Very dirty. Windows haven’t been clean in ages, smells cigarettes and humidity, breakfast poor no fruits orange juice made out of powder just cereal bread and waffles. Cards for the room have to be reactivated every 24h third floor no elevator. Back door don’t lock, anybody could walk in at anytime. Not sound proof, ear everything in other rooms, hallway and on the street. No pool. This place needs love and renovations.

We arrived at 6pm and the receptionist told us that someone el arrived with our reservation name saying thay we won't arrive, the other person signed and everything, then they gave us an other room rigth infront of the \"fake\" resevation, when we arrived to the room, the guest open the door, and came with us to tell us that someone else gave him our reservation (how he knows that we were the real guest? Because the receptionist gave him this information) the \"fake guest\" told us that even sometimes other guest openehis room, everything super weird, then the room smelled alot of cigarette, worst experience ever in hotel, we left the hotel because we felt very unsecured, expedia help us to negociote to pay just one night and the pay us back the rest (we supposed to stay 3 nights), of course we left the hotel 15min after our arriving

I was unimpressed that the shower didn’t work. There was a red plastic knob that supposedly actually ate the shower but it trickled and the bath kept filling. When I mentioned it while checking out, the staff member told me « oh yes it works, you just gotta pull the knob ». I can guarantee it did not work whatsoever because I tried to pull push and turn for about an hour.

The hotel is quite rundown. The main sign had a huge piece of metal blow off as I walked from my car to the entrance. I informed the staff but they said nothing.
There is no elevator & this should be mentioned before you reserve.
The room flooring was in terrible condition. The toilet was so low I could barely get down & back up again. There was no light in the toilet/shower area.
The breakfast was terrible. Very unhygienic. Loaves of bread in the bags with no tongs, the juice looked like a powdered mix, it was unmanned & no pastries.
I would not recommend this hotel. I spent $181 & it was definitely not worth it.

The pictures on the website are very OUTDATED! There pool and hot tub are gone, but still in the pictures of the hotel. The rooms are NOT like the ones in the pictures. The bathroom wall had paint peeling off them, the tub faucet almost came out of the wall when I turned the shower on, the toilet seat was not the correct one, the tub had stains and what looked like mold. The beds were somewhat comfortable. As for the free continental breakfast - toast, cereal and waffles.....nothing else....and way to small of an area for the guests. I have stayed at hotels with the name Wyndham attached and this hotel should remove the name Wyndham. . Three story hotel without an elevator - I am a handicap Military Veteran - staying on the second floor was not a problem.....just took a few extra minutes going up and down the stairs on crutches. The only good thing about my stay there is the staff were very friendly

Older building with leaking faucets and a strange step at the entryway to the room.

There was a balcony outside my room that is used by other guests for smoking, they leave the door open most of the time so it was cold in the room.

The staff was great.

The breakfast is a do it yourself waffle maker between 8 and 9am so don’t sleep in or you’ll miss it…

The room was clean. The pillows were terrible. Were more like coushins in a pillow case. Clearly the hotel needs renovations. Not secure at all , as the staff or clients keep outside doors widely open on rooms level unatented! . Anyone can just walk in. The corridors were freezing as the doors were kept open. cold air passing under our room door. Furthemore, the worst is that we booked the room in a smoke free establishment and we had to endure cigarettes and pot smell in our room, smell coming in from the corridor . Maybe the staff or the vlient that was smoking in the corridor left the doors open to air the place making it freezing cold! Lasted both nights, same friday and Saturday. Would of booked elsewhere if we had known.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and spent nearly four full days entirely on the property. Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niha, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, particularly during the checkout process and with the arrangements afterward.

There are only two minor points for improvement: slippers were not provided in the room, and basic hygiene amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a shaving razor were not available. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel.
