Loved our stay here. We stayed for business trip. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our highlight for sure was the breakfast, so delicious with a huge variety. Also the chinese restaurant in the hotel was amazing. We were well looked after by the restaurant manager, food was incredible too. Thank you so much!

We had a pleasant stay, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room and the hallway had a bit smell but it is just like anywhere in China the air quality is not great. So can’t really blame on the hotel.

My family and I stayed at this location for over a month. The staff was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Even though we are not able to speak Chinese they always graciously supported us. I would definitely stay at this location again, and recommend to others.

Everything is good, except the shower water not strong enough! We drove there, there’s ample parking lots at basement and also electric car charges. Calling taxi is easy too...within 10 minutes the taxi arrived to pick us to town. As our car is outstation car number plate, we are not allowed to drive during 7-20:00.

This was second time i stayed in this hotel, and was again not disappointed. The staff members were friendly and helpful, checkin and checkout was very efficient. Yes, there is construction around the hotel but this did not impact my stay. Well done and thank for a pleasant stay.

My food was sent back as it was cold and returned cold, the desk manager was patronising by laughing at me and the chef refused to heat it. I got a new dish and the restaurant manager was very nice in trying to help.
The room was fine.
I had to complain about a customer openly smoking in reception before any staff member did anything.
I felt they resented me being there as a foreigner, the woman on the desk was not welcoming at all.

Swimming pool put up a mandatory requirement of swimming with cap which was at most a recommendation at other premises.
No towels were provided at poolside.
The staff was not friendly and making excuses when the complaint was lodged.

The property is super luxurious with Vegas grade amenities. Room was clean, beautiful and very modern . My coworker and I were offered free breakfast at check in as I think they are trying to gain customer recognition. Anyway, $70 for a room that could cost $300+ in US.

We had a very comfortable 9 day stay, the hotel is new, clean and tastefully furnished. About 15 minutes walking distance at a leisurely pace to SongHong Road metro station on Line 2, and 3 stops from the NECC, quite convenient for those participating in exhibitions. Plenty of restaurants/cafes/convenience stores across the road within the office blocks.

Most of all, I would like to commend the staff for their hospitality. When I came down with food poisoning for three days, the reception team placed an online order for medicines that was delivered in half an hour. We couldn't do that ourselves as we had no way to pay on WeChat/AliPay as foreigners. When those medicines didn't work, 浩杰 from the reception team went out to get me prescriptive medicines. 顺秀阿姨 from housekeeping made me a hot water bottle to ease the pain, and Wendy from the F&B team sent hot soya milk to my room. Their actions are really heart-warming and I'd like to thank the team for their hospitality and care!

All in all, I would definitely recommend a stay here for business travelers heading to the NECC.

Poor accessibility. Suitable for self drive guest.

There are lots of construction works adjacent to the Hotel. Accessibility is extremely poor.
If you had a late night in the city and looking DiDi or taxi, my experience was 1.5 hrs wait and paid a fare of ¥120 to beg for one to fetch me back to the hotel. Otherwise, it is OK.

The hotel should be rate as perfect, in term of location, accommodation, warn staff, services, etc etc if not accomplish the main function of any hotel which is quiet place to sleep. Next door there are a huge massive construction site...can not sleep the whole night for the noise.

Rest, as I wrote, is perfect. Maybe we will back after they finish.

Good hotel Nearby SHA Airport and Train Station

Hotel is ok but outside this hotel is surrounded by a huge construction fields at the moment so it is no very pleasant to walk from the hotel to the nearest tube station (line 2). Apart from that, everything is fine. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy.

The room is poorly designed, e.g., the bathroom light switch is near the door and not even close to the bathroom. The curtain cannot fully cover the window. I have to tolerate the light from outside all night. It is unacceptable in most US hotels.

About 10 mins walk from the nearest subway station. A new mall is under construction just next to the hotel. Good value for money, buffet breakfast is rich and good，coffee is good too! 地鐵站行10分鐘就到，有個mall喺隔籬起緊。抵住，自助早餐好豐富，味道都有水準,咖啡都唔錯！

I can’t check in with my passport, they asked me for Chinese citizen ID, and the process took forever. The curtain in the room didn’t block the light very well, and you can hear your neighbor brushing their teeth and washing their faces!

Amazing hotel ..a couple glitches if I can say
1) The hotel shuttle is only available from the HOTEL to the Airport latest departure 10:30a.m
2- my last day I purchased breakfast for 2 according to my reservation ( 1 adult and 1 child 15y.o) but I had to pay 98CNY for the 2nd breakfast!

if you need to commute to the city . this is NOT the right hotel for you.
The vicinity around the hotel is a huge construction site . hence walking to the subway is a challenge..
and it is at the far end of the subway line. my meetings are all held in the hotel, so its fine.

Very new hotel with a comfortable firm bed, great for staying a night before catching a flight from Hongqiao airport, which is minutes away by taxi. Negative is that there are lots of construction work in the area. Didn’t see any restaurant nearby, but I didn’t attempt to find any as it was late when I checked in. Overall, great hotel to stay for a night to catch a flight out.

The good: Diana was the nicest, most helpful person ever. She was always ready to help going above and beyond the call of duty. The rest of the staff was excellent also.
Breakfast was good with wide variety.
The not so good: The hotel is located in the Hongqiao area. It requires using the subway to get to the tourist areas. Easy enough and cheap but only runs until 11:00. This made it difficult to see the nightlife of Shanghai.
Overall good experience.

I stayed for a night before catching return flight on my business trip. It is about 20 minutes drive from Shanghai Hongqiao airport. There is no good restaurants or amenities nearby. I had dinner and food at hotel Restaurant is ok quality. Need further improvement. The breakfast was good.

Great hotel but so annoying that A/C cant b changd

Its a great hotel, brand new and very beauitful. Hotel staff are great (as can be in the region). The only issue for me is that (and this is the norm) the A/C was too hot and thermostats in China are centrally controlled (had same issue in another luxury hotel) so was very uncomfortable sleeping there.

It is an ok hotel

This hotel is outside the city, there is nothing (shops, restaurants) around. But it is very close to the Hongqiao Railway Station. You are going against the traffic in the morning. It took us about less than 10 minutes to arrive. Hotel staffs speak English. Room is very new and clean, however, the lighting inside the bathroom is very dim. If you are to shave, just make sure where your blade is going. Noticed there is also no full mirror in the room. This is not a bad hotel, and will stay there again as it is one of the better hotel around the railway station.

Great place to stay and the nightly rate was very reasonable. Hotel is pretty new and the staff is eager to service you. Room size is decent and very clean. Breakfast is a bit pricey but with great selections on food. The only downside is there isn't much to do in the vicinity -- no restaurants, store, or 7-11 nearby.

Hotel is new with very good services, friendly, attentive and most willing to help. When I need an urgent transport to my office on the early morning when a typhoon had started to build up, and where was no other shuttle nor cab can be reached, the front office tried to locate the driver of the hotel shuttle an hour earlier of his schedule time to send me to my destination on time, much to my relief. The front office staff are so willing to accept feedback so gracefully I am sure they will drive the hotel to a even happiner place to stay, especially a frequent business traveller like me who need to stay in foreign countries for 2-weeks. Special mention that even the head chef makes the efforts to mingle with guest during morning breakfast.

Bon rapport qualité prix à côté d'un centre commer

Séjour de trois nuits assez confortable. L'hôtel est en face d'un centre commercial avec tout ce qu'il faut pour manger et faire son shopping. La station de métro est à 10 bonnes minutes de marche. L'hôtel est de l'autre côté de l'aéroport donc un peu de délai de route. Sinon la chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée. Le wifi n'était pas top en revanche. Le streaming en soirée était compliqué ! Le pdj est assez fourni.

Heating system was set to high...nobody gave a proper reply. They Just sent a guy to open the windows...not many people here speak english...and last but most important they are building a new build beside the hotel and they work and make a lot of noise since early morning even in weekends, so forget about sleep beyond 7 am.

隣の工事の騒音だけ残念です

部屋の清潔さや朝食の良さ、空港からの近さも含めて、次回以降も利用したいと思うのだが、隣の建設現場の工事の音が何とかなればという条件付きとなる。部屋のロケーションによっては、騒音は気にならない可能性もあるので、仮に次回宿泊する際には、騒音の少ない部屋を交渉してみたい。

從辦理入住開始大致上都很滿意，CP值高。
但卻在退房叫車時讓我想給差評，請協助辦理退房的小姐幫忙叫車，他請一位小胖先生幫忙叫，結果我等了整整25分鐘看到很多客人陸續離開，我卻遲遲等不到計程車，忍不住去問了小胖先生，卻回了一句我沒叫啊，我沒收到通知，退房小姐明明在我面前跟你說，你也回答好⋯卻讓我等了將近半小時後簡短回答一句「我沒叫，現在要幫你叫嗎」阿不然勒～不然你隔天再叫嗎⋯好印象就被這小胖毀於一旦⋯沒注意到小胖的名字，不然我真的會因為他浪費我太多時間卻草草回答客訴他！！

간단한 식사 및 음료/주류가 제공되었던 프리미어라운지가 폐쇄되고 가격이 적당한 룸서비스로 대체되었음.
수영장 수질이 깨끗하게 관리되고 있지 않음.
주변이 공사중이라서 저렴한데 새로 지은 호텔이고 집이랑 가까워서 자주갔었는데, 코로나 이후에 많이 변했네요. 이제는 가지 않을 것

施設については清潔感あり、部屋も大きめの部屋で設備も申し分なく、逆に設備がすごく行き届きすぎと感じるくらいだった。ただ隣が建設現場なので終始ごく小さな騒音と目線から見える景色が建設現場なのが少し残念だった。カウンターの受付も丁寧に説明してくれて不明な点も2～3人体制でフォローできていたが、部屋に戻ったあと再度パスポートを見せてくださいと電話があり、もう一度受付まで戻ることになったことだけがマイナス点だった。

施設は新しく非常に綺麗で良い施設でした。虹橋空港、虹橋駅にもタクシーで十分ほどと近く、中国各地への移動には非常に便利な立地です。周辺は開発中でコンビニ等もなく、周辺観光には向いていませんが、ビジネス拠点にはいいのではないでしょうか？

酒店雖離地鐵站有點遠，但房間寬敞、整齊及乾淨，十分舒適。早餐選擇很多，味道不錯。酒店附近地盤可能稍影響環境，但鄰近有很多美食，整體十分推薦。
