The property was clean and renovated. The price was good for what was provided. The staff was helpful when there was a small issue with payment through Expedia. I would definitely stay again.

It’s a nice little hotel for quick travels, no elevator but that was much of an inconvenience.
Angad Singh
Good clean rooms.

La propiedad está un poco retirada del centro de Toronto. Lo que implica tener que viajar unos 45 minutos hacia el centro de Toronto.
Tae Yung Peter
It is a nice clean renovated motel but someone forgot to refill the shampoo dispenser and the A/C was a bit loud.
Jennifer
It was awonderful for my first stay with the Spark brand. The night check in agent was very pleasant and helpful. As a disabled traveller, I found the room very accessible from both inside and out, the beds were very comfortable. I arrived very late, so didn't take advantage of the included breakfast, however all day coffee was greatly needed and appreciated. I will certainly book again based on this first experience there.

Few issues with room on check in, however evening manager was responsive and had it checked quickly then moved to another room.
Staff professional, lobby, breakfast area and rooms were very clean. Spark level hotel means sparse, so ammenities limited - continental breakfast minimal

It was a very clean hotel with comfy beds. My only complaint was there is no elevator. My husband has knee pain and I probably wouldn’t have booked this location had I known.

Nice location and clean rooms with a continental breakfast included. A bit of trouble with the cooling in the room but otherwise all was good.
Dung
It was a good stay. Breakfast could be better for the price.

The bath fan is a bit noisy like the range hood in the kitchen. Trash can is too small and is always full in the breakfast room.

There was a stain on my bed flat sheet. The door has terrible soundproofing. I got woken up every day at 8 am with children and adults screaming and talking in the hallway. You can hear everyone's doors slam shut all day. However, the staff is very friendly, and there is complimentary coffee and breakfast.
Barry
Room Cleaned, Staffs very nice. Parking available all the time .

There is currently construction directly across the street. I don’t know why it was allowed to continue on throughout the night, but it did. A horrible sleep and when Expedia called the hotel staff to ask for compensation, none was offered.
There was no warning of the construction and my room was facing the construction.

Christopher
Breakfast was great and started nice and early. Staff was quite amiable when checking in - room was super clean and the ac was fantastic
Charles
Left something in my room and when I called a few days later they didn’t have it so house cleaning threw it out or kept it
Brandi
No hot water and ZERO offer of compensation. I stay at hotels for a comfy bed and a hot shower, they should have offered a partial refund or future voucher.
Gina
Great clean hotel and free parking. Breakfast is average it would be nice to have waffle/pancake option or even scrambled eggs with sausage or bacon.
The rooms were a good size. Recycling options in the room should be implemented to decrease waste.

The hotel was a nice and cozy. It is in a non-busy area of Toronto but still driving distance within other areas. The place was not so bad.

If I ever stay in the area again I will pick this property every time. Staff were very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. Everything was exceptionally well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms. —they were spotless and very comfortable, making the stay even more relaxing. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, it was clean, well-kept, and perfect for unwinding.
The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that started the day perfectly. On top of all that, the overall environment of the hotel was calm, welcoming, and very pleasant.
Thank you for providing such a high standard of service. I would definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.

Clean rooms with breakfast included. Great place for a required stay for medical appointments. No frills but worth the money paid. Staff were excellent
Jonathan
Room was great, but was disappointed by the breakfast. It was bread products and cereal and fruit. Not really anything hot served.
Sean
continental breakfast wasn’t bad. Very clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff. Great value for money! Only complaint is it always smells like marijuana.
Christine
Breakfast was very basic and perhaps the most disappointing part of our stay, had there be a great breakfast this place would be the perfect place to stay.
Ivan
Stay was nice, breakfast could have been better

In the morning you could hear every person in the building through the walls, very loud and very early.
We stayed for one night and there’s a sign in the washroom stating that house keeping comes every other day of your stay, so I didn’t bother with a do not disturb sign because we were checking out the next morning. However, house keeping walked in on our room twice before our 11 am check out time. They did knock but the hall ways were so noisy already that I didn’t realize they were knocking on our door.. also because I was still trying to sleep.
Finally, the bath tub drain wouldn’t stay closed so I couldn’t take a bath and the tab you pull up to route the water flow to the shower head only half worked so the shower head had half water pressure and the tub spout stayed open. It like I Showered in a puddle…
The place was clean and continental breakfast was decent, fruit, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, oatmeal, - coffee/tea all day
I did not visit the pool or gym
Staff were friendly.
I did not complain about the shower, it was late.

Bathroom too cold to shower.
I don't understand the shower seat setup with half the seat outside the tub. The curtain will not work properly. Not what I ordered!
Wish breakfast would remain open til 11am.

Nice property. Needs a bigger parking lot. But clean and the cleaning ladies were sweet.

Decent place ! Beware they put a lot of chlorine in the pool. Hurt my partner’s eyes and made my pink swimsuit purple from pink. 😅 decent for the price though.

No elevator for these two stories building and without coffee maker in the room is acceptable, but safety box is a must have.

Honestly, our stay was pretty good! The front desk staff was friendly and check in was smooth. The rooms were clean and parking was free. The continental breakfast was decent and the coffee was great! Definitely a nice little spot.

Smell of room was terrible. Smelled like moth balls. Had to open window for a few hours to get rid of some of the smell.
