This property is in disrepair since I was last there in 2014. During the hottest month in Rosario, the AC was not working. All the beddings and details in the room, seemed dated and grimy.

Stayed for a night. Got some trouble at check-in. When booking the room, it said that 4 people can sleep on it. We booked is as a couple but got a third person at the last minute. Thought it was going to be fine because of what the website said... We ended up paying for an upgraded room because they won't let us go to the room otherwise. Rooms were ok, really spacious but the carpets were dirty. Wifi was not the best. It worked fairly good in the living room but did not work at all in the main room. They gym was ok but you can tell the equipment was old. Breakfast was really good and the staff overall was great! The valet parking was a plus.

The Place To Stay In Rosario!
Nice hotel with spacious rooms that are more like suites than hotel rooms. The wifi in the room is just OK - I had difficulty getting a good connection and when I did, emails would not send. However, the wifi in the lobby was very good. This is an important point for me, because I am a business owner that happens to travel extensively and I have to have reliable wifi wherever I go. Yes, it's a vacation - but I also run my business from a laptop. Wifi is very important.
Everything else here is great. It's not a 5-star hotel, but the staff and the service is. They are all very friendly and accommodating. I was impressed. They also mostly understand English, which is very helpful. I can speak and understand castellano, but it's nice to be able to use English again.

I would give this hotel 4.5 star. The room and other services are on par with other 4 star hotels, the roof top deck & pool is their selling point, and if you stay in this hotel, you must go! The view was gorgeous, so was the heated pool. Except for they have room temperature water in the Jacuzzi instead of hot water, I was wondering why...it didn't bother me though since I visited the hotel in summer, cool Jacuzzi was also nice~

Very good hotel. Nice hotel staff. Very cheap spa, and very good massage. The only problem I found, is the rooms are very noisy. You can hear practically every room next to yours. And the air conditioning shafts are extremely noisy even thought they weren´t on.

Llegamos al hotel y la llave de la habitación no funcionaba. Cada vez que queríamos entrar teníamos que pedir a alguien del hotel que nos acompañara. Muy incómodo!
Entrando a la habitación se nota qué hay poco mantenimiento. La cama hace ruidos cada vez que te moves, el baño se moja todo el piso cuando te duchas y las paredes son demasiado finas - escuchas todo lo que hablan los huéspedes de la habitación al lado.
Finalmente en el último día, desapareció los auriculares que habíamos dejado en la mesa de luz. Desde la recepción nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada! Realmente todo muy lamentable!

Busqué un hotel con pileta climatizada porque si puedo siempre me gusta nadar.
Llego al hotel, hago el check in, voy a la habitación, me pongo la malla y me dirijo a la pileta. La recepcionista del SPA me dice \"la pileta está en mantenimiento\", voy a la recepción y me dicen lo mismo a lo que contesto porque no avisan al momento de hacer la reservación o porqué no me avisaste al hacer el check in? me dicen: podés usar el sauna, si ya se´que puedo usar el sauna que está incluído, pero Yo vine a este hotel por la pileta sino hubiese pagado un 50% menos en un hotelque no la tenga. Llego al hotel, hago el check in, voy a la habitación, me pongo la malla y me dirijo a la pileta. La recepcionista del SPA me dice \"la pileta está en mantenimiento\", voy a la recepción y me dicen lo mismo a lo que contesto porque no avisan al momento de hacer la reservación o porqué no me avisaste al hacer el check in? me dicen: podés usar el sauna, si ya se´que puedo usar el sauna que está incluído, pero Yo vine a este hotel por la pileta sino hubiese pagado un 50% menos en un hotelque no la tenga. Conclusión: nos quedamos sin pileta.

Muy buen hotel. Estuvimos tan solo un día de paso por Rosario, pero aprovechamos las instalaciones, sobre todo la pileta, a la cual, a mi parecer, le faltaba tan solo un poco más del impieza.
