Although a good location and price point- I do not recommend this hotel if you'd like a goodnights sleep. The infrastructure is old and whenever someone uses water of any kind- be it sink, toilet or shower, the pipes vibrate through the walls at an alarming octave that would wake you from a deep sleep. The smell of the hotel is another story.

Ok place if you can find a good price for it. Needed somewhere affordable for a day. Comfy bed but the room is small with thin walls. The streaming with Disney plus didn’t work for me but maybe that was just my room. The fitness centre you need an attendant to show it to you. Thrift store across the street was really cheap though!!

The staff at this location was excellent. The location to our event was perfect. However, the facilities are lacking immensely. Our toilet wasn’t even bolted down so we could rock it back-and-forth. We had two little towels and the bathroom didn’t even have a towel bar. We were lucky enough to have an adjoining room so we could hang our towel on the knob for next-door. Oh, and the air-conditioning didn’t work either. The first room we had smelled like pot and the staff was able to move us to a different room so there’s a positive there but overall this is a meh hotel.

I booked 4 nights at this hotel and my stay was wonderful. I appreciated the location being near transportation ( GO buses and trains), many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, on Main Street. The hotel staff is amazing, always smiling, ready to help and very professional. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, the beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet although there was a big group attending the hotel on the Weekend.

Very satisfied with my stay! A very important point for me: it was clean. The bed was comfortable, and there was no carpet on the floor, which is perfect. A few minor downsides: we were missing a few towels, and the conditioner was empty, though the Dove brand is a nice touch. As for breakfast, the toaster wasn't working very well. It’s a very basic breakfast, but it does the job (hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, etc.). We especially enjoyed the waffles! Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Noise levels are awful. There is no isolation between rooms. It sounds like there are people in the same room with you. You can hear full phone calls, conversations, burps...it's awful. The hallways smell awful. Sink was backed up and would not drain. Toilet was totally loose not attached to the floor. The staff does there best with a very poor property.

The room was really humid and stuffy and had a musty smell upon first entry of the room. After turning on the AC/fan it was fine. Looked clean at the start but after being in the room for a few hours we noticed a couple things. The bed sheets and blanket had a few stains, and there were several ants crawling on the dresser beside the TV. Other than that it was a fine stay for one night.

There are a lot of dining options close to the hotel, which we used the two nights we stayed. The town itself is nice and mix of private retail downtown and the big brands in 2/3 different locations, which are close to the hotel. Stouffville is also, as it happens, very close to Shitt’s Creek..

Location was good for us because it was just a few minutes drive from my mother's nursing home. The hotel and room were fine. The only thing unusual with the room was vinyl flooring rather than carpet, which make it uncomfortable for me to walk around in bare feet, especially because it was winter and we tracked dirty snow into the room which melted and left salt stains. We decided to leave our wet shoes by the room door to keep the rest of the floor dry.

I got an email for pre-checkin which is useless because you still need to wait to get a room key. There was nobody at the desk on arrival and had to wait 10 minutes to get the room key. There is no restaurant as advertised, there is a small room for the included breakfast, but we went to Tim Horton's because the breakfast was the worst I've experienced. The room itself was clean, the beds decent but the towels were stained. We listened to someone walking around above us quite late, since there are no carpets. We were attending the Equine Expo for the weekend and didn't spend much time in the room, so for what we needed it was ok.

The television worked on two remotes, a ROKU-not a service, but just turn on the set, and for volume-and set it, so that other remote can take over. There is no elevator. The bath tub/shower-had very strong water flow. The manager was quick to come to my assistance on the tv.

The bed didn't present and feel like a queen size bed. However, we were upgraded to a king, which was very nice at no extra charge. The Fire T.V wouldn't connect to the internet, However they had an hdmi cable and i was able to connect my computer to watch Netflix. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows were low quality, However the staff were amazing and always helpful. So i landed at okay. A few not so good things a few great things.

Everytime I stay at a hotel, there's always an issue with something. Hotel rooms are used by hundreds of people every year. I expect wear and tear. I judge the hotel based on overall appearance and the staff/assistance. One of the pictures in the room was too heavy for the frame and the top of the frame had bent. Some of the wallpapers was peeling and bubbled up, and the microwave was damage and curcuiting. However, the staff at the front desk came up and inspected it and brought us a new one. I checked for bed bugs, as I usually do upon entering thr room.and there' were no signs of them. The TV was an updated updated one with access to streaming apps, making it more enjoyable for my kids and I. They came to clean the room the following day. I declined the service but it was nice to see that they were on top of things. Overall it was a good stay. Worthy of 4 stars. I don't think I'd give any place 5 stars unless everything was almost perfect. It was a good hotel for thr price. I would stay again and may v3ry well stay there again in the future.

Not sure where to begin. I was hopeful from the reviews. We are from outside of town attending a birthday party that ran late into the evening. For some reason the hotel staff decided it was necessary to call me multiple times throughout the evening to see if we were coming. Yes, I said we are coming we are at a party. Then to call me twice more. Why do you keep calling? Finally by the third phone call we decided to leave the party so we could get to our hotel and check in!!!. How annoying!!!! Why does it matter? You have my credit card on file. My other family members checked in earlier. I’ve never had a hotel call to see if you’re going to check in.

No staff at the desk when we arrived (other guests also already waiting and calling the number). Room was not fully clean and many things run-down and broken; couldn't even get the TV channels to work or Netflix sign in to stay longer than 30 minutes. Didn't feel particularly safe being on the ground floor with a clear view into our room unless the black out curtains were closed (why not get 1-way window film?). Overall, it was simply a place to sleep and yet even uncomfortable at that.
