I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly.

Surrounding area was lovely but walking it was for the able bodied only! Great food and service and what you might expect from a luxury hotel. Wine extremely well curated at the shop. Bath in room clean, but really small with ambulance impeded by how bath was situated. Overall, I would give this a slid 4/5 rating and would go again.

Our family always stayed at Vista every time we visit Korea for the past few years and enjoyed it very much. However, this time was slightly disappointing as they changed some things. They removed the check-in desk and turned the whole lobby area into a buffet restaurant. This was unpleasant as the check-in is now at Walkherhill, through some banquet rooms and small hallway. The buffet always had a lot of people lined up and congregating, and the people from banquet using were also very loud. Maybe it's because our visit this time was during December, close to Christmas-time, but still it was rather chaotic and not as quiet and orderly as before. The facilities also showed a lot more aging.
Their room service menu also changed, and it seems (even for a 4-5 star hotel) almost laughable to pay 65000 won for a soy bean paste soup. We did order kimchi soup for 55000 won before, but small pizza and bowl of doenjang soup for over 60000 won seems odd.
Still, it's a nice hotel with a reasonable price ($190-200 if you choose a room without view, with 2 double beds) with very friendly and professional staff. Oh, and the fitness center is great!

Amount charge to credit card in KRW and what is shown on the receipt on hotels.com differ and I have sent a message on hotels.com but no response was provided.
Hotel temperature is not allowed to be changed and as a result I am sweating in the room, was given a reason of centralised air-conditioning. I was provided with a fan at the end of the day.
Hotel temperature is not allowed to be changed and as a result I am sweating in the room, was given a reason of centralised air-conditioning. I was provided with a fan at the end of the day.

This hotel has seen better days. Rooms have not been updated. Also, we bought a package with casino credits. However it turns out we still needed to pay the same amount that we got in casino credits, so this was completely useless. The location is also very far away from everything. We did enjoy the view and the beds were very comfortable.

Awesome hotel, clean and very modern and the mountain view was spectacular to wake up to. Touch screen remote control and the works. Clean bathroom and room. Convenient due to the fact that there's so much to do inside the hotel you don't have to leave the place. Unfortunately it is a bit far from the main sights and city. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is up on a hill so local area inconvenient to reach, and kinda sparse. Nonetheless, pleasant stay, as long as you look elsewhere for food/drinks.

For us the main attraction was the pool and the room.
Adult Pool was great, 3 lanes seperated. Middle lane was managed for swimmers only.
The other 2 side lanes were wider and enough room to roam around with children.
We brought out own life vests for the kids, I recommend you do the same.
Room had 2 queen sized beds.
Large windows let a lot of light in to the room even though it was cloudy outside.
Day and Night curtain is controlled from bedside controller.

Generally not too bad but the interior was a bit old fashioned. There was no proper shower booth around the swimming pool which was pretty uncomfy. But the crews were absolutely kond and professional.

Hotel staffs are not kind at all. Hotel guest parking is sucks, i stayed there for a week, on weekdays they have an event everytime and weekend there are so many casino people. There are no benefit for hotel guest at all. If you really really want to play casino just visit there, don't waist you money to stay there.

玄関スタッフは基本話しかけて来ません。荷物をちょろっと手伝ってくれる程度。
他のスタッフも遺失物の捜索をお願いしてもセンターに電話をかけてそこに無かったらそれでお終い。(3人に言って3人とも同じ対応)遺失物依頼は出来ずに終わりました。
そして1番驚いたのは駅から距離もある僻地、中にレストランなども多くない中で食べ物の持ち込みや配達が禁止されてます。コンビニも商品数が少ないですしカフェも１箇所しかありません。これがパラダイスやインスパイアレベルでレストランがあるなら分かりますが、、、
