Tres propre. Café et thé disponible en tout temps. Beau salon confortable. Petit déjeuner très bon mais il ny en a pas assez pour tout le monde certain matin.

Terrible smell in the room of unclean beddings, unclean air, and dirty carpets. I couldn’t stay in a putrid, stale smelling room.
One of the staff came up to help by offering a room freshener scent. This again would have been difficult for me because of my allergies.
The staff were kind and supportive. Property cleanliness management seems substandard.

Every thing was superb except for guest services to make room . I was surprised to hear that at 11:00 am, it’s late for them to make room. I stayed for 3 nights but we did not get room service, however front desk provided additional towels upon request.
Also be advised to go for breakfast 30 minutes before end time, because their policy is to stop refill items half an hour before end time.

Excellent location ! Great connection to QEW / 403.
While we checked in for two nights, elevator was out of order. Quite a workout to drag luggage to our top floor room !

The breakfast menu was great and fresh. The parking was included which is a bonus, there were plenty of spaces and it was well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Everything was good. Surprised that the pullout couch was a single bed rather than a double.

We had a king room with a pull out couch. The sofa bed might as well have been a piece of cardboard. It was so thin it sunk through the springs. Impossible to sleep on. We wound up putting it on the floor to try and get even a bit of sleep. The mattress was also torn across the entire bottom. The pipes were making a loud banging noise all night. Terrible stay. Sleeping in the car would have been more comfortable
Sheila

Good news. House keeping cleans rooms everyday. Unlike hotels in America that does it every two to five days interval
Toilet is too low for anyone five foot eleven or taller..... especially in regards to men.
They have an indoor pool that actually is open for use.
There is a Tim Hortons/Wendy's, right next door.
And the hotel is very close to the QEW highway

Room was spotless and they supplied all the basic shower and bath needs as well as complimentary bottles of water. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were of the highest quality I've seen recently. The free continental breakfast was absolutely the best continental breakfast I have ever eaten anywhere. This is an excellent Hotel and I would recommend it to everyone.

Had the best experience ever at the hotel. I informed them that its my honeymoon first ever trip with my wife and they left and heart shaped towels with a beautiful cute note inside it. Its acutelly warmed my heart and i really appreciated it.

The comfiest beds ever.
This was our second stay and coincidentally got the same room. The AC was fixed but the phone was still not working. Unsure if it's the actual phone or user error haha. We had it unplugged the entire stay as my infant loved to play with it as well. I still have to say the beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept in for hotel standards.
James
room stunk so badly of smoke it was hard to breath and our clothes smelled the next day for our meeting. Really weird. Had the option for a chemical spray right as we entered the room. opted out for that as id rather smell smoke than chemicals. They offered to put a machine in there that would take the air out but not sure if that happened or not.
Paul
It was a good price and the location was ideal for what i needed.

Kind staff, cleaner room I've seen in a long time. The tapisserie in the bathroom was not in good condition because you can see that the humidity affected it and they tried to patch things up. But they did the best they could without changing everything. Very clean nonetheless. Decent breakfast options. The pool is fun. Not too much people so quiet even though you don't have any control on the 2 people who came back drunk and were trying every door on the level until they found the good one...

Elizabeth
The hotel staff is great!! Super helpful and kind. Breakfast was also good too.
Alison
Booked the hot tub room, the tub plug was broken so it would not fill with water. The faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the counter top, the shower temperature gauge would spin endlessly so you have no idea what temperature you are getting. Dirty room, 3 pet spiders and the whole building smells like the swimming pool chlorine. Phone and outlet near the bed did not work. Check out is at noon but they knocked on the door at 9am, 9:30 and 11am. Avoid this hotel.
Samantha
Loved our stay here. Room was spacious. The bed was really comfy with lots of Channels to watch. Bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was included and was pretty decent. Bagels, bread, cereal, oatmeal, yogurts. Then they had a small waffle maker and eggs and usually bacon or sausage. Overall it was a great stay. Pool was a little smaller than I thought and kind of cold but was still clean and refreshing none the less.

Excellent thank you

Good value for the money; breakfast was hearty
The executive room was roomy but they had not vacuumed under the sleeper couch (food crumbs like apple bits and a plastic toy tiger)! Courteous and helpful staff too! Easy access to local restaurants or fast food. Good location for my needs.

Property shows it's age and is quite dated. It does not have a welcoming entrance. I thought I went in a side door. Limited breakfast seating. Hot food was not appealing. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. On a side note the staff was all very nice and I slept fine.

Not the greatest, but not bad either.
I was there for 2 weeks. The staff came into the room almost every day. They emptied the garbages every time. They replaced some of the towels some of the time, am not sure if they replaced the bedding at all, but they did straighten the bedding every time. Not sure if they vacuumed beyond the entry way. The room seemed clean. The common areas were well-maintained, even the stairs.
I don't like rooms that have the TV right over the desk. For business stays, trying to work on my computer with news or whatever on the large screen right above the computer is too much 'in my face', but it seems more and more common. Overall, it wasn't bad, and I'd stay there again.
