The renovated room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked & used the desk, coffetable and loveseat. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast coffee, muffin & apple. There is plenty of free parking and there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. During our 3-night stay, we did see 2 wandering earwigs but they are harmless.
julie

First time encountering the problem with checking in for the hotel when i booked it using Expedia.

Parking was easy and secure, Bathroom had a spiderweb in it over the mirror, didn't use the air conditioning. Wind ow was open. No milk for coffee in the morning and some crazy old man was staring at me while I was trying to get it. I was tired and you made me comfortable enough to sleep. Good enough.

The room was clean, but there was a slight chemical smell when we first arrived and after the air conditioning was turned off. Also, the TV was broken, which they said they were aware of when I checked out.
These were minor inconveniences and I would stay there again.

Parking easy. Air conditioner kept the room cool. Downside, it seems cannabis smoking is permitted in rooms which created a very unpleasant odor in the hallways.

I was skeptical when I entered the parking lot to check in. I always stay at Hilton anywhere but Toronto Hilton was too expensive this time and I booked this hotel. To my surprise, The room had clean bed and bedsheets. Clean bathroom and shower. Shampoo and soap provided in good qualities. Quiet hallways and even though no escalators, it was only two level building.
I loved it and next time , time comes, I would not stay at Hilton but I will choose this nice , clean, quiet property with good access to everything.

No fuss motel, in a convenient location. The room was clean without carpeting. Appreciated the coffee and juice available in the lobby during breakfast hours.

Room clean but staff not helpful
Kathy
Parking was easy
Vanessa
No issues with parking. Staff are friendly and informative. The only thing that will make me hesitant in booking this hotel again is how thin the walls between rooms are - every sound could be overheard whether it was coming from the rooms next door or from the hallway. At one point I was awoken in the night and thought the voices were in my room.
Jay
Clean room, no fuss check-in/out, free parking on site. We were looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in the area for a impl 2-night stay-over and this place was perfect.
Kathy
Very comfortable stay.
Michelle
Older gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was really nice and friendly.
Lynn
The room was very clean and spacious.
The bed is the old springs, and didn’t sleep that comfortably.
The fridge worked and so did the heat. Was really there just to sleep, as my event took up most of my time.
Parking was free.

There was a squirrel in my room! It was rummaging in my suitcase and running around the room! I definitely want a refund! I told the management and showed them and they said because i booked the room online they couldn't give me a refund, that i would have to complain to expedia.ca! Well i am complaining! The staff is very nice there this is the only bad experience i had there as i stayed there before!
