Celia
The location of the hotel was excellent for my needs and for anyone needs, the so close proximity with the shopping mall makes it easy to get some distractions. Breakfast had plenty of choices to choose from, I am gluten intolerant and I was able to eat a nice breakfast every day. The staff is super nice. Rooms are very clean and mine had a beautiful view of the river. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Amadeo
Warm breakfast, clean rooms, and good views (top floors).
Carlos
Excessive and unjustifiable charges
As a seasoned traveler, I was genuinely astonished to be charged over USD 82 to dry clean a single suit—something I have never encountered before at any hotel worldwide. Such an excessive fee is simply unjustifiable and reflects poorly on management’s oversight of guest charges.

Nice hotel
Gabriel
Rooftop + small pool with great views! I had a waved parking fee and late check-out because of my gold tier w/hotels.com app. Great 1-night stay.
Susana
Staff were the best part: corteous, diligent and informative.
Roderick
great hotel, service at front desk, and location
Dora Carolina
The rooms had a foul smell and the hot tub didn’t have hot or clean water! :+(
Breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly except for when I asked for the hot water for the jacuzzi, when I was told that it was only seasonal and that a jacuzzi is only used for the jets, not for the warm water LOL
Honestly, I chose that hotel over others because of the jacuzzi on the terrace…

Professional staff
Fast elevators
Modern hotel rooms
Very comfortable bed
Large, fluffy towels
Excellent breakfast
The only negative was when we checked out, we were charged $14 more than what we had booked with Hotels.com. After several calls, the over charge was not corrected.

Good hotel overall
Juan L.
The property is really nice with a rooftop bar, pool and breakfast. Close to shopping, great restaurants and remarcable city parks and historical walks.
Valeria
Everything was great! Breakfast, cleanliness, staff, jacuzzi on the roof top, garage.
The neighborhood was good but there is an emergency neighborhood 1 block away the hotel.
The river is 2 blocks far from the hotel, very beautiful!

Late switch of accommodation saw us book into this upmarket budget hotel

MARIA
New and modern hotel, comfortable rooms and parking facility, close to Alto Rosario mall, but the surroundings are not that safe to walk. The fridge in the room had no sodas or beverages. Very good breakfast.
Silvia
Everything was very clean. Loved the pool area.
Ines
Did not provide complementary water. No tissue in the room.
The shower bodywash was empty. Did not have an extra roll of toilet paper.
The front desk staff very nice.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating; the hotel clean and modern. I experienced some issues with getting a parking space upon check-in, so if you have a car I would suggest contacting the hotel in advance to secure a space. If you plan to visit the pool, keep in mind it’s only open til 7pm.
Gabriel
Great location and amazing hospitality by the staff
LUICINA
It’s a 2 stars roughly
Hotel is overall new, well located but the cleaning and bedding is not good. I’ve stayed there for one week for business purposes. Towels are old and yellowed, sheets and covers had stains and it was a humidity smell all the time. So easy to improve yet no one seems to pay attention
Verified traveler
Great staff, overall all good considering the ‘pandemic’ situation!

many locked door. Wonder if I leave my key door in the room

Price, quality...ok
Wifi in room was erratic. Television had Spanish language option omly. Bathroom drain system smelled. The breakfast was ok. The hotel is located in a great area as far as safety goes. A mall and big food store nearby by where a taxi is always available.
Verified traveler
Check out time is 10 am!! They carge you for the plastic room keys! Bathroom are awful. Staff are ridiculous

A good thing would be if they could change dollars

Quiero dejar asentado varias cosas:

No volveríamos.
