Spacious room where I stayed on the fourth floor.. Comfortable bed with Giant TV.
I would stay here again anytime... Chicken was a tad dry in the Teriyaki rice dish but the sauce, rice and vegetables were delicious. Cheesecake was very tasty, I would stay here again anytime I'm in this neighbourhood. Room has a variety of lighting options and modes. I like this. Parking is definitely not for large trucks.... found room but its a lottery finding ample room.

Our room was clean and cleaned frequently, bfast is okay some may prefer to get something locally, Tim Hortons is literally next door and a number of plazas locally and Wendy's etc in car driving distance but it works if you want the convenience of using the hotel if I were to do it again I would have a combination maybe 2 days in hotel and the rest outside. Staff however were delightful, Peter and the restaurant team were awesome, multiple pools for kids was excellent factor and why I chose this location for myself and 2 , 12 year olds, definitely recommend it if you have friends and family local it's good for access and convenience of location

I booked a suite for my daughter's swim birthday, originally at BW, but when I called to finalize plans, I was informed I had no booking. When I tried to rebook, BW no longer had suited available so I had to book at Sheraton. The front desk staff prior to check-in who was supposed to be helping me obtain a room for early check-in was unpleasant to deal with. She had zero understanding of their own internal processes for prioritization & cleaning of rooms. She was quite rude in her manner of speaking when trying to enforce their policies that they own staff had contradicted & directed me on when I booked. She never did call me back with an update. Upon arrival at the hotel, we had to wait to check-in, which delayed our setup of the room for thw party. I coordinated with the onsite facility to accommodate additional guests for swimming that I was required to buy day passes for. I followed all their requirements to provide a listing of all guests in attendance. Upon check-in, I was informed that the pool with the hot tub we booked the party for was closed for maintenance. The front desk staff upon checkout was clueless to deal with at best. From leaving me waiting to followup with her on if their final inspection of the room was completed so they could process my return of security deposit to just her lack of consideration for customer service was a disappointing closure to our stay. Extremely disappointing experience. Likely won't return here in a hurry.

The room was clean. However, there were missing soaps in the bathroom. We had to have the fridge replaced and adjusted twice. The first time, the door did not align and the fridge had to be replaced. The second time, the fridge was set to be like a freezer. Everything froze in the fridge.

The room temperature went up to 30 degrees, and I had to call twice before someone would come to fix the problem.

Standard amenities, such as a microwave, were only available if I paid extra for them.

Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the water was not as hot as it should have been on the first night. Staff was helpful and efficient. When we asked for additional coffee packs and pillows they arrived immediately. Breakfast was well stocked but some items were overcooked or dried out. We also saw a staff member refilling the sliced fruit with his bare hands and no gloves which was a little concerning. Dinner in the restaurant posed some challenges as they seemed understaffed and stressed, but the majority of the food was good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Free parking, huge parking lot. I stayed in the King Suite which was a lovely room, very spacious. The bathroom had a huge soaker tub with jets, big enough to fit 2 people.
One downside was the TV channels in my room weren't working, they were unable to fix it, but they did offer me complimentary breakfast and a late checkout for the inconvenience

Our experience at the hotel was disappointing overall.

Upon arrival, we struggled to find a proper place to park our vehicle, which was frustrating after a long trip. The reception staff were noticeably indifferent and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start.

Finding our room was unnecessarily difficult due to poor signage and guidance. The room itself felt like it was assigned as a last option—located in a corner, giving the impression that it was one of the least desirable rooms remaining.

The bathroom floor was particularly problematic. The tile work appeared poorly designed, lacking basic functionality and comfort, which made using the space inconvenient.

Breakfast service was another letdown. The staff behaved in a way that made us feel unwelcome, almost as if we were being rushed to finish quickly and leave. This created a very uncomfortable dining experience.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff, who were polite, helpful, and professional. The 2-point rating is solely due to their efforts.

Overall, the hotel did not live up to its name or expectations. It felt like a below-average experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

This was a terrible experience!
Upon checking in, we were directed to the York Tower. I even asked to double check as the Richmond tower was a lot closer. I was travelling with two small children, and we went to the far tower and tried to find our room number, walking through the hallways twice without success. We went back to the check-in desk, and the same agent then said that he made a mistake and we were indeed supposed to be in the Richmond tower. He was smirking and tried to make light of the situation instead of being sincere about an apology.
Once we arrived at the room, we discovered the shower was not working properly. Ultimately, we had to call the front desk for help. They assured us a maintenance staff was on their way but we waited closer to 30 minutes. They were not apologetic in any way and declined to make a switch or upgrade to our room despite the very negative experience. Altogether, this was a very unpleasant experience.
The bedding was not great. The bathroom was not well designed so water spilled easily from the shower. In the morning, we could hear staff speaking loudly in the hallway. Parking lot was very chaotic as well.
There are lots of other options of hotels in the area. It is unlikely we will ever be back to this Sheraton again! :(

I love staying at Sheridan. I had a little problem understanding the lady at front desk and I had to pay for water for 3 dollars and change that I did not know was not free water. I also ended up paying 285 for my stay and gave them an additional 250 as security. They sent someone to check the room before I left before giving me back my security deposit. Not sure I would stay there again but I would not say don't go there. Otherwise it is a lovely place in terms of decor
