Hotel is typical of the Toyoko Inn quality, super convenient to subway station (immediately outside elevator exit (6) of Gion station, 1 station away from Fukuoka station. Not much around the hotel itself, but there’s an interesting temple nearby and walkable to Old district.
Room itself is really small with no room to open luggage except on bed. Is fine for a one nite stay but prob a bit claustrophobic after awhile. Breakfast selection is good, as is typical of Toyoko, a great perk.

The station is just right on top of the Gion subway station. Or you can just walk from JR Hakata via the underground tunnel.
There are a few convenience stores nearby and Nakasu is within walkable distance so restaurants are plenty.
My only complaint is about the breakfast where the serving room is small and there is not much choice of food.

We stayed here 3 nights. The bathroom could do with a refurb, but was clean enough - seemed a bit strange having to step upto the bathroom. We went down for breakfast on the last morning and there were no bread rolls available which was the only thing we’d eaten the previous 2 mornings. So had to go out for breakfast. Certainly doesn’t seem to cater for westerners, which was just one of those things.

숙소가 담배냄새뿐만 아니라 썩은냄새가 계속 납니다.엘리베이터 내리고 복도에서 부터 냄새때문에 힘듭니다. 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 샤워하고 나오는 순간 냄새때문에 온몸이 찝찝해지는 기분입니다. 4박을 예약했는데 3박바로 취소하고 체크아웃했습니다. 아침조식은 솔직히 먹을만합니다. 냄새만 괜찮으면 위치도 괜찮은데 냄새가 진짜 미칩니다. 그냄새가 시내 걸어다니는 지금도 나는거 같아서 정신이 냄새에 오염된거 같습니다. 직원들은 어떡해서든 냄새를 제거해야 합니다. 페브리즈 한통 다뿌려도 사라지지않는 강력한 냄새 조심하세요.

員工的服務很好，地理位置方便，地下鐵一出站就到，附近便利商店很多，也有不少餐廳。房間隔音還可以，基本上聽不到隔壁房間的聲音。但走廊外面講話比較大聲時，很容易聽得到。窗外隔音較差，此次住在8樓，半夜會聽到樓下喝醉酒的人講話和唱歌的聲音，緊急車輛的鳴笛聲也很明顯。早上附有早餐，選擇不多，但也足夠了。

離地鐵祇園站6號出口很近，走路到博多站大約10分鐘內可到達；入住2床房型，2張床的中間隔著比地板高的浴室，浴室內間小但是浴缸還算大；早餐空間座位數不多，但有提供外帶餐盒可以打包；一樓有3台洗衣機及3台烘衣機，大廳外有停車位但不一定能停，需看預狀況，滿位時可到APA旁邊的停車場停，停車場需付費但飯店會提供折扣券

出張のため来ました。祇園駅出たすぐにあって、博多駅まで歩いても近いので、非常に便利なところだと思います。スタッフさんはすごく優しくて、朝食はシンプルけど部屋まで持てますから、食堂は混んでも楽に食事を楽しめます。室内綺麗で完備ですが、エレベーターはちょっと狭くて、浴室のお湯は少し不安定ですので、少しだけ残念かなと思います。でも、次回も泊まりたいところです。

더불룸 2인실로 예약할때 방이 작은줄은 알고 있었지만 그래도 작은 원형테이블과 의자 두개가 있는 방이었는데 테이블과 의자가 없는 협소한 방이었고 금연실을 원했는데 흡연실로 배정, 복도에는 담배연기로 가득 , 숨쉬기 어려울 정도로 환기가 안되었고 방 온도가 19도 이하로 너무 추웠습니다. 그러나 아침식사는 훌륭했습니다. 다음엔 더 큰방으로 답배연기 없는 호텔로 가고 싶습니다
