An amazing hotel with fantastic amenities. The open air hot spring as well as the hot spring that came with the room was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and high quality, and there are a lot of things to do at the hotel that we didn’t feel the need to leave. Would recommend and would stay again should we come back to Yilan!

Let’s talk about stinkin Roo-mors
In Yiran area, so far pleasant experiences at hotels such as Royal Chiao Hsi and MU JIAO XI HOTEL.
This is the first time I’m staying here through a friends’ super HIGH recommendation for the Westin, but the photos are definitely a lot nicer than what you see in person. I realized I’m never trusting that friend’s recommendation again haha.
We stayed one night in the deluxe room on the top floor.
Pros: good service, 3rd floor rooms have high ceilings, comfortable bed.
Cons: 1. the onsen tub is definitely a LOT smaller than expected (it can’t fit two people unless you like being a squatting loner in the tub). 2. Scenery is a parking lot. Would recommend guest to ask for the pond or the “tree” view. 3. What bothered me the MOST. the drainage smelled really bad. I felt bad because I thought it was my partner after using the toilet, but it was in fact sewage smell coming out of the pipe next to the toilet, we told the hotel staff but they just apologized and didn’t really comp us with anything, but it’s not their fault since we told them after we checked out and confirmed it was facility issue.
Still though, no matter how friendly the staffs were, they could have made a gesture since we did bare with the smell ALL night. Not to mention our friends staying in the suite a few rooms over had a broken tv (that’s a different story). Overall, it was a pretty disappointing try-out.

Nice Stay in Westin Yilan , however nothing in the local area and either google not correctly located Hotel as well, we almost get lost when return after dinner.

二次回訪入住不同房型，此回遇到和發現滿多不如預期的地方，對於一晚要價破萬的房價，在軟硬的的品質上，覺得應該要更嚴謹些才好。
問題說明如下：
1、check-in 時服務人員未明確告知有提供宵夜服務，是入住後再回到大廳詢問其他問題時，無意間聽到另位朋務人員正在告知住客有宵夜服務才知曉。不確定這宵夜服務提供了幾年或多久，因前次入住時服務人員也沒告知。並非貪圖宵夜，請別誤會。
2、這回入住有挑高屋頂的房型，發現內部硬體設施問題不少，例舉部份如下：
(1) 室內室外湯屋池子的砌磚和牆面多有龜裂，有些裂縫還不小，有足以刮傷的程度，這應是館方已知問題，但只有用矽力康簡易的做修補，觀感很差，安全性也不佳，有失格調。
(2) 室內衛浴的牆面(輕隔間)貼磗嚴重突起和有裂縫，完全無處理過的痕跡，是否表示房務品質相關的主管失職？
(3) 浴室乾濕分離密設施和度不佳，淋浴的水都會流到梳妝洗手臺的地面。
(4) 室內燈具、窗簾開關，有部份接觸不良的情況，必須多次用力切換開關才有反應，特別是窗簾開關，真的很糟。
(5) LCD 電視感覺是很草率的用螺絲鎖死在一根鐵柱上，只能在固定角度看電視，至於鎖不牢固的情況，用束帶來不牢固的固定是正解麼…
(6) 承上 LCD 電視的問題，電視左高右低(或右高左低)，因鎖死無法調整，視覺感受很不舒適。
(7) 電視背面、窗簾(布簾和紗簾)，以及一些角落，有明顯積累的灰塵。
(8) 折疊沙發床有些明顯的滿大的汙點，可能是歷來住客不小心噴了果汁或酒水留下的，看著這痕跡，不知是沒清潔或清不掉，看著覺得觀感不佳。

櫃臺一位疑似是主管的先生協助Check in，但很明顯專業度不足，協助房客CI時，在房客面前把房客晾在一旁指正其他員工，這樣觀感實在不是很好，讓人感覺很心不在焉。Hotels.com gold其實沒有禮遇都不會有。

隸屬在國際萬豪酒店是國際級的酒店，因此我們會以比較嚴苛的標準去評論，畢竟價格也不便宜四人房需要12000元以上，位於比較偏僻的員山鄉，旁邊是福地與住家，硬體設施是頗不錯的，酒店設計舒適，很有國外渡假村的感覺，停車駐衛警都很機靈親切不錯，櫃檯checkin 與退房人員動作都很積極專業，入房前也有專人介紹（講話快了點），房間也設計的很不錯，簡約日式舒適，還有很大的陽台，自己有湯屋很讚！床與棉被枕頭也很舒適。
但餐廳與酒吧服務人員可能就是約聘或是工讀就不太ok了，例如早餐我正在煮麵，工作人員沒跟客人打個招呼就突然從我身邊直接開始整理食物，（可能覺得我弄亂她管理區域）碰到我身體也沒反應。

房間和浴室地面介面有隆起裝置，且表面為大理石易滑，建議改成防滑材質，入住期間穿房內白色棉質拖鞋經過時，有些微滑倒好幾次，且浴室盥洗檯檯面為堅硬大理石，房客若向後滑倒，撞到盥洗檯檯面，易造成腦震盪風險，請飯店工安正視，謝謝。

抵達飯店時剛好下雨，櫃檯人員很貼心迅速送上紙巾擦拭。辦完入住後簡單帶我們認識環境跟設施，並主動提醒宵夜時段。送我們到房間後發現有一張房卡無法使用，也很迅速處理完後送回。
房間整潔度不錯，房內有膠囊咖啡機還有點心使用。床真的很好睡，枕頭比較軟需要兩個調整好位置比較剛好。房內可以直接泡溫泉雖然浴池不大但還是舒適，水溫固定調節使用，兩個洗手台及廁所分開獨立非常方便。
早餐部分一般，假日高峰用餐時段會需要稍等一下。整體滿意會再願意入住
