When we walked into the lobby I was a bit concerned about the condition of the property. It seemed a bit old. I was quite surprised that they use old-fashioned keys for the doors still. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the room and found it to be renovated and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The location was extremely convenient with the tram stop right on the street and walking distance from the main bus station.

The area was a little shady. There is graffiti everywhere and at one point there was a guy following me and cat calling me when I was coming back late at night. However, the inside of the hotel is very welcoming and I immediately felt safer upon coming inside. The lobby is clean, well lit and well decorated. The lights on the stairs are motion censored so that freaked me out a little but I got used to it. The room was clean, warm and had refreshments in the fridge. The bathroom was clean and stocked with soap. Breakfast was the best part, the dining hall is very pretty and the selection of food was amazing. Only downside is the location but other than that this is a great place to stay.

We had a deluxe room, which was very spacious, recently renovated and was very clean and smelled new. The one thing I didn't like was the constant smell of onions in the hallways, but later found out it's due to a common entrance with the Indian restaurant downstairs. I guess that's where the smell was coming from. Other than that - breakfast was rich and the food was restocked very quickly. Staff were nice but in a Czech way, not the western-smiley way, more like a serious a bit unfriendly(rather serious) looking but overall they are good. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel, all renovated so everything is new. We got big room as requested. Great white bathroom with walk in shower. Room has a mini fridge. Just outside various tram lines and yellow metro, supermarket with food, water and alcohol and coffee shop with nice cakes, icecream and coffee. You need to take tram or 2 metro stops to the main attractions. Our purpose of trip is medical so location was perfect to clinic as only 5 mins by tram outside of the hotel. Will be staying there again next week.

The hotel was fantastic in supporting traveling! We stayed 2 nights, then spent 1 night in Cesky Krumlov, then returned for 1 more night. They stored our 2 big backpacks in a locked storage room free free! How thoughtful!! The breakfast was great and the reception was always helpful with questions we had about local train travel. The location was fantastic ... within a short walk from florenc train/bus stations in Prague.

WOW. What an incredible hotel! The reviews are high for a reason. Spacious room, BEST breakfast EVER, and such friendly people! The metro is right on the corner, and Old Town is an easy walk away. The restaurant downstairs is great, too. I genuinely loved my stay and next when I'm in Prague, I'm coming right back here.

I stay 3 nights in the hotel at the end of January. Location is good, 7 minutes on foot to Florenc bus station, one minute to Florenc metro and tram station. Albert and Billa supermarket around the corner. Friendly staff.

Clean room and comfortable. The shower was a little small and the view from the back wasn't that spectacular. I would recommend unplugging the TV, since the little blue fills the room. Other than that, I had no problem with the room. It's walking distance from Florenc, so great location. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very stylish. Would recommend and would stay again.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose Hotel Mucha because of the price, location and character of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. And very quiet in spite of the fact it overlooked the main street with trams (well, it was quiet as long as we kept the window closed of course). The mattress was a little bit \"tired\" or maybe just a bit too soft for my liking bud still we had a good sleep at night.

Hotel is a unique old style. Not your average chain hotel style. We enjoyed it. Close to subway & trams. Bus 196 (I think) takes you direct to the Old Town Square. You catch it just 2 tram stops from the hotel.

I had a great 6-day stay at the Hotel Mucha. The rooms were decorated with prints from Alphonse Mucha, and all the furniture was antique. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. The wifi was excellent. There were only two things to be aware of: (1) there is no air-conditioning, which wasn't a problem in May but might be in July/August, (2) the safe was too small for a 14\" laptop.
