The Comfort Inn is great for those on a budget. The hotel was very clean, check in was easy. A $100 deposit was required but we got this back. We stayed on the upper floor as it was pet free. There is no elevator so you do have to use stairs to get to the second floor. The place is no smoking which we appreciated though some guests did not obey the distance rule and smoked next to their ground floor rooms. The breakfast was good and had the usual options of scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles with an assortment of cereals, etc. The location is convenient though in a corridor of businesses, The room was quiet and air conditioned which was good as the July weather was unusually warm.

The parking was easy. Check-in was quick and simple. The building felt safe since the front door is locked after hours and you have to be buzzed in to enter if you don’t have your key yet.

One of the staff, she was extremely rude and unprofessional, and she got involved in my personal life. She had no right to, and I would not recommend this stuff or this place at all through your Web or any other Web that they’re on this place does not deserve five star for everything they just don’t none of them do the clean rooms the stuff the rooms are not clean the stuff they don’t even change the sheets so just come and just make it and sometimes they fall just the towels that are there and some of them are new. There’s a lot more to say I’m just not gonna waste my time, but I love for Expedia or the owner of comfort to contact me.

The staff were awesome. Check in and out were easy and efficient. The problems were with the upkeep of the motel. Everything was old, outdated and really used. The bed was uncomfortable and squeeked so loudly. The decor and ac/heating units were ancient. Very little noise buffers, we could hear every sneeze, cough etc...from the neighbours. Honestly the staff were the highlight. Friendly and so helpful.

One of the worst hotel I've stayed in all of my travels. The staff were rude, hotel was dirty, and breakfast was minimal. On the day of of my checkout, I was supposed to checkout at 11 am, one of the staffs knock on my door at 11:05 asking me to vacate the room. I asked if I can stay until 11:30 am and was refused. I was waiting for my friend to come pick me up.

Guest bathroom not accessible when checking in? Told they’d be “fast” when I needed to pee first… I thought bathrooms need to be accessible to guests… Housekeeping need to clean baseboards in the bathroom. Showers need cleaned better making sure they get around the shampoo and conditioner bottles that hang on the wall and the pillows are destroyed from being washed too much and parking not suitable for the amount of rooms. Someone with a trailer was taking up 8 spaces. Location is close to a lot of stores. It was quiet considering we were so close to the highway. Didn’t even hear our neighbors. There’s a mini fridge and microwave. We didn’t bother with getting breakfast as we don’t eat first thing but coffee was always available. I wasn’t really expecting the place to be that nice. It was better than I expected but there’s still room for improvement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall condition and experience. Upon arrival, the room had a noticeable musty odor, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and proper maintenance. Unfortunately, those concerns were confirmed as I began to settle in.

The towels provided were in unacceptable condition, with visible stains and even strands of hair present, which is far below basic hygiene standards. This made me feel very uncomfortable using any of the linens or amenities provided. Additionally, the overall state of the room did not reflect the level of cleanliness and care that one would reasonably expect when booking a stay.
Beyond cleanliness, the environment of the hotel itself contributed to a sense of unease. It appeared that the property may have been housing local residents on a more permanent basis, which created an atmosphere that felt less like a temporary accommodation for guests and more like extended housing. As a result, I did not feel entirely safe or comfortable during my stay.

Overall, the combination of poor sanitation, unpleasant room conditions, and an environment that did not feel secure made for a very negative experience. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests are provided with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Comfortable, quiet, friendly check-in. This would be my first choice next time I'm in the area. breakfast was better than average, though a bit heavy on carbs, and the fruit was nearing the end of its best-before life. Staff worked hard to keep the breakfast room clean and well stocked.

Room and front desk/housekeeping staff were fine. Disappointed in the lack of security, very noisy hallway on second floor. Other guests were being very loud and disruptive. Yelling, slamming doors and running up and down the hallway. This was happening well after 9/10pm and no hotel staff intervened. With an early wake up required the next day, it was a disappointing end to our stay.

Breakfast was what I expected when staying at Comfort. A good variety, hot and fresh. Easy, onsite parking and no concerns about the area for safety.

My stay had some areas for improvement.
The breakfast was the same for all four days — scrambled eggs with sausage — so a little more variety would have been appreciated. Also, one of the bed sheets had some stains that were concerning, which made the experience less comfortable. I think the hotel could benefit from paying closer attention to cleanliness and small details.

All plastic knifes and forks was disappointing. Real dishes would be so much better for the clients as well as for the environnment.

As for the breakfast, prewrapped muffins were not the best either.
