This place has had 2 car thefts in the last few months
Steven
It’s was an alright place. The room was clean, staff were good to deal with. The breakfast was absolutely horrendous. Perhaps when people spend obscene amounts of money they should get something that is actually edible and not powdered eggs and half cooked sausage.
Jason
Pleasant stay. Clean property and room was clean.
Matthew
The pet fee is A HUNDRED DOLLARS. That’s not listed when you book. Pet fees at most hotels are around $30.
Vanni
Clean convenient hotel with a great breakfast. Easy parking and nice gym.
John
I booked a room for 2 days. I left within the first night due to an emergency and was saddened to learn I still had to pay for the second night, despite checking out at around 10am. unfortunate policy
Jasmin
Had a great time here. Great staff and great spacious rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
Marvin

We've stayed at this property before. No surprises this time. Exactly as we experienced last time.

Clean room 💯
Staff was very nice all of them
Breakfast was good and servers very nice
The building really could use some renovation; some parts of the hotel look old.
But everything else was very pleasant during our stay.

It would be great if the hotel has better breakfast (more choices, more fresh fruits)

Very good place, staff was helping and welcomed. Building had everything in it including a small pub place for dinner and cocktails

Room is not clean and old. Breakfast has not enough variety.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Wish the sofa bed was a bit more comfortable.
Henry
Excellent location fot people who like dining at various restaurantd, and serviced...will be back in the future.
Shaun
Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful, room equipment (fridge, coffee pot, microwave, etc.,) worked well, great onsite services if needed such as washing machine, dry cleaning etc. Onsite breakfast had many options for food, drinks, it was fun to try the options. I also liked the location and neighbourhood, and when needed I simply parked at the close by Fairview Mall TTC parking and took the subway when I didn't want to drive downtown.
Samuel
Nice stay. Quiet. Good location. Would stay again.
Koy
The breafast was really nice and the view of the city was great. The kitchen was set up very well.

Room was clean. Staff was very nice. Staged stuffed animals on the beds. Breakfast was good and convenient.
Karen
Room was spacious, haveing a kitchenette was convenient, clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was just ok, not a lot of choices, but overall, we had a very nice stay.
Christopher
The room and staff were very professional and reasonable.
Really enjoyed the 12pm check out.
Room style isn’t what we like but met our conditions for our Wedding.
Didn’t like we had to pay for parking $8/day but reasonable
Would stay another Marriott but more modern and less carpet.

Probably the best stay we’ve ever had anywhere! Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, nice rooms! They even remembered we had a crib for our previous stay, and offered one again when we forgot to request it! Looking forward to coming back soon!
Stephanie
Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles.
I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight.

Breakfast excellent

Nice spacious room with a little kitchen area. The happy hours of the bar could have more drink selections for individuals but the staff were very nice.
Angela
Good breakfast, although staff hovers. Very clean suite, with dishwasher, microwave and stove, dishes, utensils, pot. Shower stall doesn't leak. Blanket & extra pillow. One issue is the $8 per DAY PARKING, applied even if you self-park outside.
Kim Lois
The front desk is very accommodating.
Samuel
The room was clean and had a kitchenette which made our stay easy. Breakfast quality was good. Got to use the gym and swimming pool, we'll kept. I would recommend this place.
Mary Anne

We booked this hotel for our wedding night and even though we showed up fully dressed in a wedding gown and tux, there was no acknowledgement.
Brianne
Room was a little dirty - shower, floors. The tv wasn't working very well, could not watch what we wanted only one channel worked. Volume
was either 100% or 0%, even when we tried our fire stick we brought from home. We loved the breakfast, the staff we came across especially the man in red helping at breakfast he deserves a raise!

Good hotel, surrounded by great restaurants

During check out, they make you wait a long time to check the room.

Front lobby and main floors are nice and updated. Unfortunately the hallway to our room and other floors are banged up walls and definitely need a paint job or occasional touch up. It’s very bad to see that. Bathroom need an update in the shower very avwrage for such a nice location. Also Average Continetial Breakfast but stuff is extremely friendly from checking in to breakfast room and
Checkout. Convenient parking garage.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and check in was quick and smooth. The room was not cleaned very well. We found a toothbrush cover near the bed and lots of crumbs in the corner of the box spring part of the bed from a previous guest. Pool was clean and had plenty of towels. Usually there is an extra blanket and pillow in the closet, which we didn’t have this time.
Behkish
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the sofa bed quality was very poor and uncomfortable.
Charles
Very good value. Room was comfortable and clean. Towels are rough, could use softener.
Anicee
Accommodating staff. I love the gym and my daughter enjoyed her pool time. Not crowded. Our room had a nice view too. Will definitely book again.
Kathi
Gabriel, breakfast staff, was amazing. Room was excellent. Only issue was the smell of stale cigarette smoke.
Great location, great breakfast, amazing breakfast.
We will absolutely be back. Thank you.

Beatrice
It had everything we needed. Breakfast was good as well. They had a crib available for my 9 month old. We had a lovely stay overall.
Raiel
Bathroom could have been cleaner :)
Zahir
Breakfast staff were very pleasant and efficient. Parking is in a garage towards the back of the proprty and is not in the best of shape. Very leaky and low roof and not great lighting.
The outside of the property is a little beat up ( awning over the front entrance was leaking, potholed parking spots).
The door he got was great - - clean, well supplied
with linens, toiletries, a work desk fridge, and microwave.
The pool looked great and common areas were clean.
This hotel has a lot of guests and felt very busy but not in a bad or noisy way.

Great location if you are shopping at the Vaughan mill outlet. Plenty of restaurant options within short distance is a plus. We will stay again

An excellent stay overall. Impeccably clean room, courteous staff, and great amenities. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely return.
Marvin
Great room and the staff were fantastic from check in to check out.

The experience was exceptional. We booked a queen-size bedroom with a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was too hard and old to be comfortable. A staff member checked in on us while we were having breakfast, and we mentioned the issue. They addressed it promptly by sending a clean and comfortable bed to our room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Room was well appointed with everything you'd need for an extended stay. The breakfast was good and offered a lovely view from the 14th floor.

Horrible hotel. Never again. Rooms are spacious and offer good amenities but the hotel staff is awful, the place is filthy, it’s outdated, no staircases to go up from the lobby so you wait way too long for an elevator. You can access stairs to go up and down between floors and exit to the parking lot, but you cannot walk a flight of stairs from the lobby up to your floor. Horrible design flaw. If you want a filthy hotel with staff that couldn’t care less about your experience or needs, book here. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Everything was great, breakfast was amazing and staff was courteous and helpful. Only downside was the bathroom had no fan.

clean room, friendly staffs and all are above average business class hotel.
however, the water pressure in the shower could’ve been better. water pressure was bad and slow.
pillow was too soft and should offered different firmness for choice

The room was so comfy and had all the necessary amenities. We also got to use the pool and the gym which improved our experience. Worth adding that it's a perfect location close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

The room was ok. Smelled a bit funny. Dirty. Floors need to be cleaned. Shower curtain was ripped and falling off. Pool was warm. Paying to park was not a good surprise.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage carts were very difficult to steer and weren’t large enough.

We had an excellent stay and truly appreciated the outstanding service from the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with every request.
One night, our child became unwell and vomited late at night. Despite the hour, the staff kindly came to help change the bed right away. They were very polite, calm, and showed no frustration at all, which meant so much to us as parents.
The indoor pool was also very nice and well maintained. During breakfast, the staff were warm and attentive, helping to look after the children. Even when there were small spills, they responded quickly and gently without making loud noises or startling the kids.
Overall, this hotel made our family feel genuinely cared for. We are very grateful and would definitely stay here again.

The check-in was slow (Busy time) but pleasant staff. The room was clean, compact and cozy. However, the pull-out futon had a dirty and very worn-out mattress, laying down on it, I felt every single metal bar underneath me. I requested sheets and extra pillows (not in the room) and they were delivered 40 minutes after.
The first nice, there was a glitch with the fire alarm and the guests had to evacuate at 2:30 am, walking down 11 flight of stairs out into -20 withe kids. The issue was resolved by fire department and we were back in the room within 1.5 hrs. There was NO compensation offered for this inconvenience, just an apology. The breakfast buffet was standard but good and clean. Upon check-out, instead of releasing the deposit, I was double charged, they quoted a \"System Glitch\" but they accepted their mistake and refunded the full amount. Generally the hotel is okay, food was good, but they are very frugal in compensating for any inconvenience.

Great one night stay while in town for a wedding. Room was very clean, very well equipped, and a comfortable size. Staff work tirelessly to keep everything squeaky clean, and our interactions with the front desk were both friendly and efficient. We decided not to partake of the breakfast since the room was overcrowded and the fare was just your typical carb and sugar offerings. But it's nice that it's there if you just need something quick to get your day started. Would definitely come here again should I need to stay in the area again in the future. Recommend!

Everything is great except the placement of the toilet tissue holder is in wrong place, its behind where you sit and hard to reach.
Jenny
Front desk staff is not quite helpful
Snezana
The cost for a pet at $100 really adds to the cost. We were in Ottawa two weeks ago and paid only 30 extra. Sadly the pet fee is often for a more used room and this is true of yours.
