The staff was amazing , we had 2 minor issues with our room which were corrected instantly. Close to transit. Pool was nice after a busy day and the food was very good. 4 outta 5 because there ins no .5 option. Loved this place.

I paid for a nice suite with a view from the bath tub but the room was so small the tub and the bed touched, when i had to open my suitcase i literally had to put it on the bed, there weren't even chargers by the bed or anywhere to put my hygiene items, the room smelled strange, and when i turned the shower on, the smell was horrendus. The view that I paid extra for was of a rundown building, this hotel is kind of in the middle of no where. When I asked the staff if there was a bigger room they told me i should have paid more attention to how the room was described on the website and that they could downgrade me to a family room for 800 usd. I booked a week and i checked out the next day and they could not have cared less, it was almost like they were used to it.

Great hotel .. except breakfast could be little bit better for 250 baht. Only thing is they have to move your table because of limited space , this could be organized better . I saw couple table asking to moved while they sitting down. Water heater sure have issues . And the drain not working properly . I love the waiting areas with juice and small cookies . We will be back again .. I love the tub just too bad I didn’t used it because of water not hot enough .. great staff .. thank you

My stay went really well. My room was very tidy. Clean. Plenty of plug sockets for charging devices like my iPhone. Staff were friendly and thanks to Google translate were really good. As a guest you also got free bottles of water. Amazing. Free juice drink and nice treats all included in your stay. You are few minutes away from a 7 11 store if you need anything. The air conditioning was wonderful. I did have pay a 1,000 baht fee that will be refunded after 30 days. I guess this is if you lose your room card by accident. Overall it was a very good stay. Met my true love my queen my heart my baby my everything my number 1 Meeyaradee. Very lucky to have found each other in this world. Having the STAY hotel as a backup in case my Meeyaradee had any problems getting to Suvarnabhumi airport was really useful. We both loved the room after i checked in so the hotel knew I was safe and had arrived.

The staff are very friend and professional. However the gym is way too small with limited equipment. The beds are so firm. The rooms are so noisy, with no soundproofing. The room layout is odd with sink not near loo, but separate in the bedroom area. But area is quieter, 7 minutes to MRT. Overall I won’t go back to the STAY hotel.

location is so far so good, but easy to go to night market, either “the one Ratchada” or Jodd Fairs Rama9, but when you sleep, you can hear the noise easily, maybe the wall is too thin, so when someone talk or walk, you can hear it clearly. Hotel staff are nice and helpful but English is not so well, it’s ok.

Reception was great - friendly and helpful staff. Room was simple, but clean. Mattress was firm-to-hard (not unusual in Thailand). Breakfast buffet offered variety and was good. They preferred the room deposit in cash (1, 000 baht Mar. 2023) and returned it at checkout once the staff inspected the room, which was fast. Easy & safe walk to really good local restaurants, McDonald's, 7-11, & Au Bon Pain. Close to bus & train. Covered garage. Very nice, easy, affordable start in Bangkok.

The only issue I had was having to pay for towels and pillow cases that had hair dye on then that could have been soaked to clean them or clean them and reuse until the end of my stay instead of having to pay for the items two times. I wish that offer would have been made versus taking money both times for the hair dye

Overall pretty satisfied with our stay. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was a great accommodation. Hotel room is clean. Staffs there are friendly and helpful. There is a cafe which is good to chill in. Housekeeping was great too. Location is slightly away from central, which is good for people who prefer less crowd and away from the city area. There is 7-11, family mart, Noodle Stall, McDonald's and a mini mart in walking distances.

To improve: Aircon temperature wasn't consistent, same for their heater.

The staff were fantastic. Check in was easy and fast. The room was perfect for our stay.

Only negative was the thin walls. A lot of Chinese tourist stay here. They were very loud in the hall way. Shouting to each other late at night and early in the morning. No respect for other guests.

Besides from that, the hotel itself was great. Location was 10 minute walk to nearest MRT.

The hotel was OK however would not stay again for a number of reasons.

1) Night staff English was almost non-existent
2) Curtains didn't cover the full length of the window so light was coming in, in which found hard to sleep.
3) No times stated anywhere on opening/closing time of the restaurant.

Average hotel ,location not really convenient

First of all when we checked in the staff didnt seem to be aware of this booking even after giving him my name and email. It took awhile to find my booking.
Secondly we requested for an extra pillow for 3 of us in family room but only 1 was given and we were not informed beforehand that they can't accomodate to our request.
Thirdly, bathroom floor drain got choked the drain is not working well. First night was ok but for second night it got choked.
Fourth,
Hotel floor was not cleaned properly as our white socks have the floor dirt all sticked to it, the rest was okay by sight.
Checkout time the male was polite n helpful but the lobby was so hot and even the restaurant too. Have to request for aircon to be switched on when we ordered some drinks before setting off for airport.
Lack of bedroom slippers is also one of the reason why I don't give 5 stars as our socks were all with dirt walking on the floor.
Overall its okay an average hotel. Ask me if I would book again maybe yes maybe no.
If really book again hope things could be improved. 🙂

I'm a Canadian: Much nicer than I thought it was going to be compared to the rest of Thailand. Very clean and modern and staff are great. I did the upgrade to the corner suite which was much smaller than the two double bed rooms.
Breakfast was a little pricey but it was good and nice to have decent food.

Love this simple and nice hotel. Located a little off the central area which is what i love about it too but the walk to the MRT is about 10mins. Under the hotel sun ain't that great, would be cool if there's a cater tuk tuk ride. Room facilities and cleanness is perfect but short of toothbrush and toothpaste. I think some towel art before leaving the room each day and the housekeeping will response back with towel art too. Funny but cute and nice in many ways. Would come back for another stay and recommend to friends too :)

Staff is exceptional. Always at hand to assist and provide information you ask for. You can help yourselves to bottled water in the fridge in the lobby. Liked this concept. The room was good, nothing to shout about. Location is great. Convenience stores across the hotel and a supermarket/bank round the corner on the main street. Subway station is there too. A highly recommended place for local noodles is the place opposite the hotel. The restaurant is located inside an open space (to the left), used as an unpaved car park. The place is very busy during lunch hours, in which case, you need to get a queue number hanging on the signboard at the entrance. Not opened for dinner. Small menu in Thai but the 'captain' speaks some English.

A Hidden Gem That Needs To Be Discvered.

The overall experience was Warm & Cosy, I loved the neighbourhood so vibrant and full of activties. Is like a small \"satellite town\" with the trappings of all necessary amenities and more includng leisure activities and aesthetic and professional beauty servcs such as Botox , fillers , IPL etc ll shoos and drinking bar and nightclubs are justnwalkng distance away. The area is quiet but safe and the street lights ar pretty Bright , a cosy plave where ou can relax and yet near to reality.

An Experience That Evokes Pleasant Memories

Really good experence, right from the time you step into the hotel. The bellhop wold pick up your bag to the hotel reception and a quick check in brngs you to the room. Very cosy and clean room. Proxmity of amenities such as convenience store, transport, restaurant and pub are just walking distance. Additional bonus was the massage centers around tbe property too. Welcoming check in & help with bags to a spacious, modern room. Hotel felt very secure as a key card is needed to access the lift/entrance way. Metro was around 10 minutes walk away & it took little time to reach other areas of the city. There were several convenience stores close by & a few eating options including McDonald's! The main disappointment from our perspective was the pool closure. It was not open during our 3 night stay & we'd booked the hotel because of the pool. Staff explained the closure but we would have preferred to have been notified earlier so that we could cancel our booking.
