The pictures do not look anywhere near what the property looks like in person. They are used to a certain demographic so they do not put much effort into their rooms. The shower had soap scum that was stuck on. The sink looks like it was painted them half of it scraped off. The beds did not have blankets. Housekeeping knocks on your door every hour the morning of check out.

Entiendo que son hoteles pequeños e independientes y que el paso de los años tienden a deteriorar las instalaciones, pero no es justo que la falta de mantenimiento y la desidia de empleados y dueños le ofrezcan un servicio tan deplorable que ni siquiera estan dispuestos a realizar la devolución del dinero a pesar de las malas condiciones ofrecidas, uno puede creer que son hoteles de paso y no importa pero el sacrificio que se hace trabajando se merece respeto, la habitación 104 tiene la cortina rota que parece que se va a caer y la bañera tan manchada que da inseguridad usarla, al menos el aire acondicionado aunque ruidoso enfría y el puso limpio, no recomiendo para nada que se hospedan ahí

Local dive... not recommended for travelers. More or less its there for those who are experiencing difficulties and families and individuals struggling with homelessness. Local drug dealers addicts and those who live the lifestyle that comes with that sorta cultural cycle of life. Pet friendly yes~ deposits required . Staff nice youg lady told me \" it is what it is\" when after explaining how there were only 2 towels and 1 was cloth for 2 ppl. There are no bedspreads used and roomservices personell have the flu as she explains while attempting to clean as she hacks and coughs then expells mucus in the room somewhere . Mopping up withdirty water and mop. Clean out drain befire showering or water will of course not drain . It will puddle up quickly around your ankles . The toilet was awesome though. It wasnt one of those adult style made fir adults not those smaller kinds that belong in a nursery school. Be prepared for possibility of a unstable unbalanced fridge that has no shelves and only ledges in the door where at one time you could place items in the doorfor storage. Prettysure the freezer will have up to if not more than 4/5 inches of ice aroujǰd it. Rember what the night clerk said.

Was horrible, gave them the betting from the beds and never got it back. The parking was okay somewhat.

The hotel is runned down. Horrible front desk service, the room was not clean, no hot water in the shower, the room had a horrible odor, seems to be a hotel that houses drug addicts. I witnessed multiple unsavory characters walking in and out of the property. I booked it thru expedia. I canceled 5 remaining nights. Had to check into another hotel. I requested my deposit back. Got charged for a night by the hotel and i didnt even bring out my luggage. I contacted expedia and they did absolutely nothing to refund me my money. Ill never use expedia again and ill definitely be sharing my horrible experience with expedia with their total lack and disregard for there customer and not helping me with this situation.

Pictures were very misleading, dirty floors, bathtub had a layer of black dirt, pillows were dingy and sheets/room smelled like cigarettes even though I was in a non smoking room. The facility gave cr*ck house. Every day I was there I had to go to the office to reactivate my room key. Plus side it was ‘per friendly’ but I still had to pay a deposit (which I did get back at check out) even though he’s a service animal. I ended up checking out early as I didn’t really feel safe.

The lady checking me in, was very rude. After giving me my card and telling me my room number, she never bothered to tell me where the room was located. After getting through the locked gates, I drove around trying to find it. I ended up having to go back up to the desk and asking where it was. She did walk out and show me, but she seemed exasperated by having to do it. The room was older, and although it looked like they had tried to update the bathroom, the toilet pulled against the wall. Every time someone sat down, the tub faucet constantly leaked, And there was an old nasty couch sitting in the room. I ordered pizza to be delivered and once the delivery person got there, they called me and told me I had to go upfront to the lobby to get the pizza because they wouldn’t allow them past the locked gate. That completely defeated the purpose of having delivery, because I had to get in my car and drive up to the front in order to pick up the pizza. The next morning, I went to my car and when I returned, I couldn’t get back into the room. It would show green like the key unlocked it, but it wouldn’t open the door. After about seven minutes of jamming and trying and pushing and pulling, I finally got it to open. Then when I went to check out the girl behind the counter, told me they couldn’t give me a receipt! Staff was horrible all the way around and I can’t say as I enjoyed the room either. Would not be anywhere I would go back and stay.

Completely outdated. Paint on tub was peeling so bad, you couldn't take a bath. Pool area was loud, and allowed to stay open past the posted time on week nights. Door lock was broken. Linens seemed dirty. Microwave was so rusted and peeling inside, it would smoke whenever you used it. There was a domestic disturbance one night, and the front desk refused to address it. Would not recommend.

For the cost this place was solid. Definitely seen some better days but was affordable and people kept to themselves. Only issue was the pool. We booked bc of it (compared to similarly priced locations in the area) and we were told multiple times it would be ready for use “tomorrow“. Then we were finally told it would be “a while“. I didn't get new towels for 2 days I had to go to the front desk 3 times and then finally was told to get them myself from laundry. No way will I ever stay here again. I drove right in front of the hotel and told my driver I didn't want to stay..I was by myself and it looked like a rugged motel for truckers not for some ( women ) traveling by themselves. The room was deplorable, and we had to clean it ourselves. The tub had a layer of grime so thick i had to scrub it 3x just to see the shine of the sealer on the tile. Black mold around the tub, toilet, sink, door, and the ac. Infested with roaches and fleas. Blood stained mattress. Constantly refused for a blanket or linens. No garbage can. No astray for a smoking room. TV didn't work. Severe attitude from staff after complaint. Refusal of reimbursement due to nature of booking.

I've never been to a motel this bad. Beer cans outside on the ground and trash cans overflowing with garbage. That's before I even went into my room. In my room the TV had about 5 black round spots that had zero picture. There was no remote for the TV. And I killed probably around 20 roaches coming from the bathroom and the outside door. The microwave was rusted on the inside and had no glass plate to set the food on. The Blankets smelled like sweat so I slept on top of everything.. I couldn't believe this owner would allow this. I should have moved to another motel but I was only there for 2 nights and didn't want to move everything out again. I was very disappointed.. And I have pictures of it all in case they try to say I'm lying...

This hotel needs to be shut down..issued citations...fined..and inspected thoroughly...until total renovation is completed ...rooms are filthy not cleaned at all ...housekeeping is ridiculous...not professional at all...they are people who live in hotel ...which is fine but omg they are dirty people really dirty...nasty to guests ..they dont clean at all ...make beds partially...a king bed one pillow ...really come on ...no blanket ...just sheet ...mattresses havent been changed out in years ...towels ...omg dont ask for any u wont get any ...its was 2 weeks bf new towel was given ...no garbage bags given ..no tp ...clean sheets to replace ones ...weeks bf u get clean sheets ...you literally can go your entire stay with no housekeeping at all ...even when u go to laundry room sorry i cant give u this or that ..sidewalks gross.. the interior of room..no words ...carpet in some rooms which are totally saturated with urine from animals ..the ammonia in bathroom will literally make u puke ...oh tell them about it n nothing ..light switches broken..lamp shades ripped cracked old very old ...the scum on bathtub...you wont wanna shower ...oh toliets u gotta turn water on n off ...they run constantly and water dripping from the pipe from wall not the line ...the floors omg they use same mop head for rooms they choose too mop and they dont change water between rooms ..they dont have industrial cleaning supplies nor any really no bleach ...they do not wipe down mirrors counters nothing

Hotel from hell

La Vista Inn looked like a nice hotel on line but when we got there it was a joke , we got in our room and realized that it had one full bed and one queen bed and I specifically asked for two queen beds , the bathtub was disgusting and stopped up when used the t.v quit working , so I asked for a different room which was no better the beds we're hard as hell , the blankets smelled sour , there we're people smoking marijuana all around and there we're drug deals being made over the fence between the Roadway Inn and La Vista Inn I do not suggest anybody going there , and there was mold on the a/c .

The overall place was in rough shape, the base boards were visibly filthy, I was greeted by knats, and the couch had stains that may have been from a male human being- maybe a male dog with a sex drive. The friends I visited in Port Richey said the place is known for hourly bookings- so maybe not a dog.

The bed has spots showing through the sheets which caused me to lift the corner of the sheet and the mattress was covered in stains. I got sick to my stomach and grabbed my stuff and left.

I immediately messaged Expedia to complain and they attempted to request a refund but the hotel declined saying I should have spoke to them and they could have changed my room- as if the room I was given was an outlier and the rest were amazing. Anyway Expedia tried but I am out the cost but hopefully my lesson saves someone.
