The hotel location is conveniently located close to Hakata station, about a 12 minute walk and the hotel staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. I am 5’1” and my knees touched the wall when I sat down on the toilet. There is also an emergency light that turns on when you walk near it located at the entrance/bathroom. I found this very annoying since I shared the room with my hubby and every time we had to go in and out of the bathroom, the light would turn on and stayed like that for 3 minutes.

博多観光にとてもいい立地のホテル

深夜のチェックインも快く受けてくれるホテルでした。立地もとてもよく博多観光が楽しめるホテルです。
ただ少し部屋が狭いのと、バスルームの窓がブラインドでしか隠れないのが少し心配な感じでした笑笑

We stayed for one night. Check-in was great and staff was courteous. Room was clean but a bit on the warmer side. Had no idea how to control the temperature. Bed was comfy but pillows we found uncomfortable. Great location and suit our needs just fine. Will stay again.

Hotel is very rundown and not in good shape. The staff was courteous and professional. Rooms and bathroom in the rooms were really outdated, worn and rundown. Excellent location and there is parking nearby the was inexpensive.

Good solid businessman's hotel - great location

Frequent traveller to Japan and spent 2 nights here so I could attend the National Sumo competition. Location was very good close to Hakata JR station, the subway and (if you like shopping) Canal City. Room was excellent and appeared to be fairly new. The adjoining cafe has been recently rebranded and was a bit pricey for breakfast and other dining options. However there is a combini store very close and also a Matsuya curry house if you are after some cheap eats (which I am).

This was great for budget accommodations. I got a single room, it was small, but I just needed a place for a night and only for myself.
The location was great, too. Very close to Canal City and a short walk to Hakata station.
Staff was very friendly, check in was quick. Curtains kept a lot of light out, a/c worked great. Shower was quite small.

Room is very small, bed is small but very clean. Staff are very helpful & pleasant. Located very close to Canal City. Lots of eatery within reach. 10 mins walk to JR Hakata City which housed JR Hakata Station & shopping malls. Court Hotel is thus well located for travellers.

If bed is bigger with better mattress & pillows, Court Hotel would be an excellent place to stay in. Personally, I view a good night sleep as very important because my wife and I do lots of walking when we are travelling.

Good location

It's only 7min walk from hakata train station. Straight walk out the bus station exit. And now even 3 mins to canal city mall. Very convinent location. Very basic no frill hotel but it is okay for me as we were out most of the time and just needed somewhere of reasonable price and location to lay our head. Only complaint would be that the room is too warm. The aircon seem to work but couldn't cool the room down and it was in the fall. I can't imagine how it would feel like in the summer!

Rooms are small but efficient. No complaints for the size or cleanliness, but the bed was too soft, almost as if the mattress was old. Conveniently close to Canal City shopping center, you just turn a corner and all the shops and restaurants are at your disposal. 10 minute walk to Hakata station. Staff tried to be friendly, but almost didn't give me my breakfast ticket when id been assured it was included in my package. Had to ask. Breakfast is just off the main lobby starting from 7. Huge selection. Lots of hot dishes and I liked the variety.

Great Hotel, Service and Location

I stayed in the Court Hotel for 4 nights while travelling the local and wider area alone. While the level of English is not too high, the staff at the Court Hotel are very friendly, polite and will use a translation page if anything is asked. The hotel is located minutes away from Hakata City, a massive shopping mall, which also holds the major train stations to suit any travelling needs, as well as being a short walk away from several sights, such as temples and the giant wooden Buddha. The breakfast offered has a wide selection, convenience stores can be found next door and across the street. The room, while somewhat small, had everything you could require, and was very comfortable to stay in (this is coming from a 6'3\" man, where the level of comfort was a pleasant surprise). All-in-all, I loved my time in this hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone!

Clean, convenient, Asian breakfast better than \"average American\" style, and good service. Two alerts: (1). The sizes of beds: semi-double means a width of 120cm while the bed in a double room has 130cm in width. Yes, it is 130cm, NOT 150cm. (2). Air conditioning is provided. However, it is for heating only. If you open the window to let cool air in, you could also invite Mosquitos.

Booked a single double bed for a night. Location was great and although tiny for western standards, it's pretty average for a room of this price category in Japan.

Thankfully, being situated in the center of the city, there are tons of places to visit.

This hotel was pretty good. The room was quite small but served its purpose well for an overnighter. The only reason I am not rating it higher is that on my last trip to the same area, within a 10 minute walk of Hakata Station, I stayed at the Sutton Hotel which had an excellent, big room for about the same price.

Pleasant hotel, good location

Good location around 5 minutes from the train station and close to Canal City mall. The room was small but clean and modern and provided us with a good night's stay on a stopover midway between Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

It didn't wow in any way but was fine across the board. The funny thing is going into Fukuoka I had no clue what to look for price wise. Walking from the bus station to the hotel I saw many other hotels for much cheaper. Also NOTE: Wifi is only in the lobby, Ethernet Internet in the room

The hotel was located a few blocks from Hakata station. The reception staff was very kind and tried very hard to help us but couldn't speak much english so it was a bit complicated to get directions or orientation from them. The hotel was clean but our bathroom had a weird smell. The room size was a bit small. The map in hotels.com shows the location of the hotel incorrect so better double check before you go there.

surprised to see how small the rooms are...no view at all when opeing the window because it's stuck between two large buildings. Airplane-lavatory like bathroom. Staffs are nice but hardly speak Engligh. Check out time is limited by 10:00am . Only thing you might like is the location. It takes 10 mins from the Hakata Station and 1 min from Canal City on foot. Breakfast is O.K. cosidering its price. In general, I would not probably go back.

簡素でとても使いやすかった。
ただどこに何があるか、例えばアメニティなどについても案内が少なく、Wi-Fi設定なども事前に何にも連絡がないのは不安。
また、中国人がパジャマで玄関をうろうろして大声で話してるのはとても不快である。複数人でたむろしてても、スタッフは何にも言わず放置というのは、大変気分が悪い。アルコールが入っている集団かどうかはわからなかったが、大変不愉快な経験であった。そばを通った他の客からも白い目で見られていたのは印象的であった。注意してそれでも対応を変えない不逞の輩どもには退去も宣告していいと思う。ホテルの評判にもかかわると思う。

ビジネスホテルをさらに削ぎ落とした感じ

駅近でこの価格はかなり良いと思います。
部屋もリフォームされており、比較的清潔に保たれています。
ボックス型のシャワールームは日本ではやや珍しいですが意外と漏れはないので慣れれば問題ないでしょう。
トイレの仕切りが無いのは好みが非常に別れるところで、私はあまり好きにはなれなかった。

後は壁が非常に薄く、隣の部屋のハンガーをかける音が壁越しにもろに伝わってくるし、朝は隣の部屋のスマホのアラームで目覚めるのであまり心地良くは感じられない。
廊下の話し声も丸聞こえ。

個室のあるカプセルホテル、といった印象。
平均的なビジネスホテルよりはやや劣るか。

하카타 역에서 가까워 접근성은 좋으나 객실이 너무작고 특히 화장실이 작아서 불편 ..체격좀 있는 남자분들 한테는샤워 하기도 매우 불편 함. 3박4일동안 청소는 안한다고 보면 되고 수건도 그대로 사용 , 딱 가격만큼의 써비스라 보면 됨

위치가 히카타역과 텐진역 사이에 위치하여 지리적으로 참 좋아요
교통도 편하고 걸어다니기도 좋고 깨끗하며 일하는 직원이 친절하고 한국어를 잘합니다

단점은 방이 매우 작으며 건물이 오래되고 작아서 처음에는 옆에 두고도 계속 길을 못찾았어요.. 또한, 내부만 리모델링한거같아요. 1층에 흡연실있어요
그리고 샤워실이 투명유리라 커튼을 쳐도 틈이 일부 안가려져서 민망했습니다.

잠만 자는게 목적이라면 가성비 괜찮아요

雖然是自助入住，但仍有員工協助國外旅客，令人安心。整體裝潢有設計感，浴室雖小但設計巧妙，創造空間的運用，很喜歡。連住六天都可以感受員工給予客人絕對的隱私，很適合不用跟人互動的旅客前來入住，很舒服。樓下就7-11，旁邊有lawson，走5-7
分鐘就是運河城還有博多車站。
