Unlike the other hotels, this one didn’t include breakfast. On top of that, the EV charger wasn’t working, which was disappointing.

We were only there for a day for a concert, but our check in was quick and easy. Staff members were helpful with information regarding our concert location drop off and pick ups. Also coffee shop and restaurants nearby as well as the cinema.

The room was very clean! The staff were amazing. They made great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Parking was free and there was ample space. The lounge area was a great space to sit in and very relaxing. Also the breakfast on the morning menu was really good with healthy options.

Clear room and very welcoming staff

We stayed here for 1 week. Overall our stay was ok. The hotel was not busy, was quiet, and was within walking distance of a few restaurants. The food at the café was good.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. Our room was not clean. Upon arriving we found old dried up food between the bed sheet and blanket. Obvious that the bed had just been made up, but not stripped of bedding since the previous people occupying the room. There was a single shoe left in the room. It was obvious looking under the bed that it hasn't been vacuumed in years. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. It needed a thorough cleaning. The issues were dealt with in a timely manner, but the food left in the bed was a bad start. Quite disgusting to know that the bed hadn't been cleaned. Would not stay here again.

Bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Pool could be maintained better. But other than that, everything else was great. Parking was convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Market was very helpful for late arrival snacks. Spacious lounge with comfortable seating. Staff was available and friendly.

Not our first overnight stay here.
General info: Room is small and crowded by North American standards. Online photo of room shows bathroom sink area with door, but room has no such door, and huge overly bright sink light makes make-up mirror unusable. Hotel often has large noisy teams of kids.
This experience: Room has musty, humid smell. Sheets are wrinkled and look slept in without change. Main entrance light is not working.
Not likely to return given the better local alternatives.

Nice hotel, very clean, kind and attentive staff. Really no complaints about the stay on that aspect. Parking always available. Seemed like the hotel had been renovated recently-ish. Our only complaint would be the beds. The room was nice, clean, seemed fine. The beds were very tired. Noisy spring mattresses that you would find in more of a motel-esc kind of property. It honestly surprised us. It looked very comfortable, but once you got on it, it was hard, you could feel every spring and it creaked with every turn. The pillows were also very thin. Needed three of them just to feel normal.
We will be back, it was a very nice stay overall. Great location to everything really. I just hope they do something with the beds before we go back.

The staff at the front desk lied to us about taking a debit deposit, when there’s a sign saying credit or debit policy and would only let us check in if we went to take out $250 cash. Other than that the room was pretty clean other than an odor the room had when we first got in but it didn’t linger.
David
Clean room, great staff, nice lounge area if you want to do a business meeting

The building and room were very clean and bright. The staff was friendly and courteous overall. The price of the room was excellent.
I did feel that the restaurant/food and beverages were exceptionally expensive with little justification. And while I have always appreciated the amenities at the courtyard sites, I was disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool was far too cold to swim. I usually use my own bath products but this time forgot them and used those provided. Unfortunately I felt the smell to be very chemical in nature and it gave me a rash.

Room was clean and the staff were great.
I had to extend my stay by a day due to unforeseen circumstances. When checking in for the 3rd night, I was asked how things were and I mentioned the hotel was good but I had a hospital issue. I was given a bag with a a water and bag of popcorn in it. I thought that was nice.

Clean room but could not find parking after hours…
Seyedeh Mahsa
The room’s toilet doesn’t have fan. Also, room’s Ventilation is not good enough specially during winter that you cannot open windows. Towels were clean but did not smell good.
Nhien
Friendly staff, room is clean.
Stephen J
Room was big but caulking on the bathtub had mold on it and there was someone removing snow after 11PM making all kinds of noises everytime he backed up which was all the time. Then in the morning I went down to get a coffee and the price for a large coffee was $7.50. Normally coffee is free in the lobby in most hotels. I will not go back to this hotel

Hotel was fine and I would recommend it as a simple stay over, it was clean.
I asked for my room to be serviced every day but after the first nights stay they forgot, so on the second night we arrived back to wet towels still on the floor, an un-made bed and no coffee.

Housekeeping knocked on our door and WOKE US UP! When I didn't respond to her knocks, she OPENED UP THE DOOR, and started WALKING INTO THE ROOM.

Good self parking, room was clean, lobby floor and hallway carpets to rooms should be cleaned more often - too much salt residue got into room. Some tables at lobby and the 1 tv had lots of finger prints. Room floor should have been mopped. Good service to get extra towels. Housekeeping should check tisse box - ours only had 2 tissues left after they cleaned the room.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a family vacation and truly a paradise for golf lovers. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. However, the kitchen utensils could have been cleaner, and there were a few strands of hair on the bathroom floor, which was a bit disappointing. Communication with the front desk staff was also somewhat difficult. That said, the overall environment and the pool area are beautiful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Very convenient as most of the places i needed to were not too far away. My second time staying at this facility. Staff are so nice. The only inconvenience this time, that they were fixing the canopy area of the front entrance. So it was closed off for safty. I would give them 10 out of 10.

Area Around the property it is poor maintain like fence falling apart and dirty

We like that its easy access to the 407. We were there for my grandsons hockey and it was easy to get to the arenas.
We also loved the balcony and small pull out couch with ottoman made it very comfortable for watching tv in the evening. Many nice restaurants within walking distance and we had dinner one night in the lobby restaurant and it was reasonable and hit the spot.

The room and service are nice, just this hotel is for people who drive

Rooms were clean and nice, however, several things just didn’t work. The bedside table chargers, the Bluetooth connection on the television, and the alarm clock all came with technical issues or just straight up didn’t work at all.
Rajdeep

Clean with great service.
Staff service was amazing and room was clean. However, hot water could be better both tap and shower. Also, coffee maker should be cleaned.

I just think the initial hold amount is high especially for just 1 night
SALLY
Bedbugs alert! Stayed for two nights and noticed some rashes on my leg after the first and gotten worst after the second night. Did some researches and realized they were bedbug bites! Very disgusted with this place and please run, don't walk, if you are thinking to book this place! Also, there was no housekeeping service after the front desk promised one.....
Wayne
Hotel is doing maintenance work and blocking parking spots during our stay had created some inconvenience. However, hotel management arrangements to park at the adjacent hotel parking area is good.

very good hotel

This is a family friendly rather than a business traveler friendly hotel, lots of children using the pool, running around, especially in the hallway, making all the noise. I was woken up by the noise in the middle of the night and had to call the front desk to complain.
Ravi
Nicely situated for the event i attended

Stay was ok. Rooms weren’t the cleanest, not a lot of dining around. Would be fine for a business trip but not families with small children.

Weekend trip
The bed was too soft for my liking. Breakfast wasn’t included but a small restaurant was available, although quite pricey for the amount of food. My room was across from the stairwell on the 1st floor and all I heard was it slamming the 2 nights I was there
Xing
We got bedbug bites during the stay. Requested to change all the bed-sheets. When we came back in the evening, the staff there told us they inspected everything and changed all the bed-sheets as promised, which they did not -- There was a stain on the bed sheet and it was still there when I returned, which means they were lying about changing the sheets.
Also they provide services once every 2 days, while only providing 1 day worth of coffee/cups/towels. Also bed sheets were not changed even on the days with service, unless you sit there and watch them and insist on changing...

The smell of cigarette smoke entering the room during the night was unacceptable. Front desk was notified on 7/17,7/18 and 7/19. Would consider not going back.
