Our initial room was dirty and had a condom on the windowsill. They gave us a better room but still the condition of the hotel does not look anything like the photos.

In general, the property appears to be in better shape than the rooms. The room in which I stayed had some a nice television, toilet, sink area and show. The over-sized tube was difficult to access. The lighting was not laid out well in the room. The linens for the bed looked overly used and gray (originally white). There was one window in the room. It was positioned in the corner of the bathroom with no view; as was advertised on Expedia. That was a very big disappointment to me. The cushion of the sitting area covered with a fabric which felt cheap.

A nice posh interior different from your standard hotel decor. Room is a bit dark even with the lights on but I guess that is on purpose to create a certain mood. Wish there was a proper window with natural light coming in so if you're claustrophobic then it might be a good idea to look elsewhere.

We LOVE this hotel!
We were very pleased with everything this hotel offered. It was clean, modern and more importantly near our family. It was located near the city but at the same time far enough away from the city to enjoy the non-touristy areas of Seoul. Transportation was near along with plenty of places to eat around the clock. A grocery store that is open 24/7 is conveniently located nextdoor. We were impressed with how energy efficient the rooms were. With that being said, we would suggest adding a card to place on the bed letting the housekeepers know not to replace the sheets; this would help in saving water use. This card method can also be applied with the towels. If they are hanging, don’t replace, if on the floor, replace.

bed was bit hard but everything was clean and neat. happy with the stay. I don't think staffs are good at speaking english much enough to communicate. we had a broken light bulb and they fixed it straight away. it's not in the city centre but 10-15mins from the gangnam area and 5 mins to kondae area. if you want to go to hongdae&sinchon it'll be bit too far. there is a 24hrs supermarket right next door and heaps of convenience stores around.

Overall GREAT hotel if you go with one of the suits. Bed was king size, deep/big tub in bathroom (im 6'2 or 74in). The area didnt seem to be good for visitors due to everything looking like residential homes. This is not the place to stay if you want to party/club/drink all night. However, romantic get away.... YES!

Incheckningen var mycket smidig. Rummet var väldigt fint och modernt vid första anblick och på ytan, men kollar man närmare på de flesta ställen, såsom kuddar, täcken, spegeln och golvet så finns det mycket smuts och annat. Men det var ingenting som störde mig tillräckligt mycket för att inte trivas. Även om det är rökförbud på hotellet så luktade ibland hissen och korridoren av cigarettrök.
Hotellets läge är ca 2-3 min gång till Gunja tunnelbanestation och ca 1 min till busshållplats vilket gör kommunikationen från hotellet mycket bra.

아들 대학면접때문에 트윈룸으로 예약했습니다. 싱글침대쪽 창문에서 찬바람이 들어와 누워잘 수 없어 거꾸로 자봤지만 발이 시려 잠을 잘수 없었어요. 프런트에 얘길해도 바꿔줄 방이 없어 본인들은 해줄수있는게 없다는 식의 대답뿐이었습니다. 할수없이 베개 더 달라해서 베개로 창문을 막아봤지만 찬바람은 여전히 들어오더라구요. 아들 면접때문에 업그레이드해서 들어온 방이 찬바람이 들어오고 바람소리가 너무 시끄럽고 전체적으로 깔끔하지 않았어요 가장 추운날 가서 최악의 밤을 보냈네요

3泊しました！駅から近く、周りにご飯屋さんやスーパー、コンビニもありとても立地がよかったです。AM0時を回ったチェックインでも快く出迎えてくださいました。お部屋も綺麗で広かったです。充電器（Lightning、Type-B、Type-C）も備え付けでありました。ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、アメニティグッズありました。とても楽しめました！

처음 예약한 숙소에 에어컨 청소가 안되어 있어서 다른 방으로 옮겼는데, 역시 똑같았습니다. 그리고, 기본적으로 방의 청결상태가 안좋습니다. 테이블에 묻어있는 음료수 자국, 침대와 수건에 묻어있는 알 수 없는 얼룩들등 많았습니다.

룸클린을 부탁했는데 먹지도 않은 커피 종이컵이 테이블위에올려져있고 수건만 더 달라했더니 룸클린을 해야한다고 해서 같이 했는데.. 먹던 커피의 종이컵이 있어서 청결도는 최악이였습니다 방음은 되지 않아서 복도에서 들리는 소리가 다 들렸고 기본 스텐다드 룸이였는데 엄청 작아요 밑에 레스토랑은 빨리 영업을 종료해서 밥을 먹은적 없고요 바퀴벌레 기어다니는것 보고 룸서비스는 시켜먹을수가 없었어요 주방의 청결도도 최악일꺼라 생각했습니다
지하철이 가까워서 다니기는 편했고 직원에게 따로 요청사항은 없었으므로 직원의 친절도는 나쁘지 않았어요.

원래 묵기로 했던 숙소에 문제가 생겨 밤 10시 넘어서 건대앞 길바닥에서 급하게 예약하고 간다고 후기 같은거 볼 겨를도 없었는데 괜찮았습니다. 연식이 좀 되어 그런지 살짝 낡은부분이 보였으나 그렇다고 지저분하거나 더러운게 아니라서 큰 불편함 없었습니다. 싱글침대 시트에 얼룩 살짝 있었는데 더블침대는 깨끗했습니다. 더블에서 같이 자서 상관은 없었습니다. 에어컨도 옛날모델 같이 보였는데 기능에는 문제가 없어 아주 시원했습니다.

그냥 솔직한 후기입니다.
3주전에 미리 예약을 하고 방문했습니다. 요구사항에 높은 곳으로 조용한곳으로 달라고 했었습니다.
접수를 하니
업그레이드를 해줬다면서 방키를 주는데 3층인거예요
기분이 좋지 않았지만 주말이라 방이 없나 그러면서 올라갔는데 엘리베이터 바로 옆 통로 입구에 있는 방이더라구요 예감이 별로 좋지 않았습니다. (시끄러우면 잠을 못자는 스타일이라..)
그리고 문을 열고 방을 들어갔는데 '아. 좁다' 이느낌을 받았는데 창문이 안보이는 거예요
이상하다 그러면서 측면에 있는 창문을 겨우 찾아서 열어봤는데 10cm정도만 열리는 방음창문이고
밖은 아예 보이지도 않았구요
열자마자 무슨 환풍기가 있는건지 소음이 어찌나 심한지
걱정이 되었습니다.
참, 업그레이드를 해줘서 싱글침대가 하나 더 있었어요~
그런데 너무 피곤해서 방을 바꿔달라 하기가 귀찮았습니다. 짐을 풀고 씻고 잘 준비를 하는데 하필 시끄러운 창문이 있는쪽에 침대가 있는겁니다. (방음창문이라고 해놨는데도 닫아도 너무 시끄러웠습니다.)
눈을 감고 자보려고 해도 시끄러워서 잠이 안와서 베개를 발쪽으로 옮기고 잠을 자보려고 해봤습니다.
그런데 문제는 침대가 너무 삐그덕거리는 겁니다.
너무 소리가 시끄럽게 나서 일부러 옆으로 돌아누을때도 살짝살짝하는데도 소리가 너무 시끄럽게 났습니다.
이불도 촉감이 안좋은데 두껍기만 해서 덮으면 땀차고 안덮으면 춥고 .. 그래서 밤에 몇번을 깼습니다.
다음날 일정이 있어서 잠을 설치면 안되는 거였는데 진짜 실망했습니다. 얼마전 머무른 곳은 2.5성급이고 여기는 3성급이라고 해서 믿고 예약했는데 진짜 짜증이 났습니다.
일행도 너무 불편해 보여서 예약한 제가 너무 미안했습니다. 일행은 싱글침대에서 잤는데 현관문쪽이었는데 밤새 너무 시끄러웠답니다. 쿵쿵 소리도 크게 나고 뛰어 다니는 소리가 새벽에 너무 많이 나서 잠을 못잤다고 했습니다.

일단 방은 부티크 호텔답게 예뻤어요. 침대나 쇼파도 엄청 안락했고. 디자인도 독특했던 점은 좋았어요. 특히 샤워실이 좀 독특했는데 문이 따로 없이 반원통같은 공간에서 씻을 수 있었어요. 이게 보기에는 좋았는데 막상 써보니 방 전체로 습기가 퍼져서 에어컨을 안 틀 수가 없더라구요. 그리고 샤워 제품이 일회용으로 하나씩 지급되어 있더라구요? 샴푸며 린스며..바디워시는 두개였긴 한데..둘이서 쓰기 사실 많이 부족했어요..예약 잡을 때 꼼꼼히 봤어야하나 싶으면서도 이 정도 시설에 어메니티가 없다는게 아쉬웠어요.

호텔 청소를 하긴 하는지 침대머리맡에 먼지가 수북합니다...전화기에도 먼지가 수북하구요...청결상태가 불량하여 방을 바꿨는데 똑같습니다...다른방으로 바꿔줄것으로 요청하여 3번째 방에 들어갔는데(이 방은 청소 후 들어간 방입니다.) 화장실에 비데가 없네요...일반모텔보다 못한 시설에 가격만 비싸고,,,이런 호텔은 이용하지 말아야 합니다...
