Our stay at the Visitors Inn was very pleasant. We arrived before the allowed check-in time and were told our room was ready. The staff are very friendly and courteous. They were able to arrange a cab for us to go to our event. The room was spacious and clean. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to stay in Hamilton.

Quick uber ride TD coliseum, walkable (25 min) in good weather. This is my second stay here and I would stay again

The room was very clean and had everything it should. l found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. I arrived in a snow storm and found that the entrance way inside the front doors was slippery and this remained an issue throughout my stay. The hotel is situated between a highway and a busy road so traffic was audible at all times but I was able to sleep. The bed was very comfortable.

I arrived late because I was staying close by to where I had an early start for a meeting. Check in was fine. The issue I had was that the second I walked into the room, I was overwhelmed by the stench of years’ old cigarette smoke - I’ve never experienced a stronger repugnant smell. It was too late to change rooms and couldn’t be bothered to go complain, I just had to get to bed. Amazing stay! Far exceeded expectations for our family of 5 (with 3 kids 4 and under). Family suite was the perfect layout with separate sleeping area for the kiddos (and bathroom access on our side). Super clean, comfortable beds and just a simply superior room to its chain competitors (Hampton, Best Western, etc). 110% would recommend and stay again! Only bummer for us is that the pool was closed for routine maintenance and that could have definitely been made more clear in the listing.

The age of the amenities are showing. The bed was comfortable. It was a bit difficult to regulate the room temperature. It was decent for the price and close to McMaster Children’s Hospital, but I would opt to stay elsewhere next time.

Pool and Hot tub was very nice. An actual in house restaurant and Bar was a bonus. Food was decent, Mom and Daughter team in Restaurant, they were both exceptional with their customer service and very personable. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel. Better than any chain hotel I have stayed at.
