The typical rate used to be SGD 50. However the rate skyrocketed to SGD 250. It's really near to Hakata station by 5 mins. The breakfast was awesome although I read the review that the breakfast was bad. Some staffs were super kind and some staffs were not. It's not worthy to pay SGD250 but it's really worthy to pay SGD 50.

First, the room was extremely small—significantly smaller than hotel rooms I’ve stayed in across Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, where space is already known to be limited.

Second, I was very disappointed by the luggage policy. I noticed several guests leaving their luggage in the lobby during my stay, yet the front desk staff refused to let me do the same after check-out. A colleague of mine stayed at a nearby hotel that allowed this without issue, which made the experience here even more frustrating.

If you're not planning to leave the city immediately after checking out and need a place to store your luggage temporarily, I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently close to Hakata station, 6 min walk away, with great amenities including packets of coffee and lotions for face and body. The single room was a bit small but surprisingly, the double room was spacious, big enough to also accommodate a couch. The staff was very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms, which was very much appreciated. Overall a good stay.

This property is very convenient since it’s literally a block away from the station and very walkable back and forth to Hakata. But the staff were non-existent since it seemed like their policy was to just do all digital check in and check out at their counters. The building is very narrow with only 1 elevator. So getting up and down was a bit difficult. Our room was average and wouldn’t say it was anything special or horrible. A good place if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.

Great Location

This hotel is just about 150 m from Hakata Station. There are tons of food and drink places along the way. A convenience store is right next to the hotel, and there are other ones around.

The room size is as any usual budget Japanese hotels. We are 2 people comfortable there, however, some people might find it more comfortable with just 1 people per room.

We checked out around 5 AM. There were 2-3 taxis waiting outside already.

“Just a few mins walk to JR Hakata Station.”

Convenience, the location is good where the hotel is about 3-4 mins walk from Hakata (JR)station (shopping: 2000/2130 and dining until 2400) . Room is small but acceptable for short stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If you take airport bus to hotel, after getting off the bus, only few minutes walk and cross the zebra crossing then you can see. Toilet facilities for ladies at the lobby is excellent.

Clean, friendly, and convenient!

The hotel is very easy to get to. It is only about. 200m after you go out the east exit and turn left. The staff were very friendly, especially since we were looking for a great ramen shop. They were happy to give their personal recommendations. The room was was small, but that is expected for a Japanese business hotel. It was very clean and had all the possible amenities you could want. Most importantly the bed was comfortable, so I got a good night's sleep. Because of it's closeness to everything, it is a very convenient place to stay.

It was extremely small when yiu select single person. Maybe the hotel staff caters to Japanese and Chinese because as an American, I felt that they never once attempted to go beyond MINIMUM required service.

seems converted from an apartment, slightly overpriced considering its room size, but could be because of a last-minute booking. Close to the Hakata station, the room was clean, no noise from neibourhood. If you can afford to book well in advance, you may be able to enjoy some discount.

Good location and cost!

Chose the hotel based on location and cost, both of which didn't disappoint! I was mildly disorientated at first, but found the hotel with little issue (it's about a 5 minute walk from the station). Service staff were impeccably polite and helpful with inquiries, but be warned that they speak little to no English. Room was clean, no issue with noise or any of the amenities. The only thing I would comment on would be that the room really is very small; what you see in the pictures is really what you get. But it was of no issue at all for a single occupant like me.

On the whole, very tastefully designed hotel, good service and location for a very decent price. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed there only one night. The room was very small. The wall was old and dirty. Floor Carpet is old, dirty and tearing. I couldn't stop sneezing after I got into the room. I guess there might be a lot of dust in the room. NOT clean...

I planned to sleep in but couldn't sleep well and woke up at 5:45am on a Sunday morning. I rushed out from the hotel and took the early flight back home.

This hotel is located close to the train station. Very convenient but I will not stay there again. I don't know why other guests gave okay reviews. Don't stay there.

I stayed recently here for three nights and I have only good things to say about it: the reception staff did it's best to help me with the check-in, providing tourist information, storing my luggage; the breakfast was rich, tasty, served from 6h30' to 10h in the \"library room\"; the room has all the standard amenities that you find all over Japan in a 3 stars hotel, including yukata and electric kettle; my reservation was for a Ladies floor and I felt very secure all the time. The best argument for choosing this hotel is the strategic location, 3 minutes walk from Hakata Station / 10 minutes walk to the temples area / 15 minutes walk to Canal City. And last, but not least, the very good room rate.

Great little hotel that's very close to Hakata station. My only problem was that the hallway outside the rooms is open to the outside so the only thing buffering out the outside noise is your room door. Other than that everything was very pleasant.

I stayed 6 nights and feel pleasant. Compare with the price even the room is ok (even room is small）. It clean and comfortable . The room only provide one green tea powder bag every day ( no coffee and English tea bag). The location is good and near the Hakata station. (If indicate the exact exit from Hakata station, it would help others to find it more easy.). Breakfast need improve, the choice is less ( no English tea provide and the bread not enough)

このお値段で駅近なのが最高です。
お部屋は狭いですが清潔で、大きな空気清浄機とテレビがあって快適です。
キャリーケースを置く折り畳みのヤツもあるし、アメニティーも揃っていてドライヤーもしっかりした物で良かったです。
欲を言えば机でもメイクやヘアーセットがしやすいように卓上の鏡があるといいかな？と思いました。

隣のビルが近く、部屋に日光が入らない。そのため、常に部屋がジメジメしており、不快だった。
除湿機の貸し出しはなく、また貸し出し品問合せ時のフロントの対応が酷かった。「あーないっすねー」という言葉に驚いた。
冬は暖房なのでジメジメ問題は多少ましなのかなと感じたが、次回宿泊することはないだろう。

近くにコンビニがあり、その点は便がよかった。

후쿠오카에 도착해서, 후쿠오카 공항에서 하카타역까지 도착했을 때 숙소 위치가 매우 가깝습니다! 숙소에 들어가면 좋은 향기가 납니다. 체크인과 체크아웃도 아주 편리하게 할 수 있도록 기계가 준비되어 있었고, 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋았습니다. 매일 새 수건을 방문 앞에 제공해주시는 점도 편리했고, 잘 몰라서 카운터에서 수건을 교체해달라고 부탁해드렸을 때 아주 친절하셨습니다. 화장실도 넓고 쾌적하며 수압, 따듯한 물도 최고입니다. 대신 2인 기준 방 크기가 작다고 생각할 수 있지만 이 정도 가격에 이 숙소는 정말 최고입니다. 침대가 크고 푹신해서 편하게 쉴 수 있어요. usb 단자의 충전기와 탈취제가 구비되어 있는 점이 너무 친절하고 좋았습니다. 예약 시 문의사항으로 금연룸을 부탁드렸는데 가장 꼭대기 층으로 주신 것도 감사드립니다. 덕분에 정말 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 좋은 점만 있는 곳이라 생각해요!

こんなに狭い部屋は初めてでびっくりでした。全体的に綺麗ですが、浴槽のカーテンにカビがあったり、シャワーのひねり口が硬すぎて苦労しました。
ただ、無料でついていた朝食が（一回カフェ）とてもとても美味しくて、これはまた行きたいなと思いました。
博多駅はすぐそこで、観光には最高でした。
ありがとうございました。

프론트의 직원분들이 상냥하고 위치가 하카타역에서 깡패수준입니다! 작지만 있을거 다 있고 저렴한 가격에 머물기 좋으니 기본 2,3달 전에 예약해보세요! 에어컨이 조금 조절하기 힘들어서 너무 춥거나 더웠던거 제외하면 좋았어요! 특히 티비로 유튜브 사용 가능한게 좋았습니다. 그리고 바로 밑에 세븐일레븐과 유명 타꼬야끼 트럭 할아버지의 타코야끼가 매우 맛있으니 꼭 드세요!!여기오셔서 거기 안가시면 손해입니다ㅜ

宿泊階行エレベーターがフロントの奥にあるのでセキュリティ万全。
部屋に衣類芳香消臭剤、バスルームにクロースラインロープはありませんがシャワーカーテンポール、ホテルに1階にコインランドリーがあるので長期滞在問題なし。
部屋には横長の机があるのでPC作業などできるスペースがありリモートワークや出張中の事務作業も可能。
駅近くにありますがあまり電車の音は気になりませんでした。

夏はエアコンの故障に要注意です。

駅近の好立地でオシャレなホテルでした。

エアコンが故障していて汗だくで一晩過ごしました。
連泊だったので翌日新しい部屋に変えてもらいましたが、１泊だったら地獄でした。

対応は丁寧でしたが設備の点検をしていないのかな？と考えると、災害時の安全面で少し不安が残ります。

とはいえ、便利なので何かあればまた利用したいです。
