Older building with leaking faucets and a strange step at the entryway to the room.

There was a balcony outside my room that is used by other guests for smoking, they leave the door open most of the time so it was cold in the room.

The staff was great.

The breakfast is a do it yourself waffle maker between 8 and 9am so don’t sleep in or you’ll miss it…

The room was clean. The pillows were terrible. Were more like coushins in a pillow case. Clearly the hotel needs renovations. Not secure at all , as the staff or clients keep outside doors widely open on rooms level unatented! . Anyone can just walk in. The corridors were freezing as the doors were kept open. cold air passing under our room door. Furthemore, the worst is that we booked the room in a smoke free establishment and we had to endure cigarettes and pot smell in our room, smell coming in from the corridor . Maybe the staff or the vlient that was smoking in the corridor left the doors open to air the place making it freezing cold! Lasted both nights, same friday and Saturday. Would of booked elsewhere if we had known.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and spent nearly four full days entirely on the property. Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niha, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, particularly during the checkout process and with the arrangements afterward.

There are only two minor points for improvement: slippers were not provided in the room, and basic hygiene amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a shaving razor were not available. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel.

The staff were okay. The room was not only neglected, it was terrible. The lamps were broken and dirty. The floorboards and walls were filthy. There was no remote for the TV. The blankets were thin, and smelly. The taps for the bath were both cold water labelled. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom didnt work. You had to hold the coffee pit vecause thats the only outlet it worked on. Just such a disappointment.

The hotel was in rough shape. A window at the back has been broken and covered with a realtor sign. Things are just generally outdated and untidy. The foyer and breakfast area appear relatively clean. Breakfast options are very limited. I would not stay again with my children, but in a pinch it works.

There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom was dirty. For breakfast, there was bread, banana, tea, cheap coffee, and juice that looked like powder diluted in water. There was no place to sit and eat breakfast. The room was very small, and visitors walked over your plates.

The place was really old, you could tell by the smell as soon as you walked in and the staircases too. The washrooms were quite dirty and the bedding had hairs and stains on it. It felt more like a rundown motel than an actual hotel. The breakfast area was small and they only served waffles with no protein options. For the price, there are definitely better places to stay.

Front desk helpful. Room was very hot on arrival: challenging to lower & maintain temperature. No elevator: thankfully although 76, I could easily handle stairs? Not do for others in my age ‘circle’. Poor breakfast selection and equipment - toasters - need replacing. The location, convenient to two days of meetings caused me to stay: would not return, negatives out weighed location.

The door has a gap between the floors. The light is from the hallway. The drinks machine is very loud. The pillows probably remember the hotel's opening hours. Absolutely unusable. The lighting makes reading impossible. I understand it's eco-friendly, but let's not exaggerate. The breakfast was so-so. I've seen much better. In short, it was my first and last time.

My expectations weren't high, so initially I was completely satisfied with the room, they even had Dove soap, if you want to know how impressed I was. Until....
A drink was spelt on the bed and was informed that there were no extra blankets after the housekeeper leaves. However, the front desk staff came through with a blanket and couple towels.
Then the Cockroach runs across the nightstand. Eager to return to bed.

There was not enough parking while staying there, and the distance from my place was way too far, the location for this hotel was way too inside and near constructions place where no one could easily find. However, the price for the hotel was way too much as it was more like staying for motel. Didn't seem like staying at Wyndham. Would not rate the best at all.

Units were stuffy and not very clean. Little worried about bed bug possibilities.
Comfortor (i know these get washed very seldom) had some very suspect markings on them.
Staff were great... they get the stars. I didn't feel unsafe at all and given the building is on a busy street, it was quite quiet.
The rooms just need a really big do-over lots of soap and tlc.

What We Loved:

Comfort: The comfy bed, functional A/C, and great shower pressure/temperature made for a comfortable stay.

Convenience: Having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker was really handy, and the basic breakfast was a nice bonus.

Unique Feature: The interlocking floor was a cool touch.

What We Didn't Love:

Noise: Highway and stairway noise was quite disruptive.

Maintenance Issues: The inoperable pool and tub were disappointing, and the hotel generally needs more renovation.
