Overall, my colleague gave this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. I transferred my booking to him because I had to cancel my business trip. Based on his feedback the cleanliness was below expectations. The towels had an unpleasant smell, which was disppointing and affected the overall experience.

That said, the staff were friendly and courteous which was definitely positive. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards, as better cleanliness would make for a much better guest experience.

Bath room drainage and water spilling need to be taken care of as it had led to ugly and unhygienic mold build-up on bath room walls (Room#131, where I stayed).

Calm relaxing place w small garden & great food

Calm and peaceful place, walking distance form the Coimbatore airport is absolutely fabulous. Clean, perfect linen, lovely design - made my trip relaxing. Also the chef and the team of the restaurant (and hotel in general) are so professional and kind, no words. Highly recommended if you do no need to spend all your time in the city center.

good stay.

I had a pleasant stay with Fairfield.

Chef Shakti in the kitchen made us feel more welcome and the food was delicious. He was friendly and made us feel at home.

I had left my phone charger in the lobby and the team were happy to ship it to me as well.

Unfortunately one of our colleagues booking was lost in the system and the front desk staff seemed unapologetic, but the rest of us had very nice stay. The front desk staff can be trained better to show empathy.

We came in late at night so we really just want to take a bath and rest but even if we booked ahead of time that it’s for 2 people, the toiletries are only for one, including the slippers. The lights were flickering, seem grounded. Tissue paper was almost out.

The advantage of the vicinity to the a/port is the disadvantage of the distancde to the city, especially during rush hours. The traffic is enormous. However, there is hope as a flyover is being under construction.

Great Stay

Everything was amazing.

Few thoughts / suggestions.

1. The entrance walkway could be redone to look attractive. It's bumpy and rain water stagnates.

2. Since Coimbatore is prone to House Flies and Mosquitoes, it may be a good option to install an Air Curtain at the entrance.

3. The single sofa in front of the Lift could be replaced.

General Manager Mr Menon personally enquired about our stay and ensured everything was comfortable. The outstanding service starts with him and goes diwn the chain of command.

There was a minor issue with the bathroom bidet that was resolved in under an hour.

Food was great and staff were smiling and courteous.
