one thing going for this hotel is their front desk were all friendly. not particularly helpful, but friendly. close to a lot of places. no guest laundry, they offer an overpriced laundry service but thank god the lady at the front desk told me about the laundromat across the street. asked for late check-out from different staff and got different answers, not their fault but the management obviously trained them to squeeze every last penny from their guests. they also don't have luggage locker. since i can't have a decent late check-out pricing and have nowhere to store my things i was forced to take an uber ride all the way to borden since the ride i was originally expecting won't be able to pick me up till 3pm. key card was activated incorrectly at check-in, had to go back the next day to get a new one. on my second night, the smoke detector started beeping at ~2am, friendly night auditor came in right away to reset it, so that's all good. yeah, wouldn't really recommend this hotel

There could be a little updating with the air conditioning systems in the room and quieter fans in the bathroom.
I will always stay at this hotel as I feel it is the best in town.
See you next time.

Very accommodating as we requested 2 rooms due to bringing our elderly mother and was given joining rooms on the main floor (accessible); very clean; staff helpful and pleasant; close to health centre which was our reason for the visit. Walking distance to shopping/restaurants. Will return/stay again.

The hotel is older but spotless and had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, mini fridge, and a full range of toiletries. The room was quiet, and the staff were courteous and friendly.
The Buttery restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and serves an excellent breakfast/lunch.

It was a basic, clean hotel which is what we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathrooms are small but clean and functional. There was lots of parking and check in and out was quick. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but we were only there to sleep anyways. I had a coffee next door and it was really good. I wish I could have had more time to have breakfast there.

I did not like the fact that our room was not in the high rise tower part. It was at the back of the property and our room had direct access to the parking lot. It was damp and cold because of rainy weather. Which brought spiders in the room. It was very noisy from the room above us to the other rooms around us.The staff at the front desk were amazing and helpful when we arrived. The room was very clean when we arrived but the next day when they cleaned there was still hair on the bathroom floor. Was not told if there was a continental breakfast. We will not stay there next time we go up.

We were pretty disappointed with the room. We thought the hotel was the tower, but we were directed to a 'motel' section in the back. Our window faced the back of that section and had storage and garbage directly in front of it. The room also felt a little damp and smelled a little musty, but it was generally clean and the beds were comfortable. For the price, I think we will look elsewhere next time we visit the area.

This is an older building that was probably just refurbished, feels a little more like a motel than a hotel. Dingy looking on the inside but housekeeping does a fantastic job at keeping it clean. The water was also a little yellow, i’m assuming it’s well water that went through filtration.
At this moment in time, there seems to be construction happening on the road and makes entering/exiting the plaza the hotel is located at a little complicated.
The parking situation in the front is abysmal, park in the back.
Breakfast is not included, $20 fee i believe. And gym services are not inside but you are given a voucher to workout at the Goodlife near by.
Staff, wonderful! Helpful and very considerate!

Hotel was OK. My complaint is that we were stuck in a room beside a wedding party.
If you know, your hotel is being used for a wedding you should really try and keep other guests separate so that they’re not having to deal with the noise all night!
Also, there definitely could be better places to put the ice machines and vending machines then right outside of the room doors because they are noisy all night long.

Room was clean and spacious (2 Queen sweet with pullout). Fridge was large for a hotel room and there was a microwave and Keurig included. Rooms have been updated but are very standard rooms.
One of the staff upon check in was wildly friendly and helpful! I wish I got her name, but her hair was covering her tag. The other staff seemed disinterested.
Went to the Buttery for breakfast - it’s definitely a unique experience. Food is decent, but it felt like a time warp!
Parking is included and you can park close to the stairs to your room.

Staff were very pleasant, upbeat and accommodating. Location great and ample parking. The hotel itself is somewhat dated and perhaps in need of a “facelift” or “refresh”. Room was nice, good size and comfortable. However, again the “age” of the place made the room musty and “stagnant” smelling. Perhaps some newer furniture and deep carpet cleaning might freshen it up. There were a few bits of “clean-up” undone… hair in tub, dirty glass in closet… nothing drastic. Bed very clean though and comfortable, pillows great!

We enjoyed the room every thing was clean and comfortable however as someone with a deadly allergy to nuts your products use argan oil which is from nuts. So we had to make separate trip out to buy products that were safe for us to use this was a extra expense we were not prepared for. My recommendation would be to offer other soaps and shampoo that do not contain nut oil. When we called down to front desk no other products were available. Or even a solution offered only that there was a shippers drug Mart close by.
