Resort only suitable for people who drive. No amenities close by. It was raining when we arrived and there was no sheltered area towards check in. Staff was unhelpful throughout check in and check out. Left my bag at check out and had driver turn back to retrieve it. Staff did not help out or eve gave any notice.

Mixed bag

The room was a little small, some housekeeping items could have been more thoroughly considered, breakfast was a joke in my opinion, and the price was a bit high for the offerings. However, it was quite, comfortable, away for the the city, and the staff were great. A nice romantic getaway for a night.

Friendly staff and comfy bed. This hotel makes me feel like home. The breakfast was soooo nice including fruits, toasts, breads, jams, hand-made garlic spread, orange juice, tea, coffee, soy milk, congee, scrambled eggs with spring onion, veggies, etc. Really enjoy and definitely visit again,

Overall a good experience out of the city and not too far from Taipei city. Location is a bit far from the train station. Traveling in and out would need to take taxi. Only a restaurant nearby which is quite expensive.

Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is good. However the design for bathroom with full glass wall is dangerous and is not ideal for family guests. One of my family member has hurt her forehead because she didn't see the glass wall.

Warm & Relax wonderful stay @ Pokara Resort

Sis and I arrived the resort around 9pm. Already informed them about our late arrival due to flight delay so the staff waited for us and came to the door to receive us once we reached. We felt warm when they offered us a box of Yilan famous Yih Shun Shiuan Panna Cotta Roll after knowing that we had no dinner as all the neighbourhood's shop had closed when we reached. All the staff were very friendly. Strongly recommended.

A beautiful resort in the township of Jiaoxi Yilan

The resort is beautifully designed with 6 one-room cottages and a main wing with rooms on 3 levels. The whole compound gives a very relaxing atmosphere and the main dining room provides a very comfortable feel while you have your breakfast and tea time snacks which are served from 3pm to 9pm. It was a very good and relaxing stay and I will definitely repeat my stay and recommend to others.

It's just a solo getaway so this resort fits me perfectly, with its in room hot spring bath. The room will be just fine even for a couple getaway. Nice little room, friendly staffs who guided me to scenes around as well. I like this place.

滿足寧靜放鬆的渡假需求

小木屋房型：適合渡假放鬆，寧靜自然空間，注重隱私，空間小但各項設施一應俱全。床枕不會太軟，躺下很快就放鬆了。空調好易冷不悶，更棒的是小木屋完全沒有潮溼味。空間利用完美，淋浴水壓強，沐浴用品提供茶籽堂好用舒服。有提供簡易下午茶，早餐精緻雖選擇不多但足夠，肉燥好吃。唯一可惜是要享用戶外浴缸，必須著泳衣，無法裸泡。

本次入住的小木屋狀態和網站上不一樣，沒有照片看起來大，小花園裡也沒有桌椅。
窗簾紗簾都發霉了！遮光窗簾一拉都是灰塵！有點可怕！
服務人員講解的很仔細，態度溫和。值得讚許。床很硬很扁，枕頭太軟。
附近都是稻田，很悠閒，但是吃飯的點都需要再開車出去才能抵達。
總之，平日入住3000元，沒有這個價錢該有的CP值！

感覺跟網路照片差很多 外面蚊蟲多 戶外設施也沒耶維護 走一走臉上都是蜘蛛網 隔音也很差 房間內的浴缸跟淋浴設備是一起的 這樣根本沒辦法泡澡 這樣的價格我下次寧可選擇其他飯店！不會再來！

有缺點的地方，記得要改進喔！

我訂的是小木屋，照片和實際房間有一點點差距，首先從門口走到小木屋，一路上雜草叢生，佈置物也生鏽，感覺已經很久沒整理，再來走到小木屋時，有非常重的家畜排洩物味道，門口有一個菸灰缸，裡面有變黃的舊菸蒂沒處理，最後進到小木屋，整體算乾淨，但浴室洗手檯下方置物區發霉沒清，戶外露天浴缸沒整理，然後整個地上都是枯葉，空中飄滿小蟲，誰還敢出去泡澡呢...房間wifi還有小故障，還好後來有解決。不過接待人員和服務人員，態度親切也有禮貌，算是讓我們可以接受！

感覺剛開幕時，應該是一間不錯的名宿
但是隨著時間的累積，都沒有用心去維持了
這是台灣任何一個產業常常發生的問題

戶外浴缸！

波卡拉度假會館實在很棒。我們只租了一晚，實在意猶未盡。
職員非常熱情，但又不會讓人感到不好意思。我們早到，他招待我們在大堂休息，還開電視給我們看。替我們建議行程，還幫我們用特價租了車子。
我們租小屋子來住。屋子不太大，但設計很好，走動的位置足夠，浴室又寬敞，這小屋子還有個後花園，裏面放了個戶外的浴缸，可給人浸浴，只是那天整天下雨，我們沒法使用。有機會一定要來再享受一下。
環境很清幽，會館就在田野之間，還有免費泊車。記住，在宜蘭，一定要住郊外，一定要租車。最好玩。這些會館民宿，好多都有免費車位。
波卡拉整體管理也很好。

服務人員很親切！飯店提供早餐和下午茶，設施很元善，房間整潔、熱水及水壓穩定。會館離車站有些距離 步行約8-10分鐘才有便利店及幾間小食店。出去玩&回去都要打車 不過車費不是很貴 大約NTD220(飯店-礁溪車站) 。入住及退房當天提供免費接送 司機跟飯店相熟而且也很友善。美中不足是因為飯店位於郊區 所以蚊蟲也會相對的多。

是一家非常貼心的渡假旅館，四點鐘會有免費的水果下午茶點。雖然是離市中心大概兩公里，但絕對是能感受鄉郊氣息，而且早上退房時，會有專車送你到火車站！

地點和照片一樣很漂亮很舒服 是個很放鬆的地方~ 只可惜我們剛到的那時候 附近有點肥料的味道，還好 只持續了一小陣子 就沒味道了! 早餐很豐盛，服務人員很親切，有機會到宜蘭會在選擇入住!

服務很到位的一間會館

服務人員態度都很親切，而且有問題都會立刻幫我們處理，飯店附的下午茶很好吃，綠豆湯好好喝，小木屋雖然有點小，但是住得很舒服，還有藍光電影可以看，整體是一間很棒的飯店，唯一可惜的是房間泡湯的不是溫泉水，來礁溪沒泡到溫泉感覺有點可惜！

整體感覺不錯，服務人員也親切有禮，乾淨整齊，電視還有網路電視、播放軟體可以使用，大廳在晚上7點前有點心下午茶可以使用，相當貼心！！房間有點小，雖然玩了整天也只是要休息睡覺，但以公共區域的大小期待房間的大小是相對失望的，離市區有點距離，要把一次需要的飲料、宵夜備齊，才不會有還要外出購買的困擾！！

停車方便，可以帶小朋友隔音可以，服務親切，還主動提供嬰兒澡盆貼心，有飲水機，下午時段有簡單的下午茶吧檯可以使用，早餐也是吧檯自助式口味很不錯，大廳區寬敞舒適，5月入住會館旁邊都是水田風景舒適，我早上7:00就坐在外面休息區邊吃邊享受Very Good !!

舒適寧靜

很不錯的體驗，貼近大自然，舒適寧靜，但僅建議自駕人士入住，畢竟離鬧市區有一段路程，酒店出去鬧市區估計等半天也不會有的士。
房間裡也挺舒服，就是乾淨清潔程度還可以加強，有蚊子有小蜘蛛。
住的小木屋，室外浴缸地方都能看到不少蜘蛛網。
提供的早餐也不錯，味道也好。客人們都很自律，吃完後都是自己收妥碗碟的。

很貼心的服務

雖然一開始就知道沒有嬰兒相關服務，但在入住後還貼心提供嬰兒浴盆及小椅子真的太棒了，早餐吃很飽，是個悠閒的地方，要是能住到小木屋就更好。

另外入住當天是生日，他們還特地在check in 後去買了蛋糕等我晚餐回來時給我，很窩心。

慢活步調輕鬆旅店

喜歡寧靜與田野風情的朋友可以來住宿這裡，因為它週遭是一片片綠油油的稻田與處方一無望無際的山巒，相當漂亮的景色。其住宿硬體設施與舒適度都滿不錯，唯一浴缸太小，讓喜歡泡澡的我感到失望。它有提供免費早餐，相當美味。

寧靜悠閒

寧靜舒適，佈置優美

初到時因交通有少少不方便，再加上自己弄錯以為有温泉泡而感到中伏，但進入旅館後，員工態度熱誠，旅館優美佈置已溶化了，我的怒氣即刻全消。另外旅館很貼心，下午４時後有免費茶點，手工麵包和餅乾值得推薦，早上有早餐供應，還有旅館提供的沐浴洗頭液是我喜愛的品牌茶籽堂，雖然無温泉泡但旅館提供浴鹽浸浴令我全身放鬆非常滿意啊！
