The hotel is in a great location right next to the bus station, making it very convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus. However, there were a few minor issues, such as the ceiling in the bathroom needing attention, some cleanliness concerns with the shower, and a few marks on the walls. One thing that caught us off guard was the early call to prayer, which was quite loud and woke us up around 4-5 AM. Despite this, we would stay here again for the location.

The hotel and staff were excellent. One small criticism is that the standard room has so little space on one side of the bed making it difficult as a couple to move freely. Other than that our stay was first class and we will definitely be going back.

I recently stayed at Isola12 hotel for three days, and I must say it was a less than satisfactory experience.
Firstly, our room was not attended to by housekeeping for two days. When we raised this issue with the reception, we were informed that the housekeeper had gone home early due to illness. To our surprise, the receptionist even suggested that we could move to another hotel, potentially forfeiting our stay. This was an impractical and unreasonable solution.
Furthermore, we found ourselves without essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and fresh towels. It was necessary to repeatedly call the reception to request these basic toiletries.
The air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, making our overall comfort level quite unpredictable.
Breakfast, which is a crucial part of any hotel stay, was only passable. It did not meet the standard expected from a hotel claiming to be 3 stars.
While the hotel's proximity to a supermarket was convenient, the noise from the bus stop located just across the street was disruptive.
Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the poor level of customer service we encountered throughout our time at Isola12. The attitude and response from the hotel staff left much to be desired.

A family-operated, small hotel located in a rather busy corner of Kaş. Our room was comfortable and clean. There is no reserved parking, so be prepared to park on the street nearby.

It wasn’t a big deal to me, but I wanted to question it in case they put us in the wrong room (this has happened before which is fine and is always an easy fix). When I asked the man, I immediately got the most rude and aggressive tone from him. He kept cutting off what I was saying, and repeatedly said ‘you got the room YOU BOOKED!’. At one point when I tried explaining that the website I booked from showed this particular balcony, he put his hands on his head as if I had given him the worst headache. In the end I didn’t want to argue because he was aggressive and I said don’t worry about the balcony it’s fine. But can you please fix the broken fan in the bathroom

Very clean, comfortable and a yummy breakfast! The staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is ideal. A 3 minute walk to the center and port, without the noise and traffic. And a 2 minute drive to the main highway that takes you to all the fabulous beaches. It is also surrounded by gorcery shops, small restaurants, veggie shops, etc...

Pencereler yalıtımlı olsa bu kadar hissedilmezdi ama kendi evimdeki pencereler bile daha iyi yalıtıyor. Sesten dolayı sıçrayarak uyandım uykumdan. Sese hassas bir insan da değilim buarada. Kaş otogarının hemen karşısı olması arabasız tatilciler için çok avantajlı, kaş küçük bir yer bu nedenle merkez sokaklarına yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz ve sessiz bir konumda. Odamız her gün düzenli olarak temizlendi ancak kahvaltıda sebzeler ve tabak,çatal iyi yıkanmamıştı. Kahvaltı daha özenli olursa otelin kalitesi daha da artar diye düşünüyorum.
