Staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Breakfast was great, nice variety of food and very clean.
Ample parking in a well lit lot.
Our room as ok. Bathroom was not so clean, pile of hair in the corner. Odd layout. Had to walk through a kitchenette area into bathroom.
Overall, very accommodating staff.

The hotel is dated but very clean. The staff is beyond friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Parking is right there. Very good place to stay the night.

The heater makes far too much noise keeps you awake most of the night and needs replacing.
However, the breakfast was substantial.

Ian
Nice variety of food at the breakfast. Food was fresh and staff were always restocking and cleaning up. Registration staff helpful.
Jane
Overall it was a great stay. A few minor items needed attention: one lamp missing light bulb, ice bucket missing.
Diana
This was a reasonable priced hotel in the area we needed and that accepted pets. It’s an older building but we only stayed a few hours. We arrived at 3 am and left by midday. The staff was polite, but when we arrived we had a lot of suitcases and no help at all. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall I was satisfied knowing I wasn’t going to a 5 star hotel.
Josh
Room was decent, very friendly staff but the bar was very noisy. TV hardly gets any channels and breakfast offers nothing really. Plus you have to eat in the lobby basically on display. Decent but nothing too special
Kara
Ok place. Beds are comfy enough but the fans are kind of old and loud. The wifi was probably the most shotty of all the places I’ve stayed so that’s an issue. Bring a usb chord and a laptop if you want to watch anything other than Netflix. TV is pretty pixelated though. Location is great but there is no gym or pool. Walking to places when it’s dangerous to drive is nice. Breakfast had waffles but they make you eat in front of the windows! Lol.. I wish there was 24/7 coffee like other places though. Overall location is good and/or if you have a discount it’s worth it.
Aiden
not the best option,

The rooms are ancient and very cold. Breakfast is under standard. And they had put one tiny shampoo for two people.
Kathy
2 nights, very expensive, dated but clean, and very stingy on comforts such as soap (only 1 small bar), 2 shampoos but no conditioner. I had to go to Shoppers and buy my own shampoo & conditioner and bar of soap so that I could shower.
Text messages are annoying. The last text wanted to know what time I was checking out. I did not respond because check out time is 11am, therefore they should kbow what time I am leaving and not to bother me at 8am while I am sleeping.
Staff was very polite and friendly. Hotel was close to many restaurants.

Mario
Very convenient location, staff very helpful, beds are very comfortable. All in all, will use again when in town.
Renée
The staff were kind and the bed was comfortable but that’s the end of the benefits to this location. I felt safe but the decor, cleanliness and breakfast buffet were underwhelming and the walls were paper thin so it was extremely noisy. Being on the ground floor you can hear vehicles all night long and when other guests closed doors upstairs it sounded like they were in the room with us. Not somewhere to stay if you need a good nights rest.
JUN
The breakfast is good. Room is very spacious and clean.
Ann
Very run down but very friendly and accommodating staff
O'neill
Nice room, friendly staff
Shoira
All of the staffs are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean, comfortable and parking is very convenient and accessible

Overall experience was good. Staff was great. The online check in and check out made it a lot quicker. Breakfast area and menu items were smaller then im use too.
Amanda
Disappointed
Breakfast was terrible. They couldn’t even get the coffee right- light brown tinted water, prepared portion and seating was inadequate. Lobby had a funny smell.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It is obvious it’s an older building but it was clean. The breakfast had a good selection.

The property was extremely dirty.
When i turned on the heater in my room, the room was filled with a disgusting odour.
The roof was leaking and there was water on the floor.
Overall, do not recommend.

OK
This was a stopover with family during a much longer business trip. for the price i paid i would expect a nicer room. It was ok, bathroom was not cleaned well, hair and feces on the walls in the bathroom, Hall carpets and wall on the 3rd floor where extremely dirty and in need of steam cleaning. The grounds are run down and could use some work. No nice clear outdoor area to sit and relax. No coffee available after breakfast, that's silly!! this is a 90 US$ a night hotel at best. the elevator needs serious work and cleaning, was scary to ride up and down. used the stars most times.
Brian
ok for the price
Park
Very clean and spacious room and bath. The breakfast was good enough to travel. The staffs are kind.

A good place to stay in Richmond Hill. In a commercial area with not much in the way of entertainment.

Staff was nice and the continental breakfast had enough options. The hotel itself is very dated, the rooms were OK but had large open crack under the room doors - this let in a lot of noise and light from hallway and just felt less private. It was fine for a quick cheap overnight stay but I wouldn’t go back.

The first night, by 22 hrs, in the back side of the room there was a restaurant that was cooking and the smk of the food came into de room, the room seems white for the smoke and smelled the chicken. I ask the staff to change our room and they didn't want to, they only offered to gives us a spray to cover that smell, however, they never showed up again. The morning I asked to change the room and they say the hotel was full, moreover, the parking was half of the cars that the previous day. My opinion. They don't provide any kind of solutions. Not recomended
