Excellent little inn. Room was spacious and spotless, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but everything tasted great!
Matthew
Place is fine. Better on the inside than expected based on outside appearance. Seemed recently updated.
Marie-Josée
Très très propre. Excellent déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix! Personnel accueillant! Je recommande fortement
Lin
Great stay. Conveniently located right by the highway. Lots of great restaurants and a mall are only a short drive away.
Doris
The staff were all very accommodating of my disability.
Susan
Excellent room - Business with 2 queens. Check in staff was excellent and very quick. Check out was slower as staff pleasantly dealt with other traveller's issues. Breakfast area was crowded and could use a little more attention to cleanliness and instant coffee dispenser was very disappointing. Great location if you want the Hwy 427 and Evans area.
Robert
Room was very clean. Fast efficient check in. Breakfast was good
Reza

This property met our needs for a 1 night stop over. Room was noisy during the day but fortunately was very quiet at night when it counted.

Looks like a new renovation. Breakfast was nice. Wish there was more seating.
Vanessa
The room appeared to be recently renovated and it was very clean. The staff were kind and helpful. One thing I will note is that the breakfast buffet closes early at 9:30 am. I unfortunately missed it because I wasn't told this during check in. It was also priced very high for a single night.
Maria Fernanda
This is a small hotel with very clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast was simple but good. I recommend it.

Larissa

The hotel was very neat. The room was clean. And, the breakfast was good.

Cute little hotel!! Staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean. The interior was nicely decorated. It’s convenient location to head downtown as the Long Branch GO is only 9 minutes away.
Raisa
We were impressed at how clean and comfortable our room was. Even being neat to an off ramp of the highway the noice level was low. Staff were very friendly. Parking is well lite with easy access to the entrance.

Breakfast was fantastic rooms were clean staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel and staff were very nice. The only negative is that it is a ways from Downtown Toronto, but not too far. Also it's in a quasi industrial/residential area. Not much around it. Also when we arrived in the evening there was a very unpleasant, seemingly sewage smell in the area. No fault of the hotel, but an area reality. We noticed in the morning, the next day, we didn't smell anything outside. Go figure. Other than that it is a very nice, quiet hotel. I'd stay there again.
Kyle
Did not have a good experience here. It’s in a decent location if you are near the airport

Numerous tv channels don’t work, the room isn’t as nice as advertised, the “breakfast buffet” is minimal. Besides that it’s good tho

Nataliia
Great staff, everything is cozy and clean!

We arrived at the hotel 30 minutes early before the 3pm check-in. We were told our room was not ready yet. We were then told that if we would accept a $30 charge our room would now be magically ready. We were appalled at this sleezy attempt to squeeze out more money from us. We decided not to pay the extra charge and we waited in the lobby until the receptionist decided to check us in. Shame on you that you would treat customers this way. The hotel was great in every other way. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. Probably won’t stay here again though.
Deborah
A smaller hotel than you might think from the website. Lots of parking. Location in south Etobicoke was convenient for our needs and price was reasonable. Room was clean but narrow. A bit awkward for 3 people. Ground floor room had access to outside and parking lot. No elevator if you were on 2nd floor. Bathroom was clean with adequate towels. Breakfast room was busy at 7 am. Not a lot of spaces provided, although tents were set outdoors for additional guests. Good range of breakfast items and good coffee. Staff were at desk when needed for check in and out.
Nicholas
Great warm welcome and warm breakfast.
Yen
Staff is really friendly

The Stay Inn is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We only stayed one night so it's hard to say how close everything is since we didn't have much time to explore the surroundings.
Would recommend for it's price and comfort.

Room was spacious and comfy. Hallway noise seems to echo and mornings are on the louder side. Cleaning staff really need to be more mindful of other guests while cleaning, yelling and arguing while waking guests due to slamming doors and obnoxious behaviour isn’t acceptable. It only happened the first morning there, as they were confronted with some very tired guests after travelling all day/evening. This hotel doesn’t offer a laundry service as stated online, they have a washer/dryer available to use but make sure you bring your own loonies or you will end up walking to the gas station to get some like we had to :(
Dennis
I didn't use the amenities, so I can't comment on them. However, the room was clean and quiet and the parking was readily available.
Kaoutar
I was very surprised with the quality of the hotel! It’s also not very far from downtown if you’re driving ! Definitely recommend staying here.
Paula

One of us is gluten free. No option for breakfast - only hard boiled eggs which were inedible. The non-gluten free person enjoyed their breakfast. Good coffee.

We have stayed in many hotels in Japan and USA recently. This hotel though small, offered the best of amenities compared to the other big hotels. Well decorated rooms, modern bathroom and great breakfast. Thank you so much team at Stay Inn. Bravo!!
Maria
I loved the rooms and the bathroom was beautiful. The towels are luxurious.

This is a motel, not a hotel.
Lol…our room door was ajar from what was obvious…someone kicking in the door.

Everything was nice, it was beyond expectations. My only issue is we stayed for 3 days and I had to get my key card redone about 5 times during my stay. Maybe more. Stay was very good. Breakfast was solid. I would recommend. It was a convenient location too.
Allyza
The free breakfast during your stay is very convenient! We had a wonderful stay at Stay Inn.

An enjoyable stay, a good location, just outside the city core. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable.
John
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Is of course a big far from the city, but the hotel is in great shape, soft towels, clean rooms and spaces. Brakefast is ok, just 10 minutes from the airport and 1 hour from Niagara. I did enjoy my stay

Breakfast was great

The location was ok. however there was this oil on both night side tables that were smelling like menthol. I got so scared when I arrived at the hotel midnight, because I got dizzy with the smell. I took pictures of the night tables with oil…( Scared that those were intentional) . I slep with my head on the opposite side of the bed ( head on foot side) and texted my friend to look / call me in the morning.

The rooms are really nice and modern. Very clean. It was perfect for our one night stay close to the wedding venue we were going to.
Don’t be fooled by the outside. Rooms are nice and have everything you need. Bed is comfy.

David
Clean spacious room. Wi-Fi that works. Free parking. Generous hot breakfast. Exceeded my expectations.
Gillian
The rooms here are decently clean and meet standard hotel expectations. They are also remarkably quiet, with no noise bleeding through the walls. However, the logistics can be a hassle: I dislike having to walk back and forth to put a parking ticket on my car dashboard after checking in. Additionally, there is no elevator to the second floor, meaning you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. I can't comment on the breakfast since I usually skip it. Despite the minor inconveniences, it's a solid place—I’ve stayed here two weekends already and have already booked a third.
Ashley
This hotel is a hidden gem. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very kind. The room was immaculately clean.
