The room is nasty, the curtain is so dirty, the beds are old and nworn out or old. The walls have cracked and the towels are so cheap. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The lap pool looked nice and clean, but the rooms were very sparse, cracked walls, ants, and the sliding patio doors were all either stuck or very difficult to open with the glass coming almost out of the frame. One of our 3 rooms had a puddle of water that covered the floor completely, and one of our group went around to our rooms with a can of WD40 from the office for getting the patio doors to slide.

When we arrive. Staff said that the room the booked was not available. Even of it was booked and paid for in advance. Then got the room, was told from the staff that we need to move room upstairs that the room was we are staying in is given to someone else. It was terrible experience. Nothing like being harassed on your vacation

The location is a bit far from city. However, they had provide shuttle free services but only from 8am to 8 pm. The facility a bit no worth it such as the Aircon will suddenly stop when we are sleeping and the toilet flushes is mulfunction. Besides, due to the room is made by wood not brick, it is very noise when car or motorcycle is pass by and feel isomia. Not only that, even when people is swimming in early morning, we can heard a lot of noise. One of the best thing is staff are quite friendly

Moldy remote hotel
The room was fool of mold and the smell was AWFUL. They've kindly changed to another room which was just the same.
There is no parking lot at all so don't bring your car and there's no transportation to MRT after 8pm so if you wish to go, you'll have to walk along the dark creepy Hua Kwang back street for 20 minutes.
The staffs were responsive and kind enough but the facility was just too bad.

Location is quite far away from the MRT Huai Kwang however they did provide free shuttle to send you there just when you come back to hotel either walk back from MRT or direct grab taxi back to hotel. Staff nice and explain nicely the question you ask.

員工轉了，新的員工服務態度非常惡劣，我入住一個月多，床褥很硬，睡到腰背痛、還有很多蚊子，外面環境很多我炒的聲音、現在疫情的關係，很多酒店也會減價的，他還不段加我租，而且我本來想住長時間，現在也會搬走，走時也收費多500B泰銖，真的很差的酒店，老闆是香港人，態度也非常差！

雰囲気、スタッフの対応、朝食の充実、とにかく素晴らしい。チェンマイへ行った際は、また必ずここへ泊まろうと思う。ベッドメイキングはバスタオルが可愛い形に。シャワーもお湯が出る。ロケーションも、周りは静かで、コンビニ、マッサージ、お店、レストランなどにもアクセスしやすい。

但房間整潔度有待改善，床單枕頭上都有小蟻，而且浴室常漏水，一洗完澡整個浴室地板都濕掉。
隔音非常差，出面就是車路，整天晚上都有車輛經過出入，嘈得像是睡在外面一樣。而且樓上住客不斷跑跳，不能入睡。

v resort, 住宿都算舒服，非常唔滿意係第一日去到之後話畀我知無房，跟住搵個人車我哋去另一間賓館，唓行咗大約25分鐘嘅路程，去到一間非常之簡陋嘅小賓館，我哋一家人兩個大人三個小孩子住一張碌架床，同埋兩張床癡埋一齊，個冷氣又唔凍，廁所又冇鞋又冇清潔用品，間房成晚都仲係30度，成家人訓唔到覺，expedia 話一早留間房畀我哋，去到冇得住宿仲要辛辛苦苦一家大細攞住啲行李周圍走，搞埋啲手續去到嗰間所謂嘅賓館都成差唔多成淩晨一點半，真係嬲到震，要第日自己搭返的士去v resort 先有番間房。

Positivo: La piscina, aseo con la ducha cerrada, limpieza, reposición del agua a diario, nevera, el personal hablaba inglés perfecto, traslado hasta el metro gratis, wifi gratis funcionando.
Negativo: No tienen ninguna consideración con el descanso de los clientes. No se preocupan de que se cumplan los horarios de piscina, ni los gritos, borracheras y clientes ruidosos. Estuvimos 8 días y no pudimos descansar a penas (dormíamos con tapones y pastillas). Niños gritando como energúmenos en la piscina, borrachos a las 3 de la mañana bañándose y gritando. El último día que teníamos que levantarnos a las 4 de la madrugada para ir al aeropuerto, hicieron el check-in unos a las 3am y entraron con el recepcionista vociferando como si fueran las 12 sin llamarles la atención en ningún momento. Tuvimos que pedirles en varias ocasiones que llamasen ellos la atención a los clientes ruidosos FATAL EL PODER DESCANSAR. Habitaciones muy pequeñas, no teníamos a penas espacio para colocar las maletas ni colgar ropa (sin armarios ni cajones). Tabiques de papel: cuando encendía el de al lado la tele parecía que la tuvieras en tu habitación. No había posibilidad de alquilar motos para trasladarse. Mal situado (hay que andar más de 20min para salir de los callejones y llegar al seven eleven) . El día de la llegada, llamé más de 15 veces sin que nadie atendiera el teléfono, no sabíamos si existía el hotel porque ni taxista ni google lo identificaba. No responden a los correos
