Was surprised at check in that there was no staff. You enter the hotel elevator bay via passcode and then must type it again in the elevator to get up to your room. I find this inconvenient compared to a regular keycard.

I booked a suite which was spacious, bright and clean. TV with included entertainment options lol Netflix was great. I don’t use the kitchen but it seemed well equipped (glassware, mugs, utensils, pans, dish soap, etc.)

The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the toilet seemed to have issues - water tank didn’t fill with water properly.

I booked very last minute so the price was high. The poor functionality of the bathroom took away from the entire experience. Suggest only booking at regular rates!

Even though I filled in all the paperwork in advance I wasn’t sent the codes to enter. They do not have staff on site and I had to call a couple of times to get it resolved. After we finally got in the place was nice. It looked like the photos. The art was cool. The kids liked the “balconies” mainly because they couldn’t figure out the purpose. It would be nice to have a table since there is a kitchen area. The beds are ok, not the most comfortable. The place worked for what we needed it for. The shower works well and is hot. Over all it was a good stay.

The unit was large and accurately depicted in the photos.

Check-in is a bit of online work, but still I’d say pretty easy.

Communication was great. Clear and quick to respond.

The only negative was The bathroom was missing a towel hook (could see where it HAD been on the door) and there was unfinished drywall spackle where a toilet paper holder used to be attached to the wall.

Would still say it’s a good value, great location, and would recommend.

Easy & safe 8 min walk to St Joseph’s Hospital (Charleton Ave) Lots of restaurants and food market nearby. Spacious accommodation with sitting area, very functional galley kitchen and comfortable bed.
No hair dryer & only 4 Nespresso pods for 2 adults ( 2 night stay).
Helpful communication via texts & kindly gave a later discharge time on short notice.
Would definitely choose to stay again.

Couple of small details could be fixed - for instance, there is an in-room Nespresso machine but the coffee mugs provided are too tall for the machine. The room could also use some tissue/kleenex - thought there were paper towels. All in all, a very nice place and we would stay at the Laundry Rooms again.

There was no parking available in Laundry Room's lot and the nearby lots were all full. Closest parking was ~400 m away - not a big deal but would have liked to have a spot on site.

Wouldn’t go back. Not worth the price point. Bathtub was unusable. The pressure they gave of cleaning everything yourself or you will get charged was uncomfortable. The bedroom doesn’t even have a real window!! I want to see sunlight in the morning!!! Not feel like I’m in a mental ward room. Thought this would be a nicer different hotel experience because it’s not a conventional hotel but I will stick with conventional hotels going forward.

You need to put in a six digit pass code basically every time you enter a door. From the parking garage to the room you punch a passcode in about 4-5 times.

Our room also had a giant footprint with a squashed bug on the wall.

Finally, you get bombarded with about 5 different forms and tons of long text messages with check in details the day of

Well, in all the property was acceptable. My problem fly with the couch, having multiple large stains on it, and thus forcing me to sit elsewhere. Other than that, the rest of the apartment was tidy and neat.

Beautiful condo/loft with all the comforts you could need. Located on a lovely street with an amazing restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar, this place was one of the highlights of our trip.

I enjoyed everything about The Laundry Rooms. If I had one complaint it would have to be that the washer and dryer unit is somewhat complicated to achieve clean and dry clothing. Otherwise 5 put of 5. Amir and Amaul are absolutely amazing. They always seem to go above and beyond to ensure my experience while I'm here is a great one.

The Laundry Room checks all the boxes, modern loft style suites with great design, amenities, super spacious and very comfortable.

Nestled within an area with lots of great dining options and nice spots to grab a drink. Would definitely make this my go to for my next Hamilton stay. Highly recommend this location for all of its comforts and convenience.

modern and sleek! basically had everything you could possibly need. It’s also contactless so you don’t have to run into anyone or have any uncomfortable small talk if you’re an introvert or into that stuff! incredibly easy instructions on how to maneuver in and out the building during your stay aswell! definitely coming back here again :)
