Our whole experience was awesome! Easy check-in to a new-ish hotel impressed us first, and then we heard we were being upgraded to a suite at no extra charge! Rooms were clean and pool was fun! We appreciated the low-sensory atmosphere - welcoming lighting, soft music and no strong aromas in the lobby etc. Wish we had longer here, and will be coming back to visit! Thank you!
Vasuki
The personal touch was great. They send a small cake for my nephew since we were celebrating it. Nice, clean rooms. Love the space.

The floor was dirty in our room and the shower floor as wll
Edward
Very nice hotel and room overall! Great pool with nice views. Food was great at Draco Restaurant!
Gloria
The stay is here is definitely lovely. The rooms and atmosphere are 10/10 but I don’t recommend the food at the M Club. Breakfast is very bland, don’t expect too much but there are lots of good spots around the area.
Han
Very good! The bed is comfy! Room is clean! Close to Pan Am Center😊
Karla
Everything was beyond clean and thoughtful. The frontal staff was very helpful and friendly . After a long day of travel the person that checked us in could tell we were tired and offered a bottle of water right away. This seems like a 5star hotel it’s so well laid out and thoughtful . Loved it
Desalyn
This Marriott did not disappoint. The rooms were beautiful, clean and well appointed. Elevators, corridors, lounge were all well maintained and inviting. We enjoyed our stay 100%.
Andrea
Staff was super nice and helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back :)

Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The property was well-maintained, clean, and provided everything we needed for a convenient visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team was particularly efficient and accommodating.
The room was comfortable and functional, with all the essential amenities. The only minor drawback was the hairdryer, which was the typical small hotel model and lacked power compared to what we would have preferred.
The fitness center was compact but well-equipped, offering a good selection of both cardio and weight-training machines. We did not have an opportunity to use the indoor pool.
One aspect that fell short of our expectations was the surrounding neighborhood. The area around the hotel was quite dusty due to ongoing construction, and it was not especially pedestrian-friendly. We had hoped to be able to stroll to nearby shops, cafés, and restaurants, but there was very little within walking distance. Aside from a movie theater and a chain espresso bar across the street, the area consisted mainly of roads, freeways, and residential high-rise buildings. The espresso bar offered snacks and sandwiches, but we found the coffee somewhat weak for our taste.
The hotel’s bar and restaurant were convenient, but the food was average and relatively expensive for the quality. We were also disappointed with the coffee served there.

My room was very dusty. I struggled the breathe in it. The shower was dirty and had water damage. I will not be using this hotel ever again.

Great location! I love how many great restaurants were nearby so you don’t have to drive to get food. I love how modern the rooms are and shower was amazing. The rooms are extremely clean. Everyone is super friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Hotel is great. Pool/gym is nice. There are several restaurant options nearby. Parking is not included, so be prepared to pay an additional $20/day.
Side note: Google maps doesn't have the best directions for this area yet.

I find it interesting that the daily rate fluctuates from day to day. The taxes is supposed to be made out to be the “norm” everywhere you go, but it’s ridiculous. A “MAT” charge on top of everything too!?
The tiles in our washroom from the moment we walked in spilled water under our feet, when walked on. There is water under the tiles from the previous guests. A towel dried it up, but upon the next entrance into the washroom, our socks would get wet again. We opted to just leave the towel to constantly absorb the water.
The fee for parking this year(was included /compensated last year)led us to ultimately want to go elsewhere for food and drinks. I wasn’t drinking or eating this year like last year at this location.
We left for our meals this time around.

Not worth the price. You charge $350+ per night, where in terms of amenities you make a 3ft deep pool and a tiny gym. Bad collections were very limited. On top of all these, you have to charge for petty things, like, 5$ to server cold breakfast in takeaway bag in the room, 10$ for a microwave in the room. Even the cheap motels do not charge for such things, and this hotel is doing so after charging more than 350$ per night
Neil

Housekeeper was amazing and kind. Conceirge was so helpful when we extended our stays. We will likely be back!
Tyler
Great hotel! We really had no complaint’s but giving this a 4/5 star just because literally the only minor complaint we had was the thermostat in the room. Not sure if it was broken or something but it was hard to regulate the temperature. Either too cold or too hot etc

Good for business travel stay short

Top notch! Super clean!

This a great hotel, my wife and I had a wonderful stay. Aside from all the excellent amenities, the staff were great, I would like to mention Ian, Vance, Piedad, and Sakshum in the Daco restaurant. Also Regina and Marife at the check in desk were great

Great experience and superb hotel gym
Stephanie
We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and hotel are very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. We chose this hotel due to it's proximity to dining establishments and the cinema and it was worth it!
Our server Ryan at Draco lobby bar was friendly, provided excellent service and makes a fantastic cocktail.
The rooms are spacious, the bed was quite soft. Pay attention when booking the King Room vs Room with King bed... we booked the king room but the bed was not a king size so that was a bit misleading on expedia's site. I sleep on a king bed at home and what we had in the room was not that size.
That was not a deal breaker and I would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about the woman who works front desk. She’s a little bit taller. I believe she’s a manager but every time we go there, she always remembers my son and treats him so nicely with coloring pages cookies, etc.. thank you to everyone at this property. It’s always a pleasure to stay there.

Clean room, clean pool, nice bartender who gave me a coffee and entertained my toddler- I forgot his name but he has friends in Michigan (where we’re from!) Thank you!

Overall, definitely worth the price, though the jet pool stopped working and the hair dryer kept catching my wife's hair.

Room was impeccable; staff was wonderful and accommodated when I had specific requests.

Had an amazing experience

Staff are friendly but for some reason the room is super cold. The shower is a joke. It’s such a small place. I am 172cm 60kg. When I stand inside my arms keep touching the control of temperature which makes it super hot by accident. The swimming pool is shared with condos residents and I saw a guy scrubbing his feet in the spa….

I stayed at the Marriott Markham Toronto and was really impressed. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and clean, and the staff were friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. The amenities and overall atmosphere made for a very comfortable stay.
The only downside was that one night the guests across the hall were quite loud and up late, which made it hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was great. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very clean. Good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Close to many dining options. Quiet area

Gorgeous hotel in an excellent location in Markham. Impeccable cleanliness in room and common areas. Delicious room service food. We were notified of our room being available slightly earlier than posted check-in time which was so convenient. Most of all, the customer service was outstanding- we were accommodated for a room change request upon arrival. Next door to a mall. Close to GO train. Highly recommend.
