I was pleasantly surprised how nice this property was! I rented a suite which suited me and my grown children while in Clovis. The breakfast was a major plus and there was always a fresh pot of coffee throughout the day. The grounds were well kept with a swimming pool fire pit and BBQ grill if needed. I would stay here again.

The shower didn’t work and we were unable to take. Morning shower. The manager was abrupt and rude and refused to transfer us to another room or comp us for the problem. We had to get up and drive with the prior day’s grime on us. We won’t stay there again.

I love this little gem of a hotel. It’s very near my Mother’s house and the staff takes good care of us.
My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was not clean when I checked in. It was too late to mention it that night but I called the desk the next morning to let them know the room needed attention. I was assured they would schedule a complete cleaning even through the room was only scheduled to be “refreshed”.
The floor of the bathroom and the spots on the nightstand were untouched when I returned after the “cleaning”.

Beautiful location, only issue was our room window wouldn’t close so it was a little scary. We were on the third floor so it was fine and after driving for 8 hrs I just wanted to rest.

I was surprised that for how clean the hotel seemed, my room was so dirty. My trash was full, and I was told to leave it outside and it would be taken out. It was still there when I checked out so I couldn’t throw anything away during my stay. The microwave was also pretty gross on the inside. Just a lot of missed things. And then the pet fee was $100, which seemed pretty steep when my small dog didn’t make a mess in the room at all.

The room had been smoked in, and was absolutely filthy. Water was leaking from the ceiling onto the toilet and floor. An attempt to cleanup the water yielded black residue from the floor.

The pull out couch was broken. I have pictures showing the metal wires hanging out. Paid extra for the suite since there were 5 of us. Had to sleep on the tiny sofa without the pull out. Staff was rude. No welcome, no thank you. Just handed the keys and said room number. 2 bags pf skittles were the only snacks available and a bag of ramen. No ice machines. The ice bin in freezer was empty. Glasses in the kitchen were dirty, had to wash before using. Carpet was beond nasty. Will never stay here agin.

we made the trip from silverthorne, Colorado to clovis and we had to contact the hotel since we were not going to make it by 1 am. The girl who answered the phone put us on hold for 20 minutes. We called back and she said the same thing again\"thank you for calling. Can i put you on a brief hold? \" we said no, and we told her we had already been holding. We then told her the reason for our call. We wouldn't make it by 1 am which was the time they specified on the reservation. She said she would pass along the message. We got to the hotel and our room had been given to someone else but chloe ,(i think that was her name), she was a god send and helped us with no delay. Breakfast was OK, not much of a selection. The hotel was newer and i enjoyed the room layout. Great beds. Overall great stay, but breakfast should have more selection and refills should be prompt. Several people circled several times and there was not enough food

I told them three times I wanted a late check out. I put it on the reservation request, I called the property directly and I told them when we checked in. When we came back to the hotel to check out shortly after noon, the maid was trying to access our room even though the do not disturb was clearly on the door. The girl at the desk had no idea we had asked for late check out. Also, the extra pet cleaning fee is outrageous. It is a lovely hotel, with very nice rooms, but I will not be staying again.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. Room very clean. WIFI was not great and TV channels were out most of stay. Loved the Firepit. It would be nice if Firepit seating was cleaned Dailey and grill is a great idea but also needs cleaned. The beds were not comfortable. I realize NM is a dusty area but outside amenities need cleaned more often because of this. Do to lack of things to do in the area these outside features are a big draw.

We had our service dog in the room comfortably and the space around the outside was clean, safe and comfortable so that taking our dog outlet was a nice experience. The 3 employees we had contact with were very nice and very helpful. The person in charge of the breakfast was especially friendly and cared very much about pleasing everyone.
