The room was very small, but breakfast was excellent. Also, welcome drink was available, so you can stay out from your room to get some space. It was a bit far from station and need to change subway if you need to go to Hakata station.
The price including fabulous breakfast, it was really good.

The area surrounding the property was a little more industrial than I expected, so no knock on the hotel but definitely FYI.
The property was under some sort of construction. I don’t blame the property, but I do think there’s available technology to note that on Expedia during booking.
I had to pay an extra fee upon arrival for having two kids share a bed, even though during booking I had to specify their ages and was only offered rooms with two beds. It feels like a deception from either Expedia or the property. Either way it’s dishonest and will keep me staying here next time I’m in Fukuoka.

This is the second time my family has chosen to stay at this hotel as we have previously enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast provided, as they had a good spread. The amenities provided were good and sufficient (e.g free drinks available, bicycles etc.)
We especially liked using the bicycles to get around the surrounding area (e.g supermarket, restaurants) which made it very convenient to explore the area. However, during our stay we were disappointed by the service provided by the front desk. They were unfriendly and seemed unapproachable due to their facial expression. Although we understand that there is language barrier. However, they were unhelpful in answering our queries and always said “I don’t know” instead of checking on the internet etc. We had a few unpleasant encounters. For example, we had to go to the hospital and asked the front desk if the hospital opposite our hotel was open and the lady at the front desk just replied “I don’t know”. I think she could have at least googled or use google translate if she didn’t understand us. However, she dismissed us and appeared nonchalant to our query. I also dropped one of my custom hard lenses into the sink and needed someone to open the pipe to retrieve it. When we approached the front desk, a senior staff came up and when he saw it he just said “no” a few times, waved his hands and walked off. I think that’s quite rude and dismissive. My daughter had to go down and ask again and emphasize it was ¥100,000

Good hotel in a busy neighborhood

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and had lots of amenities (refrigerator, water cooker, toiletries, hair dryer, etc.). There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers on one of the floors. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering Japanese food as well as Western type of breakfast items. The only complaint we had was the location in a super busy neighborhood - right next to the train tracks, underneath a busy highway bridge and with lots of airplanes flying overhead. If you are looking for a nice hotel for just the night as you explore beautiful Fukuoka and vicinity (parking was free!) then that place is just perfect. If you prefer a hotel you can take walks from and enjoy a beautiful surrounding, you might want to look for something else.

A little far fr town but make up for its facilities like bicycles available to cycle to nearby shopping centers n eateries . Command of English is poor by staff (reception) . Unable to understand what we ask n spoke about. Thumbs up to the free bfast provided . Good choices of Jap selections n English scrambled eggs. One weired thing is u have to pay ¥100 for extra pillows or towels although it sh be free as hotel guest . Nvr heard of other hotels I’ve stayed in asking guest to pay for extra towels n pillows (amenities).One good point is it’s 8 mins walk to e nearby Kaizuka Subway station that takes u to Hakata n Tienjin .,Given a choice , I rather stay ard Hakata or Tienjin area.

Room too small

Booking website child age should limit to 12 years old because child is not provided with anything. According to one of the staff, child stay is free. So nothing provided. But we expect minimum pillow is provided. First day checking staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Last day lady staff is horrible. Black face all the way. Like we are owing her a living.

Had big problem with English, staff was not being able even to explain to taxi driver where I need to go (and do not even try to speak English to taxi drivers outside of Tokyo).
Also, for the price you pay, conditions were mediocre - we had much better and cheaper hotel in Asakusa, Tokyo

Clean suburban hotel near subway station

Very clean hotel. Room was quiet even though I was on the ground floor not far from the lobby - good soundproofing. Room was very spacious by Japanese standards. The area is very suburban in nature so not very exciting - the only things nearby are a couple of restaurants (adjacent) and a giant pachinko parlour across the street. But the hotel is a short walk from the subway station and the city centre is only a short ride away. The free continental breakfast in the morning was excellent with a lot of choice.

check in was a breeze; even though I arrived early the staff was eager to help and found me a room with no hassle.
The room was a nice size for a Japanese hotel . Each morning there was a free breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, an egg sandwich, miso soup, rice with seaweed, very adequate to start the day. In the room there was a refrigerator to save any uneaten food for later. On my floor was the coin laundry. Vending machines for drinks were readily available.

I recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable. The room was very quiet despite being near a busy street. The service was pretty good and the complimentary breakfast, albeit small, was enough to get me going for my day. The area around the hotel was very interesting with the park and university nearby but I did not get a chance to fully explore due to other travel plans.

A great place to start off our trip in Kyushu 4/14 Nov2015! Quite a number of eateries nearby for those who want to experience some local fare and also conveniently close to the expressway for those who drive, where a hugh carpark awaits at the entrance of the hotel.

The front desk team was very efficient and helpful as well as those in the restaurant, where a pretty good breakfast is served daily. A selection of coffee/green tea (complimentary) is provided daily from the dispenser/coffee machine from 0900/2100 hours, a good touch for those wanting to rest their tired legs after a day of walking.

Will look forward to staying at Vessel Fukuoka Kaisuka again when we next visit Fukuoka.

Have a good experience in Fufuoka

The room is clean with two queen size beds that we're not expected in Japan. All the staffs in reception lobby are very helpful. Wifi is cover everywhere in the hotel. Only the location is one bus stop out of the day pass zone. Over all this is a hotel that We recommended to stay.

Impressed - Inexpensive, Clean, and Well-equiped, but disadvantage for location.

As like 'Review Title', This hotel is inexpensive, clean, and well-equiped. and people of this hotel are nice and kind enough to give you an answer whatever you may ask.
I know nothing about japanese language but I had no problem to visit several places of the city, because of their help. room and bathroom are very very clean. Also this hotel provides free breakfast mixed with breads and traditional japanese food. I think that foreigners can afford it.
The only disadavantage of this hotel is location. it is not located in the center of that city, but it;s not far from it. It's just 20 minutes distant from the center of city.

市内ホテルが高額なのでコスパ良さそうと宿泊。車を前提のホテルではあるが地下鉄貝塚駅から近そうと思うも公園の通り抜けが出来ず思ったよりも徒歩は遠かった。食事や室内はコスパ良く満足できるので車利用で有れば良い宿。上階の足音が響くのが気になったが個人の問題かもしれない。

お部屋広い。洗面台前のカーテン良い。朝食のアレンジ例が面白かった。しっかり見てから食べに行くとよい。ウェルカムドリンクが良いです。
連泊時の部屋清掃が基本無い旨を聞き逃していたのか、ゴミの回収されておらずゴミ箱パンパンでどうしようとなりました。替えのゴミ袋があれば自分でやるですが。あとは2人で泊まりましたが、2人とも寝ている間に虫に刺されました。

今回の宿泊移動は車だったので市内から離れたホテルを選びましたが、電車移動もしました。
駅まで徒歩10分ぐらいかかり駅から博多まで乗り換えで少し不便かなと思いました。
近くにコンビニなどあればと思いました。

일단 주차장이 호텔 부지보다 3배정도는 더 큽니다!
위치도 좋았구요, 걸어서 5분거리에 편의점이랑 맛집이랑, 돈키호테까지 모두 있어서 시내의 복잡함을 잊을수 있었습니다.
방도 시내호텔과 비교하면 꽤 넓다고 말할수 있을것 같아요!

非常適合自駕旅客入住的飯店

免費停車且汽車可以自由出入是最大的優勢，房間蠻大，床也很寬敞（是標準雙人床的大小，不是日式飯店裡的那種小型雙人床喔），早餐挺有特色，有很多福岡在地料理，整體來說對於自駕的旅客是不錯的住宿選擇！

きっと、少し壁が薄いかも？と思った以外は満足です。よほど騒ぐ人がいない限りは問題ないと思います。朝ごはんブッフェがついてますが、品数はそんなに多くないものの、ご当地メニューと基本的なメニューが押さえられていて、味も美味しかったです。LOの声がけもあり、とても感じが良かったです。この朝ごはんがついてこの値段ならコスパいいと思います。

自駕離市20分鐘，四周沒有什麼，適合自駕人士

check in是一位日本白頭髮大叔，他應該完全不懂英語，交了護照及訂房資料找不到訂單，態度很差像很生氣，我們沒說什麼只有等，等了一會，他還是找不到，就氣沖沖走入後台找了一位中國服務生出來，不用3分鐘就完成入住手續，還解釋得詳細清楚及很有禮貌。
我住的雙床房床其中一張中間有點下陷，應該是入住時是五六日的關係房價平均港幣880元一晚應不會再住，住二樓吸煙房窗開不到，味道比較大。
行5分鐘到便利店，停車場免費，停車場口有食堂2200關門，早餐選擇ok味道不錯，住了3天會有少變化。

직원한명빼면 괜찮은호텔

전반적으로 만족할만 하지만 2인 이상이면 객실에 어메니티등 인원수에맞게 셋팅되었는지 체크하세요 방에들어가면 1인용으로셋팅되어 있어요.
직원중 나이드신 흰머리있는 직원은 불친절해서 기분이나빠집니다 식당에서도 일하는걸 봤는데 물건들 툭툭 놓고 일하는 행동들을 보고있으면 불쾌해집니다

福岡市中心部からは少し話されていますが、駐車場が広く入出庫自由の駐車券をもらえるのと、貝塚駅までも歩いて数分のため、移動で不便に感じることはありませんでした。車での宿泊に向いていると思います。

nice hotel with reasonable price, peaceful location in sub-urban area of Fukuoka but still accessible to subway (10 minutes walk), however, the staffs have limited English communication skill

市内から離れているので、車利用であちこち出かける予定の我が家には駐車場も無料、ICも近くとても便利でした。
