overall it was okay….
I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving.
I think this place is a little bit overpriced than the actual services and facilities.

Very Disappointed

We were welcomed by a cockroach. Worst of all we arrived at the hotel and found out it is an old apartment. We needed to walk 5 mins to check in office. There was no exception. It was late and the road was dark. We felt unsafe because the neighborhood was sketchy. Midway into our stay we herd creepy noises/howling on both sides of the hotel. The hotel is old so don’t expect too much. Not worth it. The pictures are outdated and the hotel was old.

The hotel is clean. It can fit 4 people in the room.. The bathroom is small. The walk to the hotel from the station is quite far. The check-in is on a different location. You have to go there first before going to the location. Overall, it is ok

Great little mini apartment/hotel room

Perfect mini apartment for a short stay. A little tricky to work out where the office was to check in as it’s not the same building as the rooms. The email about that was purely in Japanese and google translate didn’t translate the address correctly so watch out for that. The details are on hotels.com though so use those

問題なく家族4人で宿泊できました。バストイレが分かれていないタイプの部屋だったのですが、中がカビ臭く、天井の換気扇にカビがギッシリ生えていたのに驚きました。改善をしていただけると嬉しいです。

隣の部屋の方が、夜中の2時から朝方4時まで大きい音で音楽をかけ騒いでいた。苦情を伝えたかったが、スタッフの常駐がなく我慢しました。普通のホテルだとありえないと思いました。

4人で宿泊だったのに、アメニティが2人分しか用意されてなく、タオルも追加を取りに行ったら無くて困った。
お風呂も汚かった。

部屋が選んだ時の写真と違ってたから、びっくりした。
わかりにくい……

できれば、チェーンがあったら安心感が増した。
寝るとこ、荷物置き場の確保目的なら、まぁまぁ安かったから良いかと……。

次は無いかな……と思います。

清掃が行き届いていない。
チェックインは完全タブレットで人はいない、こういうシステムの宿泊施設に泊まった事がなかったので、ID等の入力や宿泊料の支払い等、チェックインに時間がかかるなぁ〜という印象でした。慣れた方なら、スムーズなんだろうと思います。

トイレが臭すぎる！！

せっかく泊まったのにトイレの匂いが臭すぎて妻も子供も大変不快な想いでした。清潔感はありますが、チェックインも最初から英語で分かりづらかったですしヘルプの対応もイマイチでした。
二段ベッドで子供たちは大変喜んでいただけに、トイレのものすごく臭い異臭でもう二度と泊まらないと思いました。

チェックインが難しい。チェックインがやっと完了しても鍵の受け取りで苦戦する。やり方の説明がまずわかりにくかったです。隣でチェックインしていた人も苦戦していて一緒に鍵の受け取りをしました^^;
部屋はトイレの便座がとにかく冷たいです！駅から近いホテルの中で安いのでこのホテルを選びました。

ホテルというより、マンションでした。チェックインは口コミでみたよりは簡単でした。ただ、部屋の清潔さは気になりました。空気清浄機はフィルター交換のサインが出たままです。網戸は外れたまま、窓の鍵は空いていました。お風呂もカビが沢山で茶色の水が溜まっているところがありました。臭いも気になります。共用部分に洗濯機があった事は有り難かったのですが、こちらもフィルターのサインが付いていたのと臭いがきになりました。ただ2段ベットで子ども達が喜んでいたのと、部屋の鏡部分はオシャレな事、朝ごはんに美味しい卵サンドがあった事は有り難かったです。（こちらは2泊して最終日に出会えました！）

建物古い、隣の部屋の音が聞こえる、トイレドア開閉時、ギイーと音がして、スムーズに開閉できない。
浴室はトイレと別途あるが、使い勝手が悪い、
手洗いは玄関脇にあるが、鏡が低すぎて、思いっきりかがまないと使えない。イスもないので使えない。
リピートはないかな。

チェックイン操作がタブレット端末で面倒臭い。部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、お風呂も初めて見る狭さ。赤カビが酷かった。前の人の髪の毛も残ったままだった。ケトルも掃除されておらず結露したまま不衛生。ただベットは広くて良かった。小さい子どもと添い寝で利用したが余裕の広さ。しかし今後の利用はないと思う。

値段が安くて駅にも近いし、コンビニも歩いて行けばあるし、パーキングも周りあったので良かったです。
部屋はマンションをリノベーションした感じでホテルというよりアパートと思っていけば過ごしやすいし納得がいくかと思います。

편리한 숙소

하카타 역까지 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있고, 편의점도 역 가는 길에 있어서 편했습니다.
나카스에서 술 마시고 걸어서 30분이면 올 수 있어서 위치도 아주 만족했습니다.
열쇠를 찾고 맡기는 방식이 특이했습니다만, 익숙해지니까 편해서 나갈 때 안들고가고 맡겨두고 가니까 좋았습니다.

There are no one answers questions they only send you information but no reply. They said they will have cleaning every five days but until 7 days trip end there are no one. They only give you a 1 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1 1/2 box of tissue for 3 ppl stay 7 days. I will not staying this hotel again.

겨울이라서 이정도였지 여름이었으면 화장실에 지옥이 펼쳐졌을듯..
방에 있는 공기청정기는 필터청소 아예안되있어서 화장실에서 빼서 직접 청소함 아주 먹물이 나오더라고요

창밖에 전철소리는 좀 들리긴 하는데 엄청신경쓰일정돈 아니고 하카타역이랑 가까워서 걸어다닐만한건 장점

다시는 가고싶지 않은곳.

호텔방에 사는 벌레때문에 온가족이 밤새 수십군데씩 물리고 가려워서 잠을 못잠.
가격이 싼 대신 당신이 상상할수있는 모든 불편함을 견뎌야 한다.
체크인은 다른곳으로 가서 해야하고, 짐을 맡길수도없다. 하카타역까지 걷기 매우 불편하고, 기차소리가 시끄럽다.
주위에 편의점 하나 없고
1인당200엔씩 도시세를 받는다.

古いマンションをリノベーションした宿泊施設。
フロントデスクが宿泊場所から徒歩5分にあります。
スタッフの方の対応は、普通です。

一見綺麗には見えますが、床はフローリングの上にタイルカーペットを敷き詰めているのですが、椅子に座る度に簡単にめくり上がりストレスでした。

お風呂は、ユニットバスでかなり狭く水垢も見えない所にかなりあり不潔でした。

また、前の宿泊者のものと思われる胸パットが机の下に転がっていたり、ネジが転がっていたりと清掃が適当な印象を受けました。

出張のたびに博多で似たような施設を6回ほど利用してきましたが最低でした。

近くにコンビニもないので、立地も決して良くは無いです。

写真映りはよいので、SNSをおやりになられている方には良いかもしれないですね。

マップの検索で出てくる場所と実際の場所がちがったため、チェックイン時に迷った。
ホテル周辺は同じような建物があったのでさらに迷って大変だった。
設備は清潔で使いやすかったのでよかった。

浴室がやっぱり汚い感じがした。ふざけんなと思った。こっちは疲れてる身体を癒そうと思っていたのに汚いとお湯を溜める気にもならない。でもそれ以外の点については最高でした。今後の改善を期待しています。

因為現在網路上看到直接下定到了福岡機場再過海關被退件兩次因為網站顕示的飯店地址錯誤，海關又講日文關過關，延遲了半個多小時，好不容易到第三個海關出關後，兩人拖著行李找飯店一直找不到，繞半小時才找到，結果是個很舊的住宅區，信箱貼的公告通知要到另外一個地方先做check in，只好拖著行李載到另外一個地方去Check in，但還沒有辦法入住只好行李先寄放在checking 的地方,晚上再去拿鑰匙時又拖了15分鐘才到住宿比一打開門裡頭已經有人住了,我家兩個人倉皇逃出來,再走回check in的地方拿另一間鑰匙,以為已經結束霉運，結果洗澡的時候牆壁竟然有出黑水，天花板牆壁也都是黑了，真的是很慘!浴室
