Great property with options for indoor or outdoor swimming. Very close to many things which makes it convenient. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

This was a nice hotel to stay at and the pool was nice.

Noise

There was a lot of noise, and my room was in the basement. There was constant shouting from the hallway—other guests were arguing. Also, the staff's conversations could be heard in the room because they were speaking loudly. Frankly, it is not a hotel I would choose again.

The 1st night we arrived late at the hotel and there was a bad smell in the room. I was asking the front desk to change the room for us due to the bad smell the next day.
But there was a supervisor or something of room service came to the room and insisted she can't smell anything with a really bad attitude of keep shaking her head. All the staff of the hotel are really nice and helpful except this lady.
Thanks to the front desk lady, she was super helpful and help us changed our room.

Everything was perfect and clean. The room was very big and the amenities were amazing. 3 pools, a spas and sauna. I wish breakfast was included but it wasn't a big deal. Perfect location for our trip to Canada's Wonderland and wonderful for our family of 6.

Great spot! Everything right there - no need to drive while you’re there.

Room is clean and room seems fine, and up to date. However the AC is dirty and cannot keep up. I set to 66C but it stays on 69C. So the room has a muggy smell because of that. Mattress is old and spring poking out.
Brandy
Clean, renovated rooms, tons to do.
Sylvie
Very nice outdoor pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect but room is not very isolated could hear the hallway and elevator well, but the room is amazing!

The front desk agent was very friendly. We got there before noon, and she let us check-in early. Our room.was upgraded and we absolutely loved it!

I booked at Best Western and got a free upgrade to Sheraton. I was placed in absolutely stunning room. Beautiful facility and very well maintained. I absolutely would book another stay at this property.

Staff great service

Only complaint is the connecting room doors are very poorly insulated for sound.
Even regular conversations can be heard through the door.
Everything else was good.

Connected to the Sheraton Hotel as well, very nice buildings. Starbucks in the lobby of the Sheraton

Good overall

I always have a great experience at this particular hotel. The staff had always been very pleasant and helpful. In the event that I have ever needed anything, they have always been very attentive and met my expectations. I normally have events that are in the downtown core and take the bus and subway downtown in order to save money.

the staffs were very nice. upon arrival the tank of the toilet was leaking water. i went to the front desk and ask for help. the maintenant staff arrived within 5-10 mins and fixed the toilet. then the house keeper came to clean up within 5-10mins. overall it was a great experience. parking was not hard to find this time compare to my last experience. however according to the staff, there is a also indoor parking on the other side of Sheraton.

Hotel is good and comfortable, but the parking space is very tight and difficult to find a parking space during the day.
Arianne
Honestly it was a fantastic stay! the room was very clean, staff was super nice and helpful, the hotel was kept up nicely and all the amenities were an extra bonus.
The only downside was that the elevator was out of service which made it a bit difficult to bring up and down the luggage.
other than that the parking was large enough for everyone to have a spot.
overall amazing stay, would come back here for sure!

The living environment is terrible. The old air conditioner hangs inside the room, which is very noisy. When I sacrificed the air conditioner, I could actually hear the birds singing outside the window at 3 am. The staff tried to open my room to clean at 9 am and I was not check out yet. Didn't they communicate which room was checked out and could it be cleaned first? This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in recent years.btw, all staff was good service.
Joshua
Place was decent and people were nice! Tim Hortons and Starbucks less than 2 minutes away.
Casey
Was an amazing experience.
Majid
They are very responsible as they had upgraded my room to Sheraton hotel next door because there were some renovation work! The customer service was excellent and helpful!
The Hao
Hot water missing sometimes when using the shower, no windows in the room, no natural light in the room
Dan
Bed was sinking towards the head
I know we are trying to save water but…. Shower had very little pressure and the sink faucet had more pressure than my pressure washer lol
Staff was excellent room very clean.
Parking was a challenge

We’ve stayed at the Sheraton before and loved the amenities. Although you’re quite far from it so this time we stayed at the best western on the main floor and it was super clean!
Samantha
Standard queen bed room was decent size and clean. The layout of the hotel is a bit inconvenient but the outdoor pool and patio made up for any cons. Parking was also very easy. Staff were very helpful and kind as well. Would stay again for a short trip.
Kristy
Lots of parking available. Good amenities nearby.

Everything was really good. Only issue I really had was that I required an additional blanket and it took a while to receive. Apart from that had a good stay

Even though the hotel room has been newly renovated, there is strong smell and odour of old carpet. Makes it really unwelcoming and affects quality of stay.
The heater/air conditioning is loud and affects sleep at night .
Location is good but parking can be limited, has to park far away as there might be a conference at the hotel next door.

Samantha
This was a great location for a night. Clean, friendly staff.
Barry
I chose this property for the covered parking. It was very inconvenient. You either had walk multiple stair or walk 1/4 mile outside to and from your vehicle. There are no ramps on the curbs for people with accessibility issues or rolling suitcases.
This property is dated and really should be done away with, especially at GTA prices/

Hotel was noisy-other guests. Our room was in the basement-very dark.

Sink and toilet both are broken. When I checked in at the front desk, they double charged me for $200, and they admit it was their fault, but after 7 days, I'm still waiting my refund.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a weekend event, and while the first part of the stay was fine, Saturday night completely ruined the experience. Unbeknownst to us, there was a group of 110 pre-teen and teenage students staying at the hotel. From 10:00 PM until 1:20 AM, these kids were running completely wild, screaming and sprinting up and down the hallways on both our floor and the floor above us. At 11:20 PM, knowing we had a 7-hour drive ahead of us the next day, I called the front desk to ask them to intervene. I was told security would handle it. Nothing changed. The chaos continued for another two hours, to the point where other guests across the hall were forced to come out of their rooms out of sheer frustration. Kids will be kids, but these teenagers are old enough to know right from wrong, and their chaperones/guidance staff completely failed to supervise them. More importantly, the hotel management and security completely failed to enforce quiet hours or protect the peace of paying guests. We paid a lot of money for a comfortable, restful night's sleep and got zero. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of management response and will be reaching out for compensation. I would not recommend staying here if a large youth group is booked
Sabrina
Personnel très gentils. Place propre.

On arrival we were greeted by a very nice clerk at the desk. We were told about all the amenities in the hotel as well as close by.
Our room was spotless, modern and everything we required for our night's stay.

The hotel had so many pot smokers (along with cigarette smokers) and was in a very sketchy neighborhood. Had to ask the front desk if they could refill their snack shelves since they were mostly empty.
The place is new, but AWFUL

Very clean hotel. Cleaning staff came every day and went beyond to ensure all supplies were restocked, towels etc. Pool and recreation facilities onsite are the best available in this whole area for any hotel. Good location, can walk to countless restaurants nearby, and easy to get to highways.
Leanne
The room as amazing and perfect for our needs(three beds). Parking was a nightmare because it is shared with another hotel. The pool wasn't working for our entire stay but we were allowed to use the other hotels pool but every time we went to use the pool it was booked for private swimming lesson and were told we couldn't use the pool. not ideal when you book the hotel because you have small kids that want to swim. That being said would definitely book again.

All of the staff was wonderful! Check-in was super friendly, housekeeping was very helpful, and other staff even helped us to put together a mobility scooter!
Two pools out of three were available for us to use. All were clean and well stocked with towels.
Parking was free and ample.
Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately there didn’t seem to be any hot water during our stay. That was an inconvenience for us as we weren’t able to take showers. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights.
