Excellent location with 100 meter to the amphitheater and easy walking to markets, yacht, beach, main street eating places. Corner room with great ocean views and watch sunset in jacuzzi was gorgeous. Room is clean newly renovated (a bit painting smell is the only defect).

Bedding sheet is not confortable and too small.
Only 2 single duvets were put in the room of 3 people, so had to share a single one at 2.

Staff are particularly attentive and helpful in all aspects with good command of English.
Breakfast is very good and will keep you going all day.
Breakfast staff are lacking in attention to detail. Having to regularly asking for, bowls, cups, cutlery, tea, milk, yogurt etc. Which is a bit painfully everyday.
Otherwise, its better than most that I've beenbto in Kaṣ.
Would I book again at the Payam. Definitely Yes.

Worth the visit!

My room, 833, had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. Same with my family also staying in a room just one floor below. They came to work on both rooms stating it was an issue with the building being older. They came almost immediately and checked/cleaned. It smelled great for 24 hours but was back to the same issue the day after.

Honestly, the customer service at this hotel made up for that issue. They were great. I appreciated they spoke English because my Turkish isn’t great at all. Always friendly and willing to help. Would stay here again but I’ll ask for a different room/building if possible.
Great view of the ocean, breakfast spread is impressive and the entire hotel property is very idyllic.

Parking is tricky. Be sure to note they have a private parking lot that requires you to call them to open the gate each time you want to enter or exit. Very safe!

This is a hidden gem of a property. The staff is so kind and professional. They go out of their way to make sure your vacation is memorable. The food is fantastic- the daily breakfast is great. The location is in a quiet section of town (5 minute walk to town) with direct views of the Aegean Sea. Free access to the Leymona beach club, allows you swim in the sea. Best of all this property seems to be run by mostly females, empowering women in the town.

This hotel is just a few blocks away from all the restaurants, shops, and the beach — super convenient! They also have plenty of parking, which is great to have in Kaş. The breakfast was really yummy, and everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was just the right size for us as a couple and was spotlessly clean.

My friend and I went on a short vacation to Kas and really enjoyed this hotel. There was a slight mix-up upon arrival about our room selection so if you go with a friend, double check in advance that you booked a room with 2 beds and take a screenshot. Somehow, my selection wasn't registered at the hotel and we didn't get the room we reserved. They managed to find an alternative option for us thankfully. Overall, the experience was great and I would go back again. The rooms were super clean, the breakfast was great and they had fantastic restaurants on site with amazing views! Highly recommended.

Outre le fait d’avoir dû demander deux fois avant qu’on nous ouvre la barrière du stationnement, l’hôtel est bien situé, à deux minutes à pied de la marina et des restaurants. Chambre avec vue superbe sur la mer, climatisation efficace, tranquille pour dormir. Le personnel, peut-être parce qu’il s’agissait d’étudiants, manque un peu d’expérience. La nourriture, tant à la pizzeria qu’au resto de sushi, était correcte, sans plus.

The hotel, room, local restaurants, and environment are excellent and well worth the stay. The only small downside that stood out to us was that housekeeping could have been better. Remove the empty bottles (not the recyclable water bottles provided), replenish the toilet paper and even replace the dead batteries for the air conditioning controller.
That aside, the place is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, we will miss the freshly baked bread.
Thank You for making our final days in Turkey exceptional.

Only the inexplicable location of the safe was a negative. Needed to do a headstand to read instructions and crawl on the floor to open the safe door.

Not good for our or any other age group.

Now at le Kumsal where safes are at eye level.

Otherwise loved our stay, the local pizzas, breakfasts and veggie restaurant super. - me, the curry:10 out of 10 for flavours.

Customer service was amazing and always available, we ran into some small issues when we arrived, for instance the room ground was very messy, was full of long black hairs (my wife is blond). My wife just decided to clean the floors herself because she did it want to bug the staff. In addition the restrooms had a weird sewage smell that would come and go. A gentlemen in front desk came and check it out and he went into another room and confirmed that both bathrooms had the same smell.

When we walked into our room, we didn’t wanna walk out. The view we had over the sea and the amphitheater and just everywhere was just so outstanding that we just wanted to stay in the room. The room itself was also lovely spacious with two balconies, one for sitting on the other one had drying racks for our towels. The food was excellent at the restaurants. The staff was nice. Breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to this area.

This is a perfect place to stay close to all the stores and restaurants, but far enough away to have quiet. There are two lovely restaurants right across the way that have a beautiful view of the water.

I would recommend this hotel as the rooms were clean. We stayed in the comfort room which was beautifully decorated. The roo.looks just like the photos. We had two balconies one with a beautiful sea view and another one overlooking the street. The location is convenient to the Kas town center close to restaurants and shopping. They also have their own parking lot which made parking convenient.

We had a fantastic two week stay here. Emily and the rest of the staff really made our stay. They were extremely helpful and attentive, always going over and above which turns good stays into great ones.

The hotel itself has a varied breakfast menu, Oburus bites is a restaurant located on site that offers lovely food and cocktails and you just never tire of the views of the sea and islands.

Certainly will be back, Kas is great spot to explore, and Payam is a great base if you want to a close but quiet spot.

For the money so close to central Kas, it's okay. Breakfast is good, lots of options. View from the breakfast bar is incredible. Rooms are basic but pleasant if not a bit small for the price. Rooms are clean enough. We paid for the sea view room and from the photos this seemed to have an expansive view however when we got there there was a palm tree blocking about 1/5 of the view, right in the centre. This probably won't bother other guests. I am quite a fussy guest - but it seemed like false advertising as the pictures for the room clearly showed an unblocked view. It would have been pleasant with the palm tree had I not expected it to be otherwise. I booked this hotel only for the view and would have stayed elsewhere if I had seen this room beforehand. I asked about moving room and while they tried to treat me well it was clear they did not understand my issue/ found my request quite ridiculous. They did show me the room next door, it was an improvement but not too significant. The third room along and the corner premium room were most desirable but unavailable. I would warn that the corner premium rooms, unless you are on the top floor, have the jacuzzi baths visible from the car park. The staff tried to be professional but especially the main receptionist was quite cold and any requests felt like an inconvenience for them. It made my stay quite tense and unpleasant as I wished to avoid the staff.

The hotel is about 5 to 10 mins walk to the city center. Its very convenient to go to the cafes and restaurants. We love the seaview from our hotel, they even upgraded our room to premium room with a jacuzzi! The decor is also very tastefully done, with a Mediterranean feel. Its located near the antiphellos theatre, we love watching sunset there. Breakfast is at the nearby hideaway hotel's terrace. I guess its because its down season. One thing to note is that its located up a slope so it might be a little difficult for people without car to bring up luggages. Otherwise, everything is good!

We had a lovely stay here for one night whilst visiting the area to see the ancient theatre close by and also a day trip to Meis Greek island by boat. The jacuzzi bath was a delight, breakfast delicious with a great variety and nice style room. The room was well thought out with aircon and a ceiling fan and also mosquito nets on the doors and windows. The shower was a rainfall shower head and powerful. Reception was informative and kindly a belly boy took our case and showed us to our room. Beautiful view of the sea from the breakfast area.

This place is just amazing. The staff was welcoming and super nice and helpful, and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was by far the best we've had in Turkey or anywhere else for that matter, with many kinds of cheeses and cold cuts, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables, delicious cookies, cakes and juices. They also upgraded us to the honeymoon suite which had a Jacuzzi and gorgeous view for no extra charge. The bed was comfy and there were nice perks like Pashmina beach towels and complimentary body lotion that really hit the spot after a long day in the scorching sun.

Okay stay but not worth the 9+ review score it’s been given. It’s a mixture of buildings rather than a hotel. Pools are very small but nice breakfast although sometimes spoilt by dogs chasing cats. Next time I would go to the eastern side of Kas away from the 5am Mosque calls (next to the hotel) and flatter / nicer part of the town. Staff are very nice though and nice to have free water and soft drinks in the mini bar.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The hotel is located within walking distance to Kas’ restaurants and coffee shops / harbour. The hotel has been newly renovated and is simply beautiful with lots of lounging space in gardens filled with fruit trees and greens. The staff has been very useful with booking excursions and answering any questions we have with 24 hours front staff being available to help. Highly highly recommend.

Accessibility note: the main hotel building has an elevator. The hotel is located at the top of a hill so if you have a car, it is accessible.

Stayed here 6 nights, great property, very clean and quiet. Front desk staff were very very helpful in arranging day trips. Breakfast buffet was huge, I think the biggest I have seen in Turkey. Convenient location, lovely little swimming pool with a view of the bay, would stay here again for sure. My room was spacious and had a balcony. I had a very nice stay here, thank you to the staff

The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere, it is safe and very central. The management is very helpful, they helped us with the very last minute boat tour arrangements. Just in five minutes, the receptionist lady found us a great tour to Kekova, it was worth every penny. The breakfast was very decent, you have so many options and the view from the hotel whilst you’re having your coffee is breathtaking. A gem in Kas, thank you

Payam hotel what a gem

The hotel was excellent from the very furst moment we arrived. Car parking was very clise to the hotel. The staff at the reception and throughout the hotel were brilliant. Nothing was to much trouble.

The breakfast facilities were excellent. Varied from day to day. The service was brilliant which set you up for the day ahead.

Rooms were very comfortable and the balcony view was stunning. Bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very good.

I would go as far as saying that it us one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Many thanks.

Excellent place, immaculate cleanliness.

Nice,clean,comfortable little otel in the heart of the kas.but only one thing upset me;they dont have family room with the sea wiev.it is a nice hotel for single or couples travelers
