shuttle driver and night desk attendant were very polite and helpful. I checked in at 1am. Asked for a quiet room but was given a direct airport facing room (across the road view).

From 1am until 10am the sound of planes didn't stop. The hotel has little insulation. I didn't sleep well at all.

Used the heater for 20 minutes but when I tried turning it off it wouldn't go off after giving it forever. I had to unplug it from the wall. I had it on the quiet setting but it was still loud.

Bed was too firm for me. I looked forward to a shower in the morning. The floor towel was sitting on the bathtub folded but had nose snot on it. I hopped in the bath to use the shower and the base of the bath was slippery and sticky like it would be from soap scum. Felt gross.

Shower pressure was non existent. Lucky if it's running at 2 litres per minute. I was really disappointed. I needed to have my back pressed against the wall to get the water to hit me.

Check out was quick and easy. I was granted a late checkout till 12pm.

Restaurant was part of an arcade/pizza fast food resto that offered horrible options and equally horrible setting. We did Uber Eats for supper. Breakfast was also not nutritional - we ate at the airport lounge.
No elevator. Two flights of stairs to drag heavy luggage up and down. Front staff said it was a few steps. Old wooden handrails were sticky - not clean. Needs updating. Go somewhere else!

They added a room for me when westjet delayed my daughter-in-law and granddaughters flight to regina for 8 hours. Thanks so.much front.of house.
The breakfast was very satisfying with friendly staff. I was able.to order my.lunch for my next faze of my journey.
The airport shuttle is a great feature with.good drivers and kind service.

A comfortable, convenient stay for airport users. Delicious breakfast and environmentally friendly cutlery/plates/cups. Room was clean and warm. Warm, friendly staff on reception and airport shuttle bus. There is no lift so request a lower floor room for people with luggage. I had difficulty carrying my 20 kg suitcase up the two flights of stairs.

Called in to inform for a late check in due to flight schedules. Automated voice said anytime after 12:30 am shuttle service is by call on demand and will resume regular service at 30 minute intervals after 3 am. Got through to front desk and was inquiring what number to call for the on demand shuttle service and was bluntly told there was no on demand shuttle service after 12:30 am and that I needed to take a cab out of pocket. I tried to tell her that the automated voice said that there is and again was bluntly told that I heard wrong and that they never do on demand shuttle after 12:30. Fine, room was already booked and only needed it for a few hours and breakfast included with the shuttle service to airport. Checked in and was asked what time do I want to book the shuttle. I asked first what time does breakfast start and she said 6:30. Then Ill book for the 7 am shuttle, she said no thats full righr already, then ill take the 7:30 she again said its full. Only available shuttle is at 6:30 and room again on the 8:30. Well my flight is at 9:30, so out of luck for the breakfast. Gave up and didnt bother to argue as it was a long day already. Got to the room, small, smelly and bed was not comfortable. Checked out and was returming the key card and check in for shuttle service. Person ahead of me asked what time breakfast was and was told 6:30, they asked if they can re-book their shuttle for 7 as they wanted to have breakfast first, guess what? Theres room for them.

Older hotel but appeared to have ad a refresh. Entering the rooms we were pleasantly surprised until we found a bug on of the beds and hair on the coffee pot. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Would choose a different hotel next time

Staff very pleasant and welcoming. This hotel certainly shows its age, very somber, gloomy, old carpet. Main lamp not working, went to front desk for new bulb, it turned out the lamp itself not working, brought it to staff’s attention. As mentioned, very clean room. Would consider to return but with updated carpets, fresh light-coloured paint, fresher look to this hotel.
