The hotel is a two-storey building located in an industrial area. If you don’t have a car, it takes a longer walk to reach nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which can be inconvenient—especially during the winter. The staff were helpful, although not particularly warm in their interactions. The room was clean, and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option that serves its basic purpose well and offers reasonable value for the price. 👍🏨

This location is long overdue for a major upgrade. Bathroom vanities are falling apart, stains on carpets everywhere. Nice to have a pool but chunks of the ceiling are hanging down from the ceiling ready to fall off, I was worried to even sit on the chairs in the fears that I would fall right through. I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

The receptionist saw my 86 yrs okd mother had hard time walking and she gave us a room that is almost at the end of the hall while the hotel was quite empty…. Otherwise its good

This was not a good experience for me. Expedia had it marked as high stars, and when you look at the pictures online, the entryway looked amazing. The rooms were more of a motel feel pictures were not exactly as it actually looked in person and the rooms smelled like old carpet and the rooms were not cleaned properly every day the last day I was there nobody even touched my room.The pool was utterly disgusting and had big patches out of the bottom, not like the picture. The entryway to the pool was disgusting. It was steaming and smelled of mold. The hotel was it’s not kept up-to-date if you enjoy waking up at 5 o’clock in the morning to catch a plane and not having hot water. This is the place for you. The hotel rooms did not have body wash. They did have bar soap. I did not have a pleasant experience there and would never stay there again. It is not what Expedia showed.

The hotel is a bit dated, but has a pool and hot tub. Parking was free. Staff are friendly. Location is very convenient. I have stayed here twice when I had business to take care of in GTA and while it is not a luxious hotel, it has good price and meets the purpose of being close to highway and ample amazing restaurants.

I chose this hotel specifically for the pool, hot tub, and sauna. I wasn’t able to enjoy those amenities due to poor air circulation. Molded/caving in ceilings at one entrance way to pool area, condensation leaking from another entrance way. By far worse part of my stay, definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed here about two years ago and while it wasn’t perfect, it was decent enough for a short, affordable stay, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this visit was significantly worse.
The pool area was disgusting. There was hair and used bandages on the floor. The pool and hot tub had visible cracks and wear, and the patio chairs were extremely rusty underneath, sharp enough that someone could easily cut their foot.
The hallways were just as concerning. The carpets were heavily stained with what looked like bleach spots, and the entire area smelled like sewage or an outhouse. It made walking to and from our room very unpleasant.
Inside our room, there was visible mould in the shower grout. Cleanliness clearly is not being properly maintained.
The most disturbing part of our stay was the noise from the room next to us. There were extremely loud sexual encounters involving multiple people, along with yelling and banging on the walls. It felt disruptive, inappropriate, and unsafe, especially with my children present. Thankfully my husband was with us.
To make matters worse, I was bitten by something during our stay and now have two large, red, itchy bites about two inches wide that have continued to worsen.
The only positive was the respectful front desk staff. We will not be returning

Our stay weekend was okay. It fit our needs for an economical visit in a convenient location. Unfortunately, requested a quiet room due to noise sensitivity and it appeared to have been fine during check-in. However, young sports groups stayed on our floor and there was loud shouting and fighting in the hallway outside our room (girls at midnight, guys at 5am).

We stayed at this hotel for the past few years for an annual event in town. Some of the rooms could use a refresh and the third floor carpet had something spilled (bleach?) through out our wing which did not present well.

The restaurant inside the hotel runs an early breakfast special before 9am. We did not see/know until we were exiting the parking lot (roadside publicity signage) and had already committed to eating somewhere else. Too bad as the reviews were good.

As a tea drinker who does not like/use (Tassimo, Nespresso, Keurig) machines, I will be looking for future hotels with tea station for guests. Trying to find Starbucks open past 9 or 10pm is never successful.

Staff are polite, but not overly friendly.

The stsy was ok, i wouldn't stay for more than a night if needed. There were bleach stains across lots of the carpet in the halls, and the pool floor was cracked and damaged all over the place with concrete exposed. Hot tub was nice, and sauna was ok. Very mild with all of the heat escaping over and under the door.
Was a little disappointed you had to pay for breakfast but i guess that makes it cheaper.

If given the option id rather spend the extra 15 or 20$ more and stay at a best western instead.

The hotel was definitely outdated, stained carpeting in the hallway, peeling wallpaper and we could not get the fan on the heater to shut off in our room. Pool area was a great temperature but hot tub was a little dirty and there were ants on the pool deck. Staff were very friendly but I do feel it was very overpriced.

The beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was good. However, most of the outlets (on the lamp and desk) did not work, making it hard to charge our phones. Also, there was a hallway door that kept being slammed most of the night. These doors should be propped open to avoid the noise.

The hotel was clean in appearance and staff were friendly. The hotel itself was visibly worn down with damage to walls, floors, in the halls since the last time I was there. The pool area and workout area was severely neglected. Sauna did not work, stairwells were rusting, cable machine was broken. Had to leave at 4:00am because me and my partner woke up stuffy with itchy eyes, dry nose and sore throat that went away within 15 minutes of getting in the car and leaving. Horrible stay except for Sam the restaurant manager. He was super friendly, and provided some of the best service I've ever had at a restaurant.

The hotel is rather dated but it serves the purpose of offering a reasonably clean bed / room for the evening. The check-in was smooth and so did the check-out. 2 bottle of complimentary water (from Costco) was appreciated. But it costs $2 each to buy at the kiosk...it's a bit expensive. If complimentary water is to be provided on a daily basis that'd be good. Overall, value for money.

Although the hotel says non smoking every time we would turn on the lights which turns on the fan in the bathroom at the same time, we could smell cigarette smoke coming out of it. Mind you this was the first floor. This was the second time I’ve stayed with them and first time we were on the second floor and that wasn’t an issue.
Also you can hear everything through the walls, we had kids staying in one the rooms beside us and they kept making noise, keeping us up most of the night.

Avoid this place, I have stayed in a lot of hotels this is the first time I feel so freaky and scared. I don’t wanna say any supernatural things make ppl feel scared but i feel like it has something unusual.
I was trying to sleep around 2 in the midnight but In my half-awake state, I heard strange noises coming from the room and I saw someone with a headgear sneaked into my room and trying to stole my stuffs, it also checked if I was in a sleep. I was so scared and not dare to wake up. After I woke up with a start I could not sleep anymore. Although things are still good, probably just a dream but it was so realistic that I could not forget about it. Also there was always still some strange noise. So I went to the front desk to request for changing room. The staff on the front desk was courteous and patient though. But I still kind of scared and did not sleep well.

Everything seemed fine at first but when I got out of the shower there were 2 either cockroachs or beetles crawling along the floor and scared me as I got out of the shower. I was very disgusted and didn't stay the night. I check out right after and let the front desk know. I will not be booking a room at the hotel ever again.

Sink in room leaks onto towels and has been leaking for a long time as there is water damage in cabinet, shower floor tile broken at drain, mold in shower. Hallway dirty stained carpets, odd smell in hallway. Restaurant service poor -served dirty water glasses (had food remnants in them), they were serving a private party and we were told it will take a long time to be served. We left due to conditions of water glasses.

Clean room. Staff great to deal with. Only couple of things. Heat was so hard to keep comfortable. Hot then blew cold air. Pillow were small for king bed and asked for extra. Our experience with Sam at the bar/grill was great.make sure you visit Sam. So nice to have a place with decent prices within the hotel.
